Was such a pleasure getting to know Emma! Unfortunately she had to cancel the sit due to travel restrictions and we were genuinely so sad not to be able to do it. But it was lovely to chat on the phone and I am sure Emma would have been the perfect host and her pets would no doubt have been a joy to look after. I truly hope we will be able to get to stay here at some point in the future. 😊🙏
We completely enjoyed our sit with Susan’s beautiful dog, Tega. She was well-behaved and sweet. We were also given the absolute best Welcome Guide which answered all of our questions. Susan’s home was very comfortable with all of the amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped and we prepared most of our meals there. Susan had also left a lovely lasagna and delicious orange almond cake for us on arrival. It was a great sit with plenty of walking trails for Tega and interesting places to visit in the area. We would highly recommend Radnage, Susan, and Tega!
We loved our sit with Leo. He was so sweet! Rob was very warm and welcoming. His home is beautiful and comfortable.
Daniela and Phillip were so incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They have a beautiful house in a lovely spot, it's very well kept, clean and tidy, and the guest room is amazing. Rosie and Toto are absolutely beautiful dogs, they love their walks and they love humans. They're very affectionate and are very happy with their head on your lap having a cuddle on the couch. There are plenty of nice walks to do in the area, and a very handy train station only a short walk away. We spent 2 weeks with Rosie and Toto and were quite sad to say goodbye!
House sitting for Pascale and Duncan and the beautiful Keira was terrific! We had excellent communication from the beginning to the end. I arrived one day before and they invited me for a super delicious dinner made by Duncan, a professional cook! The flat is very modern, large, fully equipped, and located in Helmeilen, one of the prettiest areas of the Golden Cost near Zurich. It is very well connected by public transport. There are natural areas to explore hiking, literally at the home's doorstep. The weather was warm when I came and I could also enjoy working outside, even in the large garden. Kiara was so cute! Easily the most spectacular cat I have ever cared for. She was timid in the beginning but quickly came to me for playing time, joyful times, and even for sleeping in my bed. She has become a queen, not a princess anymore. She knows what she wants and she asks for it. Most of the time she spends out, in her garden. She really is like a warrior defending her territory from other cats or any other creature that comes into it. I enjoyed a lot her company. I can highly recommend this assignment. Thanks a lot, Pascale and Duncan, for this opportunity and for allowing my nephew David to join me in the last few days.
