She sent me multiple updates and photos of Lenny during her stay and got familiarized with his routine, and that made for a happy kitty. This made me so happy to know he was with a great companion. Cameron and Miles were fantastic. They sent me regular updates on my cat, where I could tell he was so happy under her care. The house was really well taken care of and they were so communicative about arriving/leaving. They also left me the sweetest note for when I returned. Highly recommend.

Bessie & Katie

We were a bit concerned because this was the first time that we’ve left Sweet Guy and our home with a zeewoi without meeting them, in person, first, but Bessie and Katie were fabulous! We received a couple of photos and a video of Sweet Guy while on our trip (and even one from our neighbors when they bumped into them on a walk!) which warmed our hearts! The house and gardens were spotless and most importantly our dog seemed happy and very well cared for. We are most grateful to Bessie and Katie and would highly recommend them (and have them back!)

Sabrina & Dennis

Sabrina and Dennis came to the rescue when an my original sit was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. They worked with me and the (then) current sitter to figure out all the things I would have shown them in person before I left, but they sorted it out and gave me great peace of mind despite being over the other side of the world. They were easy-going, responsive and communicative. Louis loved having the company and when I got home the neighbours kept gushing about how fabulous and lovely they were. After gruelling travel, I came home to a super tidy house and a very happy dog. Thank you Sabrina & Dennis. They're welcome back any time :)

My cats loved having Crystelle care for them, and so did I. She was caring, responsible, and very communicative. That was one thing I stressed, wanting regular updates on my furbabies and Crystelle delivered. Pics and videos every day, mostly of her petting them and hearing them purr. If she needed a question answered about their care, or taking care of the house, she asked. That was important to me, too. When I came home it was clear they weren’t stressed at all. I highly recommend Crystelle as a petsitter, and I would use her services again without hesitation.

Lucy and James took excellent care of Jelly, our home, and our plants! Sylvie is such a sweet baby, and she and Jelly really took to one another. We were really impressed by the photos and cute videos that they sent us of Jelly; the photos were better than any we have taken ourselves. They took Jelly to the beach, the park, and other dog-friendly places. They treated her like part of their family, and we appreciate that they included her in their fun! When we returned, our home was clean, the plants were thriving, and the pup was happy. From meeting them in person and from all our communication, we could tell that Lucy and James are genuinely kind and very responsible people. We felt at ease during our vacation knowing that Jelly was in good hands. I could list more compliments, but suffice it to say, I would recommend them as sitters to anyone. If you are lucky enough to have Zach apply for a sit, we can’t recommend him enough! He took amazing care of our dog Neville and our house and made the whole process so easy and stress free for us to be away for two weeks! He sent the cutest pictures and updates throughout the time and kept us in the loop with how our dog was doing. To be honest, our pup was probably upset to have us back since it seemed like Zach was taking him on much more exciting adventures and walks than he goes on with us! He left the house spotless and was so flexible with our changing travel itineraries. We would love to have Zach back to take care of our home and dog again.

Halston was outstanding! We had to add an additional dog (our daughter's dog) at the last minute to go along with our two Newfies. She had no problem given her experience working on farms and caring for large bred dogs. Also, because of flight cancellations, we were delayed one day. Halston was able to stay the additional day. On our return the dogs were happy and healthy. Staying in their home with an in-house sitter made our trip stress free. She left our house clean and vacuumed. She was also able to shovel the new snow on the drive way and front walk. While on our trip we sent and received daily updates. Again, this helped to reduce any anxiety we had in leaving our dogs. She walked the dogs three times a day and played with them in house because of the winter weather here in Minnesota somewhat limits outdoor activities. We would very much like to use Halston again for house sitting.

Jane came to watch our cat Pompóm while we were on a quick getaway. Our baby was happy and our house was in great shape when we came home. She was communicative and let us know when she arrived and how things were going which put our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy our trip.

The dogs are gorgeous and well-behaved; Honey loves to chase her ball all day in the yard or at the park and Mr Brown wants nothing more than to be near you. The cats are all super friendly and affectionate. The animals do require some extra care and attention and are best suited to an experienced sitter who has time to spend with them, but they totally make up for it with endless love!  Sharon's place is very well suited to travellers as it is in a great part of town with endless  food options and easy access to all the main sights but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Sharon, her mom and Elena made me feel very welcome and well-looked after in Toronto.
