Neema and Jacob are a delightful couple-attentive to the needs of both pets and the home. They took the dogs for two walks a day and were sympathetic to their early separation anxiety. They left the house spotless and put fresh linen on our bed. They agreed to come a day before we left so that they had the time for the dogs to get to know them, and to leave a day later because we only returned in the early evening. Jacob even presented us with a beer on our return home to help overcome our weariness after a long flight .We highly recommend them as zeewoi.
What a great stay! Harry and Lloyd are the sweetest girls ever. Lloyd was a bit more timid to begin with but soon became my shadow, always at my side and ready for head scratches. Harry is such a chatty little thing, always curious, very outgoing, and great at hide and seek 😅 Both are big fans of belly rubs, love a good brush, and were such great company in a beautiful family home! Communication with David was great, he was always there to answer any questions and I felt very welcome. Wish I could’ve stayed longer, and hope to sit again! Thanks so much! :)
Our stay at Glen and John's house was incredible, we had a great time during the two weeks we were in their home. It is a very quiet place with a beautiful view of the sea, ideal for relaxing. Alfie and Ruby are the most adorable kittens ever, they are very independent, they know their eating routines and they will let you know when they want affection. At first they took their time getting to know us but then they loved the caresses and gifts. We miss you so much! Glen and John are very friendly, from the first moment they gave us a nice welcome and were really concerned that our stay was the best possible, we are very grateful for having met them!
I had such a wonderful time staying at Alli and Jake's! Hank and Finn are the sweetest. We quickly bonded and enjoyed many beautiful walks around Ardsley Park. Both dogs are very well trained, loving and playful. I miss them! Alli and Jake thought of everything and made my stay so lovely. Their home is so beautifully decorated, light, clean and I felt right at home. They are such a sweet couple, I hope to stay in touch with them. If you have the opportunity to care for Hank and Finn I wouldn't pass it up!
We absolutely loved staying here with the world’s most friendly, chilled out cat. The house is lovely and right on the doorstep of Meersbrook Park. Tom and his family were very kind to us and too easy to communicate with. We’d love to come back and we feel a bit sad to leave!

Pet-Friendly Accommodation with Cleanliness Issues: ~3 Weeks before the start date of the sit I had a video call with Manu where he showed me the house, the dog, and said that there would be a cleaning lady passing by the property shortly before I'd arrive. Feeling comfortable with everything presented on the call, as well as reading the reviews, I was looking forward to this sit. Unfortunately, there were quite a few cleanliness issues that weren't shown / communicated on the call: - Most cups/glasses/plates/pots had to be cleaned before using them due to food remainders or burned stains in them (some I wasn't even able to remove, so I couldn't use all of them). It seemed as if the dishwasher needed quite some fixes in order to properly clean. - The carpet was full of stains and was mostly grey/dark on the stairs (and in other parts of it upstairs) - it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a veeery long time. - While they said that the house was older and it needed renovation, I can understand if some things don't work. However, having spiderwebs in multiple places on the ceiling that apparently never get removed, finding a whole bunch of moths, and a stuffy smell, gave the impression that overall cleanliness standards were fairly low. What helped in dealing with that was leaving the doors and windows open due to the great weather (no need for AC!). Thankfully, there were mosquito nets on all of them. - The dishwasher stopped working a few days into may stay, so I was left with 2 weeks washing dishes by hand. - While they left me Delphine's bike, the air in the tires was low and I was unable to find the pump / access to the garage was barely possible as my code didn't work. Besides, the seat was too low for me and the tool for adjusting it was not provided either. This was a major downside as the area is very bike-friendly and using it more would've saved me quite some money on transportation. Due to the condition of the bike, I could only use it for very short distances. - Bed bugs: I washed the sheets and blankets a couple of times AND ironed them afterwards, but there was just always an itchy feeling when sleeping, so the quality of rest was low. And, I found bugs on the bed on numerous days. The more positives sides of this sit: Kimi is a calm and great dog, well-trained. She takes a bit of time to get acquainted with you, and that's perfectly fine. Instructions to take care of her are very well prepared and really clear. At some point, she even started to demand her cuddles, which showed her becoming comfy with me. In summary, I'm grateful that I got the chance to take care of her. The work station in the living room was a great setup for calls, and the foot massage device is fabulous. They had also planted some herbs, fruits, and veggies in the garden, which tasted great. Manu, Delphine, and the kids are a very kind family, and I'm grateful I got to meet them in person. I completed the house sit despite the issues as I committed to it and just dealt with them as they arose. Mentioning all of the issues would've likely resulted in unnecessary stress for everybody involved and I didn't want that. And, I put the priority on ensuring that Kimi is well taken care of, without worry or interruption of the family's holiday. Overall, I hope that the newly renovated house that the family will move into will be maintained at a better cleanliness standard.

