I had a wonderful experience pet sitting for Robyn. Her apartment is tidy, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials, making it a comfortable stay. Ed, the cat, is incredibly friendly and cuddly—such a joy to be around. Cassie, the elderly dog, is a sweet and shy companion who simply enjoys being near you, which made our time together very special. Communication with Robyn was excellent, and her welcome guide was detailed and helpful. I would definitely recommend her!
One of the best housesits. Albuquerque is not as brutally hot as some of the Southwest. Gemma and Molly are intelligent, affectionate AND undemanding; well-trained in use of the dog door and in taking sedate walks. When Lisa is in residence, the dogs go to a local golf course off-leash where they can cut loose, but they adapted quite well to a less energetic schedule. No one wants to experiment to see if the dogs will obey a relative stranger when not leashed! The 4 chickens had to be watched when out of their coop, but most of the plants are behind fences in the back yard so their ability to dig was limited. Their eggs were scrumptious as Lisa invests in high quality feed and supplements with greens and protein. The house is charming and the kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped. The roses and gardenias in the back yard provided cut flowers through most of the summer and the vegetable garden yielded tomatoes and lettuce. Plant care was easy, as several hoses were available at various points. Lisa introduced me to friends and inserted me into the neighborhood's weekly pub meet. Since this was a two month sit, the advice found there was very helpful and made my stay much more easy and enjoyable. Lisa left clear instructions and was always available for any fine-tuning for the inevitable household emergencies (gutters leaking, wrong pesticides used near chicken coop). Would definitely do a repeat visit!
Bethany was the most amazing host. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at ease with her two gentle giant dogs. She was even gracious enough to let me come early and stay a day extra after my next sit after hers got canceled the night before it was supposed to start. I can never thank her enough for, again, going above and beyond and completely out of her way!!! Both dogs were very loving, full of energy and always ready to play ball...too cute!!!
Our stay at Reigate was very pleasant and peaceful. Rusty is the most loving, intelligent and gentle dog!! he showed us the best way to enjoy our time visiting parks and woods, views of the city and touring the neighborhood. Sarah and Ed were very kind and the communication was very easy going, always making themselves available. Their home is wonderful, bright and modern. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to spend some relaxing time close to nature with a very friendly dog!!
These two homeowners have two beautiful and affectionate kitties. Jesse was my shadow throughout my stay and Torti has a purr like no other. Upon my arrival Nicky showed me the house and I felt that she was really interested in my being comfortable here. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Going to miss my new kitty pals.
Great Cat, great place! Simba is such a playful cat with so much personnality. The appartement is placed close enought to sight see but far enough that you barely hear anything at all appart from the birds and occasionnal planes. Thank you so much for letting me stay in your wonderful room with Simba!
