Liz did an amazing job with my home and dogs! She fed my fish and watered our plants. Our house with clean when we returned! She stayed in constant contact with us and even stayed an extra night when our return flight was delayed to the next morning.
I loved sitting for Leah. She is a wonderful host! Her house is cozy and beautiful with scenic views. Everything was as pictured. Gus and Hunter are very pleasant, sweetest, most adorable and well behaved cats ever, each with different and unique personalities. Both Hunter and Gus would lay next to me for cuddles and attention🥰They made my stay memorable. Also, there are lots of hiking trails if you’re into hiking which are within a few minutes away. There’s also cute markets with fresh produce and snacks within 3-5 minutes away. I definitely recommend this sit to anyone and can’t wait to sit for Leah again!
Wow! What an experience: hand feeding, bottle feeding, cuddling and walking amongst kangaroos and euros of all different ages. Plus feeding possums, a galah,, exotic parrots, chooks (delicious free range eggs to enjoy), cats, birds and two very well behaved, adorable dogs. Most of the time was spent enjoying the animals. (We also explored the towns close by - Kadina has a delicious ice cream shop and Moonta a huge second hand shop). I was very appreciative of Aileen's detailed instructions for looking after the animals and for the bulk preparation of food. Aileen didn't hesitate when I asked if my recently widowed sister could join me. We arrived to a delicious home cooked meal and very comfortable, freshly made beds. Aileen's family made us feel welcome too and I also enjoyed sharing crafty tips and experiences with her, before she departed.
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Marilynne;s lovely place and taking care of her sweet cat, Lia. Marilynne greeted me the evening that I arrived and made me feel right at home, making sure that I knew all of the information for staying with Lia, and also offered some delicious food for my stay. Her home was clean and comfortable and located in a beautiful neighborhood on a lake, which was easily accessible for walks. Her location is an approximate 15 minute drive into Asheville, with many sites to see. Lia was a sweet and quiet cat, very personable and was most content to curl up on her favorite spot. I would love to sit for Marilynne and Lia in the future. Thank you Marilynne!
Hannah, William, Lady, and Duncan were wonderful! They were very welcoming and even gave me some hiking recommendations. I felt like the instructions were clear and straightforward. Lady & Duncan are great company and have the cutest personalities! Also - the guest room bed was SO comfortable and Hannah’s book collection is incredible 😊
We had a lovely time looking after their furries and enjoying their company. Vanessa and neil we're so welcoming and generous and great fun to be with. Their instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It's a lovely house with a beautiful garden, which we enjoyed so much. We would be very happy to sit for them again.
