This was our first time hiring a catsitter and we were reluctant to have someone we didn’t know take care of Cece while we left town for the weekend. I found Fetch and was astonished by their overwhelmingly positive reviews, so I called and spoke to Matt who was extremely kind and helpful in clearly/concisely explaining how their business operates. I told my girlfriend about it and we weren’t sure what to expect but Pam was excellent and super nice! She actually set up a time to come down, meet us at our apartment, say hello to our cat, and ask us everything she needs to know about taking care of Cece before we left. She also sent us pictures every time she stopped in to show us that Cece was okay which is really important to us as her owners. I found Fetch Pet Care about a year ago, and I've absolutely loved working with them! Our cat sitter Becky always takes amazing care of our two cats, and it's so nice to feel assured that they and the house are looked after while we are gone. We use Sarah as our cat sitter and she is amazing! We know our cats are in great hands with her. In addition, this service is reliable, friendly, and always makes sure we have a sitter. This is important especially since we have to leave on short notice. I would recommend using Fetch and if you need a cat sitter, Sarah is amazing. We also use Wendy and she is great too. We had such a great first experience with Fetch. Our sitter was extremely professional and provided great care for our two cats while we were on vacation. She called or texted me each day she visited to let me know how they were doing which I really appreciated. She even was able to help us by coming over early one day at the last minute when there was a potential emergency situation with water leakage in our home. I contacted Fetch Pet Care to take care of my cat when I had to go out of town on relatively short notice. They were very accommodating and flexible, which I appreciated! Aimee took great care of my cat while I was away, and even sent me pictures of him to let me know he was doing ok! It was such a peace of mind to be able to keep my cat at home while I was away. Fetch is now my go-to group for pet care and I highly recommend them!

I have used Fetch for the last 10+ years. When I have traveled I have had the same two people come into my home to care for my cats. I have never worried and whenever I have returned home the cats’ attitudes have been “we didn’t miss you at all“. Beth W has boarded my dogs in her home for the last 5+ years. I typically get a video or two showing them at “Club Med” and I am always amazed at how tired and happy they are when I pick them up. My experience has been that everyone treats my pets like they are one of theirs… Highly recommend!!

After a bad experience with another pet sitting service (dogs were their priority), we discovered Fetch and used them for over a year when we lived in Pittsburgh. What I love about their model is that you get assigned an animal sitter which I prefer so that our cats get comfortable and familiar with one person. Obviously if they are unavailable, Fetch can arrange for a back up. Our cat sitter was Paulette and she was warm and wonderful to our two cats! She would usually send photos during each visit which gave us piece of mind. She would come twice a day, usually for 30 minute visits. And she was always ready to care for our furbabies on short notice. I highly recommend Fetch and Paulette for peace of mind when you have to go away! Billing is done monthly and you can add a tip if you are short on cash before going away.

I love taking ROCKO to Lucky Dawgs!! I have a dog that needs a lot of playtime and exercise, and this is THE perfect place to exhaust all of that. I also am BEYOND THRILLED as Nicole was able to cut his nails, the task that I have had 4 different people try to complete and failed miserably!! I can’t say enough about the fantastic place!

It was our first time boarding our 2 pups one being 14 and the other 3 and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff is super friendly! We paid for a bath and they smelled great and their nails were short which is great. We will definitely be using lucky dawgs again!!!!

Lucky Dawgs treats my pup like their own. We drop our pup off on our way to work in the morning. He runs around and has a blast with all his puppy friends, then comes home exhausted. He loves going there to play! We've even boarded him when we've gone on vacation. I see the pictures of a happy pup and know he's well cared for. I highly recommend Lucky Dawgs to anyone's pup looking for some puppy play time.

The facility and staff at Lucky Dawgs are the best! My boy gets to run and play with his friends all day in a safe and fun setting. Because my dog is exercised and socialized appropriately, he is much better behaved at home and around other dogs even when not at daycare. We love Lucky Dawgs and highly recommended them for daycare, boarding and grooming!