We love Barkmont and so does our little pup! Barkmont staff are incredibly responsive, communicative and flexible when we've experienced emergencies. Big bonus to their location is it's proximity to Berkeley Animal Hospital (right across the street), freeway and street parking for quick drop off and pick up.
The Barkmont is very accommodating and professional. Never been turned down for same day reservations. I love the employees there. My dog Gou Gou definitely loves them. Can’t wait to get out of the car.
Our large chocolate lab spent some quality time at Barkmont. We loved it there. The staff are THE friendlies, love their guests, and are so communicative. Our last time at the Barkmont, our lab was just there for the day this time around. He, unfortunately, was too excited/anxious (and admittedly nearing the end of his life) and his heart and lungs couldn't take the excitement. The staff cared for him in the best way possible while he was a bit in distress and they kept us in the know of his status throughout the day. They told us what their plan of action was until we got there and kindly asked if we wanted anything done differently. The Barkmont and its loving staff....ya can't beat it. Thank you Barkmont for showing Jaxon a good time (several times) and caring for him with so much love while he was in distress. We love you!
Friendly service and great care for your dog or dogs. I really enjoyed the helped from Liliana. Her service was great and she quickly got my dog in the day care the next day safe and sound. Price is good and they offer many different services for your pet. Overall great dog day care!
Update 4/30/24... I was called to fly to Beverly Hills first thing in the morning. I called after hours to set up boarding for Willie and was approved immediately. Shout out to Amanda and Kirk for their steadiness in accomodaring Willie when I travel on business. Another plus, is he has a best friend that's on the same boarding schedule, named Charlie. Every time I drop him off he is super excited to run into the FUN room to play with him, and all the staff talk about how their friendship is so cute. I recommend The Barkmont to everyone I know who has a pet. Forget about wag, rover, and all the other places, Barkmont is the best boarding facility in the bay, hands down. Update 11/23/22... I had a late notice work schedule change on 11/22/22 and needed a place for my dog to stay overnight. With Thanksgiving around the corner, The Barkmont was full and had no available reservations. Shout out to Kirk for making an exception and boarding Willie for me. I picked him up moments ago and he was all wags; I could tell he had an amazing visit at his hoke away from home. 5 stars all the way. I had to get my middle aged dog neutered and spent a week before his surgery looking for a dog sitter or pet hotel to watch him while I was at work. I work 70 hrs per week and couldn't find anyone who could commit that type of time, and furthermore had the ability to take care of a dog post surgery. I tried Rover, Wag, and various dog hotels... set up multiple meet and greets and wasn't happy with the customer service, vibe, ability, availability etc... Finally, the day before Willie's surgery, I found The Barkmont. I called to inquire, and was given an email address for Kirk, the owner. He responded late that night. He genuinely cared about my dogs situation, and put alot of energy into finding a pet sitter to come to my house, but wasn't able to find one. He offered to set me up with a special space onsite, with reliable staff to watch, walk, give meds, and care for my special little guy Willie. Furthermore, this place operates 24/7, amd allowed me to pick up and drop off any time day or night. I noticed Willie was happy every time I picked him up. The greetings I received when I came inside were always pleasant from every staff member, and sensed that everyone who works at The Barkmont feels a special connection with animals... they treated Willie like a member of their pack, and I am forever grateful for the experience they offered. Willie will be allowed to take his cone off tomorrow after his post surgery checkup, and I am excited to make regular reservations in the future so he can play with the happy dogs that stay at the luxurious Barkmont Hotel, Spa, and Day Care on a regular basis when I am at work amd out of town. Big props to Dre, Kirk, Amanda, and the rest of the staff for running the most reputable and capable dog hotel in the bay area. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 💘
We truly consider the Barkmont part of our dogs family. I am so thankful to have a group we can trust when we go out of town to take care of our dog. She always runs right into the door when we drop her off and comes home exhausted from all the fun she has. They are very communicative about policy changes and we respect their choices they make to keep our dog safe. With the increase in kennel cough this winter we were nervous boarding her but they assured us they were consulting with vets and made decisions to protect our pup. We really like that we can see the dogs playing during the day on the webcam and that they also seem to make good decisions about when to put them in quiet time to nap. Our dog does often come home smelly from all the playing, but we've just started adding on a bath to her reservation and she comes home smelling fresh and ready for a long nap. When we have had issues where our travel plans are delayed they are very accommodating and kind and let us pick up later than we expected to. It's just so much less stress knowing we have this understanding group of amazing people taking care of our dog when we are gone. Truly love the Barkmont and so thankful we found them.

My dog Astor LOVES the Barkmont! I began bringing her there at just 4 months old for both daycare and over-night boarding. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff pays close attention during playtime to ensure the safety of all pets. I also love the doggy webcam :) They also have bathing on-site, so after a stay, I get to pick up my Astor tired & clean. Rates are affordable compared to other Bay Area options, and the service is unbeatable!
My dogs have been coming to the Barkmont for a couple of years. They are always happy and excited to go there for both daycare and overnight boarding when we are out of town. During Fairbanks (my pitbull) and Frye's (my Frechie) recent stay, it was brought to our attention that there was some concern for Fairbanks looking skinny. He had recently (like days before his stay) been to the vet, and the vet didn't question his weight at all. After the Barkmont staff member talked with me upon picking them up, I made another appointment and brought him back in to our vet for a full blood panel and testing. It turns out that Fairbanks has thyroid issues. The canine equivalent to hyperthyroidism. He is now taking a daily pill and is already filling out and looks hardier. I really wish I would have gotten the name of the girl that I spoke to, but I didn't. I do want to thank her, though, as it is clear thet Fairbanks wasn't feeling the best, and by bringing it to my attention, I was able to advocate for him in having a closer look taken at his overall health panel by his vet. Barkmont is the best. It always makes me happy to see, when tuning into the cameras that staff is usually giving the dogs proper attention and care. Thanks to everyone at Barkmont!

