Romina & Ignas were the perfect sitters! Communicative before, during and after their stay. I got updated throughout the week with pictures of Rustie looking extremely comfortable with them so I know he was in good hands. They left my place very clean and tidy. Would absolutely have them again.

Shishir and Shruti
Shishir and Shruti requested a reliable and loving pet sitter for 6 weeks for their 18months old male Golden Retriever dog. They did indicate that Joey is very active, has separation anxiety and can be very reactive. They wanted a sitter who has experience in dealing with such dogs, can read signs of anxiety and understands Joey’s needs. We arranged for a pre visit to meet with Joey and to observe how to walk and handle him. I would recommend this practice to all future sitters as he is a big robust, energetic dog that requires a firm and strong hand.
Shishir and Shruti are a warm, welcoming couple. They have a spacious 4-bedroom 3-bathroom house with all the amenities that makes life comfortable. Public transport (Bus) is mere 120 meters from their home and the city center and “Vier Meren” shopping mall is within walking distance. There are some walking trails around the suburb where you can let the dogs “off-lease” if you want. With Joey you must be very vigilant and try to spot and/or avoid cats, birds, and other dogs before he does and take evasive actions.
Joey loves to play. After his nap he will insist that you take him outside and play ball or try to wrestle his beloved “knuffels” from him. As big and robust as he is, he is quite gentle in playing and jostling with you but be warned he has unlimited energy and does not like to take a "no" for not coming out to play.
After playing or walking he likes to come back to his own safe space under the table which he protects. He wants to be independent and does not like petting or hugging. It is something that you just must respect.
If you looking for a nice relaxing leisure “sit” this one is not for you. However, if you want an energetic, playful dog with lots of action in a comfortable house with nearby parks and shopping center, I recommend this sit is for you.

Primrose
We had a lovely week looking after Jacko. What a sweet little dog, full of character and great company. It was nice being able to take him out when we visited places and he really enjoyed it. Primrose was a very welcoming host and her home is lovely and comfortable with a massive garden that Jacko just loved to play in. All in all a great housesit and one we'd thoroughly recommend.

It was a great honor to take care of this beautiful Gers property. Le Mirail is surrounded by fields and woodland with amazing views. A truly magical place to be.
We really enjoyed our stay, exploring the area with its picturesque villages and watching the changing colors of autumn leaves during our hiking tours.
Mowing the grass and raking tons of leaves were good exercise for us and welcome to burn some calories from the wonderful gersoise food.
It was a great experience to stay in the unique rustic cottage from the 17th century and we loved the log burner during the chilly evenings.
Thank you, Emma and Hamish, for trusting us. It was a great pleasure meeting you both in person. We hope to stay in contact for further sits maybe also in Scotland.

Our stay in Haddington was great! The 3 dogs were lovely company and very well behaved both at home and when out walking. Christopher and Bornie were easy to communicate with and their home was lovely in a beautiful town.

Thank you Lucas for inviting me into your home. I have a new love for Shadyside! Your home is lovely, it was a pleasure to meet and share a giggle with your partner about the friendly locals. Morgan, Momo and Joey are truly special cats with the sweetest personalities... I still can't get over how smart Joey is! I especially appreciate your kind welcome gift. Thank you so much and all the best to you all! Happy to recommend this TrustedHousesit!

Michelle
Francis and Grace were friendly, loving and easy to care for. We enjoyed our time with them. Michelle was very accommodating and friendly. She made sure we were comfortable and knew our way around the community of Saddlebrook. The community offers great amenities. The house was fabulous! We really enjoyed the pool in the backyard!