Our dog Cooper stayed at Lucky dogs while we went on vacation. He loved playing with the other dogs and the staff was great! He was happy to see us and smelled great as we asked for him to be bathed and get his nails cut. We will certainly use Lucky dogs again in the future!

took my two huskies here for the first time while going on vacation for 5 days. they barely gave me any information besides what to bring with them, and when i spoke to someone on the phone before drop off they told me it would be around 200$. i had to have my dad pick them up the last day because my flight got delayed, and was very disappointed to learn they charged him $600. now, i can understand if they meant $200 per dog on the phone, but i’m wondering where the extra 200$ came from. checked their website with little to no information. if i could of picked them up myself i would of questioned why it was that much, and why i wasn’t told the price beforehand. even worse, BOTH of my dogs came home sick with kennel cough, and got my third dog sick as well. $120 a DAY for both dogs, and they both came home sick?? sad because they posted photos of them playing with other dogs on facebook, which was really nice until i came home from vacation to a ridiculous bill & three sick dogs to take care of.

We picked up our dog today after 10 days of vacation. He was very happy and didn’t show any signs of stress. He was a little tired from playing with the other dogs. Pictures were on Facebook from his stay and he looked very happy in every one! We love this place!

We have used Lucky Dawgs for day care and for boarding (for family vacations). Our dog loves going there! The team is great with him and they are very pleasant and easy to work with. The facility is clean and our dog has never had any issues. We will continue to use them and we think you should too!

We’ve entrusted our German Shepherd’s care to Lucky Dawg’s for daycare ever since he was two months old and will use them for boarding as well if the need ever exists. They’ve been such a blessing to us and are the kindest people you could ever have watching your pup! I’ve never raised a GSD before and the staff has been so helpful along the way with any questions or concerns that I’ve had. They truly have your dog’s best interest in mind. They’ve made it so easy to get our boy socialized and exercised well even though he can be reactive. I’m very impressed with the quality of care they offer. They slowly exposed him to the facility and the other dogs until he was comfortable and it was safe for everyone. “Daycare” is definitely now our dog’s favorite word. Our boy leaves the facility so happy and calm every single time he’s attended daycare- which is a big deal because he is HIGH energy. They are very accommodating with last minute bookings and early/late drop-offs/pickups. They care about you as a customer as well and do a lot of little extra things that can make a bad day unexpectedly so much better, such as sharing cute photos of your dog having fun, capturing seasonal photos during holiday seasons, gifting you an ornament for your Christmas tree, etc. Life can can be so stressful at times but it brings me peace of mind knowing that when I have a lot going on, I can bring my fur baby to Lucky Dawgs and he will be taken care of and thriving.

I never thought I would be at a doggy daycare. This is the best thing I could have ever done for our GSP! The socialization with other dogs and the love ❤️ she recieves is amazing!! If you're looking for a place to socialize your dog or just run energy out lol. Definitely look into Lucky Dawgs!

I have nothing but great things to say about Fetch Pet Care, and have recommended them to several family members and friends who also use them. We've used them in our home because our German Shepherd hated the kennel so much, and had the sitters for overnights while out of town, or just a midday walk or trip outside. Our work schedules can be unpredictable, and our sitter was wonderful about fitting in visits without lots of notice. The sitters take the time on a meet and greet visit to really learn everything about your pet(s). Really loved getting pics and updates when we were out of town.

We only need in home vacation sitting, however we need it a couple of times a year and we have been matched with the perfect pet sitter, Mimi. She takes such great care of our boys. This service is the best! Pam, my sitter, is unreal...reliable and trustworthy and great with my poodle Rufus. Goes out of her way to take care of Rufus .. walks and playtime and cuddling and pretty much receptive to anything else that he might need! I tried other dog walking/sitter services in the area and Fetch is way beyond what the other try to deliver. I've had Pam coming for a year now, and Rufus, I'm sure, feels she is part of the family!

