Sitting for Abbie was an absolute dream. She is a sweet little lady who will stay calmly by your side throughout the sit. She absolutely loves her walks..there is a really nice trail by the river which ended up being great exercise for the both of us. Often I would jog slowly with her and she loved keeping up ☺️ The house is spacious, comfortable, and has the most spectacular garden that never gets old! I spent most of my time inside as Abbie doesn't like to be left alone..which was absolutely fine. When you do venture out, there are two grocery stores within walking distance and a cute little town that has a few shops, restaurants, and hot yoga studio. Sue was so gracious and accommodating. Overall a perfect sit.
It was an absolute pleasure looking after such a handsome gentleman! Oscar is a beautiful boy who loves his food and long, exploratory walks through the nearby woods. Combine this with Judy and Andrew’s beautiful home with a comfortable bed, private en suite and gorgeous garden and it can only be pure joy. I arrived to an immaculate house, with detailed notes on everything I needed which made for a wonderful experience. Thank you for the opportunity and I hope we meet again one day.
It was a pleasure to house sit for Jay and Cedric. Their home is comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We were given detailed instructions on how to care for the house and were driven around so we could get oriented with the neighborhood. We were also in constant contact so we could easily ask any questions if we had any. We also worked remotely during our time there and we never had any issues with the WiFi. Lexi, their cat, is very sweet. She has her moments where she likes to be on her own, but also moments where she likes to snuggle. We enjoyed our daily walks with her around the yard. Overall we had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to house sit for Jay and Cedric again.
We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Grove in a very comfortable, well equipped modern house in close proximity to shops and the beach. Also well located for other Victorian holiday destinations. Obi and Arya were so easy to care for. Obi enjoyed his cuddles and Arya chasing around the garden after his frisbee. Puck, who remained hidden for a couple of days, made an appearance and was then happy to be petted. Sit was also made easy because of the detailed information provided and the opportunity to speak to Caroline before she left. Thank you Caroline and Alex for choosing us. Marie and Ron
