Dog Sitters in Elmswell

Annie left the flat clean and tidy when I returned. I was happy with the card she provided Cola, and could rest easy knowing my cat was being taken care of well! Came home to a happy and fed cat. Thanks Annie!

Glenda and Martin were amazing pet sitters for my 3 girls. Before the actual sitting started we made arrangements for Glenda and Martin to meet the dogs as the dogs are rather large and they can be a bit intimidating when met all together, but Glenda and Martin were so natural with them and obviously liked them from the start and our girls relaxed very quickly with them. Glenda and Martin stayed with us for roughly an hour getting to know how we handled the girls and how the girls responded to their instructions, and I think were very pleased that the girls were so good. We explained the differences in them and medication requirements etc. and Glenda and Martin took it all on board. We made a second date for Glenda and Martin to come back and take the girls for a walk as they are big and a sitter needs to know if they are easy enough to walk. The girls passed their test, they are not perfect but if you know of any problems and how to respond to them then that is most of the battle won. The day came for us to leave for our break and as usual Glenda and Martin arrived in time for us to feed the girls before we left as we needed to show them how the girls get fed, i.e. where they like to sit and they have to wait before they get the command to eat. All went well and off we went. During our time away (1 week) Glenda kept me informed with texts and videos and photos regarding the girls and they all seem to have got on very well, so well that I thought the girls would have their bags packed and want to live with Glenda and Martin. We would be very happy to have Glenda and Martin sit for our girls any time, they were clean and tidy and left the house as they found it. This was the first time we have used a sitter and found the proposition of leaving someone in our home a bit daunting, but have got to say that our sitters left us happy to leave our home and our precious girls in their care. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

So lovely to have Sue & Adie to look after Daphne and our home again (2nd stay). We really enjoyed catching up with them for dinner the night before we left. As ever, we enjoyed regular messages and pictures updating us on Daphne’s exploits. She seemed to have a ball with lots of lovely long walks, ball games and swims in the pond. We greatly appreciated Sue & Adie staying much later than they had planned when our flight was very delayed and also leaving the house immaculate with a very kind personalised note and a “pick me up” after a long day’s travelling. Sue & Adie went way above & beyond. We would have no hesitation in inviting Sue & Adie to sit for us again and we would be pleased to recommend them to others.

David looked after our two dogs and our house beautifully for 9 days. He communicated in good time and was able to be flexible when our travel plans changed slightly. The house was spotless and the dogs beautifully groomed. He was incredibly calm and capable and we would have no hesitation at all in asking him to come again. He certainly seemed to love our dogs so hopefully this will be the case!

John and Jane were wonderful pet sitters. They were really helpful and easy to communicate with, we felt very confident the cats were well looked after (and some excellent pet photography skills!). The house was left spotless. We would definitely recommend them, thank you!

I cannot thank Caroline enough for her house sit. We left with easy minds as we trust Caroline implicity knowing everything would be fine and returned to a sparkling home and two very happy pets. We have a wonderful relationship with Caroline since she pet sat for us in the past. I am so happy to recommend her if you want a pet sitter who is honest, reliable and truely cares for your home and pets.

Mark, Zoe and their daughter were fantastic sitters. There was regular communication during the sit, the house was possibly even cleaner upon our return and we had one happy dog too! I wouldn't hesitate to ask for them to sit again. Thank you.

Moin was wonderful. When he turned up I felt very comfortable leaving everyone (1 dog, 3 cats) in his capable hands. He was very friendly and easy-going and sent me photos every day of Jeffy that made me feel more relaxed leaving her for so long (5 days). I think all the animals enjoyed his stay as they cuddled up to him on the sofa every evening, which is always a good sign. I would recommend Moin to anyone looking for a dog/cat sitter :-) thanks Moin.

Becky and Jake are model sitters, caring, organised and reliable. They were also very flexible to fit in with our travel plans. Becky kept us informed with photos and videos of the dogs which we found very reassuring. We cannot thank Becky and Jake enough. Highly recommended.

Sheila and Rob returned to look after our two dogs and house but for a week this time. They do a brilliant job and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Communication beforehand is excellent, we have regular updates during our trip and have every confidence in them. They dealt with a minor issue with one of the dogs really efficiently, noticing the problem and asking us how we wanted them to proceed. The house is always spotless when we return, they are a lovely couple. We are so happy to have found them and and glad they are willing to return when we go away 😊

Charmaine and Greg arrived promptly and on our first impression we're very friendly and we warmed to them instantly. Suki absolutely has now fallen in love with them, as they were so attentive and we feel that she wanted for nothing. They kept us updated with messages, photos and videos. Looks like she had a fabulous time guys. They are very clean, tidy and everything looks better than I remember it. They even welcomed us home with a South African home cooked meal which I might add was fabulous and such a nice thing to do. Thankyou Charmaine and Greg, for choosing us, to stay and look after Suki during our time away. We would highly recommend Charmaine and Greg, 5* star all the way.