Fetch! Has been such a trustworthy and awesome service. Our pet sitter Pam genuinely cares for, and spends quality time with our dog, Hodor. We were able to meet her and get to know her before selecting her as our sitter, and she always provides an overview of what her and Hodor did that day. Due to our schedules, we sometimes reach out last minute to see if she can come over on unscheduled days and weekends. She's always very accommodating and we are so lucky to have her :)

We have used Fetch for at least three years now while on vacation. We have been completely satisfied each time. Pam sat for our two cats most recently. They are very sloppy eaters but their eating place was nice and clean when we returned. There were no clumps of pet fur anywhere and all of the dishes were washed. Pam even watered our plants on the deck! She sent photos and texts while we were away so we could see our babies were being cared for. Matt is also very easy to work with. I highly recommend Fetch!

We can't say enough good things about our pet sitter Helen. She came almost every weekday to walk our dogs while I recovered from a broken ankle. And believe me, they're a handful. Mr. Bojangles & Dogzilla LOVED her & looked forward to her visits. Helen loved them as well & spoiled them to death. While I was happy when my ankle healed & I could get back to a normal routine, we were saddened to see Helen go. She truly became a member of our family. We trusted her implicitly, & she was always reliable & responsible. Helen, we appreciate you!

We love Walker’s Pet Hotail! Our Charlie is loving but sometimes particular and Walkers welcomes him with open arms. He has been to daycare and boarded and has always left happy and TIRED. Its very clean, no smells, and the receptionist is always so pleasant. I do make phone calls and check on him when boarded and they are always willing to give a quick update. The play areas have indoor and outdoor spaces with 3 separate play areas depending on size and personality. They also have small play areas and walking paths for the pups who enjoy their alone time. Ive never boarded a cat however their homes appear comfy, clean, and a lot of window space for the cats to peer out. Go in for a tour and see for yourself!

We’ve been here for the puppy parties and to bathe our pups at their self washing stations. The staff is very friendly & caring about the animals.

My dog goes to daycare here 4 times a week. Staff is really good and the Facility’s management and ownership are second to none.

So my girl KY is a rescue Chihuahua Beagle mix but has had trauma so she is very skiddish. Sam(or Steve im bad with names) and the rest of the staff took great care of my sweet girl. And Q(?) who brought her in. My girl knows and can read character. So when I watched her go with him and not growl, bark, or show any apprehension or fear. I know shw was oing to be fine. But she was more than fine. She was great and i was great because i could leave her there without worry while i was on a difficult trip. The staff went above and beyond to take care of my sweetheat and get her ready for our trip in a few weeks. Truly amazing and I was blown away. In a world were often money is paid to a business and the business does not take customer's needs into account, my experience with Walker's Pet Hotel was a Breath of Fresh Air. And I have been using walker's pethotail for years but at the Murrysville location on and off for the last 18 years with prevous girl Duchess. Feels like we’re leaving our dog with family. The staff there is loving and attentive to every dog and cat that comes in, whether for daycare or for an extended stay. Our dog loves it there. She’s very well cared for and is excited every day to go. And when we pick her up after work, she is tired and happy from the social experience.

Really great place.... Clean store front.... Inside of building is very well kept and clean.... Great location on route 30 centralized in North Versailles.... My dog loves going there and playing with all the other dogs and getting some of her energy out..... 2 year old St Bernard that still thinks she's a little lap dog puppy.... Lol

We love walkers in north Versailles! My girl gets excited every time we walk in and she sees the staff. She always looks happy when I pick her up and she sleeps so well after playing hard. Prices are good in my opinion, and they’ve always been able to accommodate scheduling requests for us.

booking was very easy, they actually tried to help me find a local vet when i wasn’t sure i’d be able to get shots in time. they took my last minute boarding request for a holiday weekend, check in was super quick and painless, and on pickup their review of my dogs stay was way more detailed and thorough than i expected. i was worried about finding a place for my senior girl but we’ll definitely go back here!

When we started to plan a trip to Italy, I couldn’t get too excited until I knew who would watch our dogs. Our regular sitter could only cover the first several nights, so I had to find someone to cover the rest of the trip. I looked for hours to find someone who meets our high standards and could stay at our home, especially since we would be an ocean away. Once we did a meet and greet with Gabby I knew she would be perfect. Our dogs loved her and she sent us tons of photos, videos and updates. There is no doubt these pups had constant love and attention. I never had to worry about them which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. When we came home they were calm and healthy. I would not be able to say that if we left them at a kennel. We feel like we made a new friend and am so happy to know I can trust her with our kids. I don't even know where to begin. Let's just say I have two high maintenance dogs, one being elderly and one being a Jack Russell (enough said on that one!) I always struggle to relax when I am away, because the older dog has separation anxiety, and at nearly fifteen years old, I know her days are numbered. It is hard for me to have peace of mind not being able to be the main caretaker of her. Then I found Gabby. I have never had a vacation where I was able to relax and not be worried about how everything was going at home. Gabby went above and beyond, even with the crazy medication and supplement schedule I have the senior gal on, and the demanding nature of a high drive breed. She sent updates and pictures every single day. I did not have to wonder what was happening or how everything was going. I honestly could write pages about how amazing our experience with Gabby was, but let's just say this.. BOOK HER NOW. I'm already looking for dates for vacation next year so I can be sure to have her in advance. Could not have asked for anything more from her at all. If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would!!

I have 2 tiny dogs that have super sensitive stomachs and eat 4 times a day. I had to travel out of state for almost a week and was extremely preoccupied about leaving my 2 little ones. I found Melrose pet resort, and let me tell you that Gabby is the most amazing, comprehensive, and pet lover dog sitter you could found. She took care of my babies like they were hers, she went above and beyond to accommodate them so they could be separated from bigger dogs, as I asked, they could have their meals at their regular schedule and she also kept updating me constantly with videos and pictures of my little ones. They had such a great time with her, got to make a few little friends that were staying at her place, and even participated in a Christmas photoshoot!. She gave me piece of mind while on my trip, and I definitely will be using her services next time I travel.

As a bulldog owner I’m always looking for the best care possible since our boy tends to need a little extra attention, and we absolutely found it with Gabby. She followed our directions to a “T”, and went above and beyond. She also sent us videos and updates throughout our vacation, putting my mind at ease about how our boy was doing. She also took great care of our home while we were away. Gabby is the best and we can’t wait to plan our next vacation and get on her schedule!

Gabby’s attention to detail is on another level. She did an amazing job with our dog, Remi. He is a creature of habit, and his transition from us being out of town to Gabby staying with him and taking care of his routine was seamless. She thinks of everything to ease your mind of what is going on. Her love for animals is apparent, and I appreciate that so much. Remi has specific medications that have to be taken, and I was not worried about Gabby covering everything perfectly. All the wonderful pictures she sent was a bonus, she should consider being a pet photographer! Thank you so much for taking care of our spoiled boy, Remi!

I cannot rave about how great Gabby and Kris were with my dog! Being a sitter myself I know I can trust them with my anxious little boy going forward. I have never left my dog with anyone but my family before and him being an older and anxious dog I was not sure how he’d do. But almost immediately Gabby and Kris made him feel so comfortable and right at home. He received all the attention and affection he needed and I also received all the updates and pictures I needed to know he was doing great. Knowing how well he was taken care of now makes me wonder why I was even worried about him to begin with! Talk about an AMAZING dog sitter and person, Melrose Pet Resort is a far better pet sitter that I ever came across. I came from out of state, and we were recommended to Melrose Pet Resort while we look for a home. Contacted her and immediately got a quick response. I never in my life have as much interaction with her as other dog sitters in the past. I have a Deaf dog and one with diet needs... Gabby constantly send photo's and video's of there activities, and I could see how happy my fur babies were. She is very personal and active with my pets and I am excited to have her again and as well as Chico and Bella. I am glad I am moving to Florida knowing when I need Gabby again, I will never have to worry about my fur babies again, knowing they will be in great care.... WOOF WOOF APPROVED

Hands-down, the best pet sitter I've ever had the honor to work with. It was like leaving the dogs with a family friend. If I even had the slightest worry about them or their care, it vanished in the rain of delightful photos and videos and the constant updates about breakfast, dinner, lizard hunts and games of Ball. It is just possible that my dogs had a better time than I did while I was on vacation. They stayed in their very own room, in crates for everyone's safety, but were out and about quite a lot of the time (certainly WAY more than they would be in a kennel or daycare) and they were treated like family. They got to "help" make dinner and cuddle on the sofa and watch TV. Obi even got to chase MANY BALLS AT THE SAME TIME. Heaven! Obi and Ursa can't wait to stay with Aunt Gabby again!

We recently put our baby Jasmine here after searching for a boarding facility for weeks. And I can't say how happy we are that we decided to choose Melrose Pet Center opposed to one of those facilities. Not only did she get personalized care, she got love and affection the entire time. We know so because Gabby sent us updates daily; mornings, afternoons when she could, and night. She sent Pictures and videos and Jasmine looked like she was having the time of her life. I also loved the cute bandanas she had while we got the pictures. We were even lucky enough to get a pic of Jas with Santa in their home (Thanks Kris!! Lol). Jasmine also enjoyed playing with her dogs, tiring them out all day! If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Thank you again for treating our pup like she was one of your own!

I picked up my big puppy from almost a week of being here and he was so happy and had so much fun! I love that we can watch the cameras at any time to watch them play!!! They treat every animal here with love and give them all attention! The first time I left my dog here I noticed the worker giving him lots of pets which made him happy and made me feel better! We also got a bath and he smelled wonderful and had the most adorable bandanna on! I can tell they gave him so much love and attention! They always know who he was playing with and what made him happy that day! I can’t express how amazing this facility is!

There are no words to tell you how excellent and attentive the staff is.... they truly treat your pup as their own! Tinsley gets so excited every time she goes to camp! I don't feel badly the times I have to board her because I know she is having so much fun! They are loving, convenient and reasonably-priced!

The facilities at Camp Bow Wow are also top-notch. The kennels are clean and spacious, and the dogs have plenty of room to run and play. There are also several outdoor play areas, so the dogs can get some fresh air and exercise. We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and affordable dog boarding service. I took my dog to Camp Bow Wow South for 4 years. I took him to daycare last Friday to get some energy out and have a bath. When he came home he was acting clingy and upset. I assumed that he was just tired from the day. This continued well into Monday, my toddler threw a ball at him he yelped, I thought it was odd but thought that he was maybe just caught off guard. Later, my mom patted him on the back and he yelped even louder. We took him to the vet and he had hundreds of cuts from his neck down his entire spine to his tail from what looked like a grooming tool. He is currently taking antibiotics and steroids that are making him throw up and have accidents. He is not the same dog that I dropped off on Friday for a normal day at daycare and it is breaking my heart. I spoke with Cathy, the manager (I believe) and she was just as upset as I was. She worked with me and spoke with the owner. They are reimbursing me for my vet bills and i appreciate them so much. But, I cannot bring myself back to the business after what happened. I never had any issues with his experiences at daycare over the years and he was always happy and excited when we turned into the parking lot. But, unfortunately for all of us, that is no longer the case for our family.

Everyone is super friendly and I trust them with the care of my pup! Their grooming services are top notch, and the way her nails are trimmed, and dremmeled are perfect every time!

The Pittsburgh South Camp is the best! The employees go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to give all the dogs in their care the best experience they can give! Their Camp is very clean and smells great when you walk thru the front doors. The people working there are so nice to everyone and they make you feel like family. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my girl but the South Camp where I know she’ll be happy and safe! They are easy to make a reservation with and always make sure all the pups are up to date with vaccines so you know everyone’s healthy! Pittsburgh South Camp is the best in the Pittsburgh area hands down!!!

My golden has received great care over the past fourteen years and seems to regard Camp Bow Wow as her second home.

We have taken our dogs here several times over the past year due to renovations at our home. Each time they are welcomed with open arms and taken care of, beyond our expectations. They are always accommodating to our needs, including giving one of our dogs her daily medication. Each time we take them, they get excited when we arrive into the parking lot. With our last stay, our one dog had a vet appointment to get a tooth removed. When I arrived to pick out our other dog, I had 3-4 members of their staff approach me and ask me how he was. They were genuinely concerned about is condition after his surgery. I was impressed with how they genuinely care about each dog they care for.

Starting this off with I don't do reviews, I've left maybe 2 in my entire life and has to be something that has changed my life. That being said Josh & Bob have changed mine and my fiancé's life consistently for the better. I am a non trusting person especially with my best friends (my dogs). The two of them have basically adopted my dogs as their own and take care of them sometimes better than me. Doesn't matter if it for daycare or days. I never worry about dropping my dogs off. Honestly they are more excited to go to their house than my own. If you ever need anyone to watch your pets this is the place... Thank you both again for giving my dogs another home!

I can’t even put into words how thankful we are that we found such kind people to watch our dog! It was our first time away from our beagle/hound so we were anxious, but Josh soothed our worries during our whole trip! They are so very thorough with care and specific needs for your pet. Salem recently recovered from heartworm treatment, and they had a vet tech check his heart and lungs every day as a precaution. Josh loved Salem like he was his own and sent us lots of photos of Salem playing with his new doggy friends that were also staying! It’s a huge sigh of relief that we found the place that can watch Salem if we ever need them to. Josh and Bob are truly dog people and we can’t thank them enough!

The Pittsburgh Pet Concierge is an amazing boutique pet boarding facility, that loves your fur babies like they are their own. I have taken the most difficult pup there and they accommodated him to his needs, and now our new pup who is easy going. They have play yards that they can play in, you get photos of your fur friends daily as well. I will only use the Pittsburgh Pet Concierge knowing full well my fur kid is in the best hands ever. Pittsburgh Pet Concierge was a truly amazing place and a home away from home (literally a home!) to board my dog, though they don’t even call it "boarding"—it’s more like a vacation spot for pets! From the moment I reached out, I knew I had found something special. My usual pet sitter canceled on me at the last minute, which I initially thought was a disaster, but it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. This was the first time my dog, Maggie Mae, had ever been away from home, and I was incredibly nervous about how she would handle it. But Pittsburgh Pet Concierge made the entire experience easy and stress-free—for both of us! She had a boarding counselor with her day and night and actually received more attention and supervision than if I left her at home with visits. The team there is nothing short of wonderful. They put my mind at ease right away, and their loving, attentive care made all the difference. Maggie Mae didn’t just cope with being away—she thrived! She actually did better at Pittsburgh Pet Concierge than she does at home when I’m away. I could tell she was relaxed and happy just by the photos they sent whenever I asked for an update. It was clear from her body language and her bright eyes that she was having a great time and was completely at ease. When I picked her up, Maggie Mae was clean, content, and clearly well cared for. Pittsburgh pet concierge is an amazing facility that treats your pets like their own! They are so communicative and helpful with me and my puppy. They offer so much flexibility with my work schedule since it’s in a home with 24/7 supervision. My Australian shepherd is always so excited to go and is always tired when she gets picked up. They continue to go above and beyond the other doggy daycares/ boarding facilities I have been to previously and could not be happier to have found them!

Bodhi had a great time! I was nervous about boarding my buddy for a week but pet concierge put all of my worries ease. They came up with a customized plan to help him feel as comfortable as possible while he stayed there. We will definitely be back!

A review just isn’t enough honestly. Josh & Bob are two of the most AMAZING human beings I’ve ever come into contact with. They are kind, accommodating and most importantly selfless. They have been watching Lola since she was a year old. Lola sometimes doesn’t do well with strangers and they took on the challenge. They never pushed her. They went at her pace. They never made me feel bad for her reactivity. They never made me feel like a bother or that she was a burden. She is truly VIP here and they love her as if she was their own. Loki has been seeing them for the last 2 years. He too has his own issues. He isn’t the best in new environments with dogs he’s unsure of and Josh & Bob didn’t bat an eye at taking him on too. They truly treat them like their own dogs. I never have to worry about them when they’re there. Sadly, we are moving 9hrs away and will no longer be able to use PPC. This is probably the hardest thing about moving and trusting new people with our dogs. But Josh has offered to help in so many ways to ease our transition and any chance we can have to have them watch our pups again, we will. Josh & Bob have become more than our dog boarders, they’re our family. If you need someone to watch your dog I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. PPC is the absolute best place.

We had THE BEST experience possible at Pittsburgh Pet Concierge. We had never done any kind of boarding for our 3 pups so we were extremely hesitant to do so, but needed the service as we were going on a week long trip. We had called a few places around the Pittsburgh area but Joshua at Pittsburgh Pet Concierge was so attentive and helpful from the very beginning which made this place really stand out. From the registration, to the transparency and the attentiveness, it really is a 5 star experience from start to finish. We live in the north hills but will drive the extra 25 minutes every time. They make the process so easy and Joshua kept us updated every single day with photos, videos and questions. They were so happy and relaxed. The dogs do not sleep alone in cages, they have someone with them at all times, which was huge for us. I could go on and on and on about the experience that we had with them but I will sum it up by saying that if you choose any other boarding service in the Pittsburgh area, you’re truly doing your pups a disservice. I used the cat boarding services for my 2-year-old tortie while I was on vacation and my expectations were met beyond my initial expectations! Josh and everyone were very respectful and reassuring that my cat would be safe and happy, and they proved to be right on the money. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my cat was in good and safe hands, and not in sound pound with limited space or surrounded by other cats or dogs she doesn't know. Going forward, this is where I'll be taking my cat the next time I go on vacation!

Always do a great job with my shih tzu. Canderlores is extremely overpriced. I always feel comfortable getting my dog groomed here.

Im SO grateful for the team at Brizes! It was my first time boarding my dog, Sula, was a nervous wreck when I dropped her off. Deidra completely understood, reassured me and the girls there immediately were giving Sula tons of love and affection. Pin sent me almost daily updates of how she was doing, even a few videos and photos while I was away. When I picked Sula up, she was freshly groomed, in great spirits and with glowing feedback from the kennel. 10/10 recommend and THANK YOU!

We have 1 cat that refuses to eat dry food, possibly sensitive teeth so she has to be boarded when we are traveling. We have used this kennel twice and the staff seems very nice. The prices are reasonable and the hours are accommodating.

Usually really really good. This time, not so much. First, we were delayed in picking up because we were victims of theft out of state and had to stay to do police reports etc. , So the dogs stayed an extra 6 hours. Instead of pickup at 11am we got them at 5pm. We were charged an entire extra day because they don’t do “1/2” days. 6 hours is hardly a 1/2 day. Last time I checked, 1/2 a day is 12 hours so I could’ve left them there until the next morning for the same price instead of driving all night to pick up today. The bathing was $15 each for just the bath prior to today. Today was $24 for one and $30 for the other. That’s $54 and we were charged $59. Not to mention this was never relayed to us by any staff, and our dogs have been there before. So, all in all, I feel like we were ripped off at least $50 total. Charging me $40 instead of $20 for the “1/2” day and $29 more for the bathing then what it used to be without telling anyone. Not to mention her math was wrong it would’ve been $54 not $59. Not sure if we will be taking them here again.

I've been taking my dogs and cat here for years. They always take great care of them. Staff is super friendly and can accommodate any additional needs. They also offer walks, playtime, and swim time. Very reasonably priced. I will be using them again.

We had such a great experience here! We have a very skittish pit bull mix who was kicked out of another kennel 15 minutes after she got there. Brizes knew exactly how to handle her personality without any problems at all! All the staff were so caring with her. Will definitely use again!

This place is great for your furry family member. They take great care of them from baths, nail trims, etc... A week vacation or just a weekend away, let them care for your pet. Great prices for great service.

Have brought my 12 year old lab here many times. 1st visit for my 6month old puppy. Very accommodating to my fur babies. Bringing them back in 10 days. Plenty of supervised play time, clean accommodations and going above and beyond for finicky dogs. Extra caring caregivers that can not be beat. Even has pick up services if you can't bring your dogs to them. Affordable prices as well. Always happy to leave my fur babies with country lane.

Love this place! We've been using them for kennel services for about 17 yrs. Many of the same staff has been there the entire time. They treat our dogs like there are their dogs. I always feel safe leaving them in their hands.

A nice variety of high quality foods and treats. I also board my Rottweiler here from time to time. I love the staff, they are so helpful and they love my dog, which makes me so comfortable when i leave her. She loves the staff too!

Bella loved her stay there. They are great with taking care of her. She is on daily meds, special diet, and doesn't get along well with most other dogs. She socialized with other dogs and they groomed her. She was on a nice vacation while we were.

We have taken our dogs to Mancusos Pet Hotel for 40 years. The dogs love going there, and they get the best care. Mancusos prides themselves that someone is always there overnight (not as prevalent in other kennels as you would like to believe). They are the best.

My pup just had his evaluation today at the Pooch Pitt and he came prancing out all excited! He loved being there for just one hour…this is a perfect fit for my pup. He has been snoring for a few hours after only an hour of play, I can only imagine what a 1/2 or full day will do to him!

Our dogs Finn and Willow went to Pooch Pitt for their first doggy daycare visit, this week. They had a BLAST and were so tuckered out when they came home. We will definitely be back and we can’t say enough good things about the staff, especially Allie.

Been using the Pooch Pitt for years, but this time they went above and beyond. We took a 2 week trip abroad and Allie and the team took extra special care of our Zoey. She’s an anxious older girl and the crew at the Pooch Pitt were so accommodating to ease nerves and keep her happy and eating! (She tends to lose weight due to nerves). Couldn’t be more satisfied with their care and attention.

Archie is chocolate Lab 10 yrs young and loves to think he can hang with the big dogs but he is 10. The Pooch Pitt always provides comfortable and safe care. They know he wants to be part of everything but he has limits and they accommodate him well. He loves coming to stay and always comes home happy yet exhausted. They make it easy to leave him in their care- when I don't want to do so. I Recommend Pooch Pitt 100%.!

Just moved into the community and used Pooch Pitt for our first groom in the burgh. Really great job! Our pooch is very anxious and has separation anxiety issues. She boldly went with the groomer who really put her at ease! We will be back to check out the boarding!! Thanks !!

We are watching our grandpup while our son is overseas. Rocco is nervous in this new area far from NM. We brought him to the Pooch Pit for his evaluation. We were warmly greeted by the staff when we arrived and when we picked him up. The place is clean and doesn't smell like dog at all. We will be bringing Rocco for daycare and boarding the next 7 months.

My two dogs absolutely love the Pooch Pitt. The staff is so kind and caring. I love that I am able to see the dog while they are there. The groomers also did an outstanding job grooming them. Highly recommend! ❤

We have taken our dogs Maggie (almost 7 years old) and Lucy (almost 1 1/2 years old) since they were both 5 months old. They are always excited just to hear the words Pooch Pitt and are always warmly greeted by the staff who take the time to really get to know each dog and their personality, which is awesome. They have stayed just for the day to play and have a blast, and they have also been boarded at least 3 or 4 times a year there for anywhere from 2 days....to 11 days. The last trip we took without them was for 11 days, a very long one, but Ella and the staff were very sensitive to the fact that this was a very long time for them to be without us and gave them extra love and rest time and whatever else they needed, to make their time away from us less stressful. When I messaged to see how they were doing I got a response very quickly which put me at ease. I also loved seeing all the pictures and videos on IG and also the ability to watch them from afar on the Pooch Cams. We came back and they were both happy and healthy. I recommend Pooch Pitt to anyone I see...Maggie and Lucy love it there...they have a lot of fun and are always well cared for!

I highly recommend the Pooch Pitt for boarding and daycare. Our 2 year old cattle dog loves going to daycare and comes home and crashes after a fun filled day. The staff at the Pooch Pitt are so attentive and really care about their customers. The online portal is so easy to use and it’s great we can peek into their cameras to see our fur baby! They have also been so accommodating to our family throughout our pregnancy which absolutely took the stress around the wellbeing of our pup away.

I started taking my dog to The Pooch Pitt for grooming after having some less-than-great experiences at my last salon and am so happy I made the change! The entire staff at The Pooch Pitt is wonderful to work with. All of the groomers do excellent work but Lauren is my go-to and she makes my pup look amazing everytime. The facility is always clean, and I love the easy online booking experience. Highly recommend!