They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It makes me happy to see Warren get to play out on the trails, learn new skills, and socialize with his pals every day. Finding a trustworthy and professional dog walker is not easy. But Molly runs a tight ship, and the team she leads at Doggy Lama shows just how much she cares for and loves animals. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

Everyone at Doggy Lama has been so good to my pup, Rosie, since I adopted her over a year ago. Rosie has arthritis so Dorothy takes her to the park to sniff about at her own pace or just lay in the sun. Kasper and I we both LOVE Doggy Lama; obviously for different reasons - Kasper loves the walks, treats and keeping his brain working while practicing recall on every walk. I love it that the Doggy Lama team is super reliable and feels like extended family. After I broke my foot they were able to immediately schedule Kasper for walks every day so I was able to rest. Dog Social Club is amazing. The staff is very friendly, adaptable and flexible. Most recently we’ve had our two dogs stay there, and both had the times of their lives. It’s great that they have play structures, pools, and additional services you can add for your pups. Our two boys have very different personalities, one loves dogs and is shy with people, the other loves people and is shy with dogs. Both came out of their shells and loved being a part of the pack. It’s been the only place that we’ve boarded them where we had full peace of mind during our own vacation (and where it seems like they are on vacation too!). Thank you DSC!!

Our teenage Boxer Socrates has been a member since nine weeks old. Initially part of their puppy program, he continues to thrive here daily. For working pet parents, there is no greater value than knowing your beloved four-legged family member is living their best life while we’re at our day jobs. Our previous Boxer Gelato attended Every Dog Has its Daycare and when Socrates came into our life, I knew there was no better place for him to come of age. For those of us who understand the critical importance of positive social interactions, the Social Club Cooperative maintains a philosophy that prioritizes the safety of all its members and guests while showering them with all the love and attention they deserve during the day when their owners are away. Whenever I’m asked how I afford what some may consider a luxury, I respond simply with “I can’t afford not to.” This incredible facility continues to be an invaluable part of our Boxer’s nurtured training along with keeping him happy while embracing the multiple opportunities to socialize with other dogs, exercise, play, and learn. The Dog Social Club Cooperative truly lives up to its name. While I consider myself fortunate enough to be able to provide this privilege for Socrates, I embrace and celebrate the benefits of what he gets out of being here every day. For me, and for Socrates, this “village,” is a home away from home, and irrefutably, the happiest place on earth. would never take my dog anywhere else in the bay area. he loves it so much he doesn't even say goodbye to me when I drop him off (which I consider a good thing!). he's so excited to go to dog social club and play with his friends and can't wait to get to the other side of that door! the staff always make the dogs sit first which is great training and they see that the dogs get along and are separated by size. puppies get their own play room as well. love the staff and can not say enough good things about this place.
My dog has a total blast at the dog social club cooperative! It's incredibly clean, the staff are super friendly & attentive, and it's clear to me just how much care and intention is put into making it an engaging and fun place for the dogs. Having read some of the reviews posted recently, I agree, and I also wouldn't take my dog anywhere else in the East Bay. This place is that good!
The BEST dog daycare in the East Bay. Would recommend it 10/10. Our dog loves it there, and always comes back home super tired (and sometimes wet from spending time at the pool).
The Dog Social Club (DSC) is by far the best dog daycare facility in town! All the staff members genuinely love dogs & they care about all the doggie members in their facility. The communication amongst staff members is also amazing! Any instructions provided to one staff member are shared amongst all the staff members, so my dog is cared for very well while being at the facility. I am totally worry-free while my dog is under their care. They are an extension of my home care for my pet. So, it is with upmost gratitude that I would like to thank DSC for the excellent service that they provide. I am especially thankful to Susy for assessing & admitting my love one!!

Really lucky we got our dog in here. They are a very thoughtful and dedicated team. They are very conscious of her herding play style and have found her a good group. The small size group seems more conducive to active participation in play and not just anxious pacing she does with other places. We’ve already noticed more social behaviors when taking her to the local dog park. The additional services are also very reasonably priced.
My pup, Púca, has been going here for almost half a year and she loves it! We looked around for a while before trying a daycare, heard great things about DSC and have bought the super affordable 20-pack for $750 a couple of times. Their daycare hours are longer than average, drop off is available anytime from 6:30am-12pm, and pickup is available until 7:30pm. All of the staff know her by name and she always comes home tired & happy!
Pam has taken excellent care of our two kittens/cats over the past two years. Pam and her team are very personable and attentive, and they clearly love their visitors. The accomodations are clean and comfortable, well-lit, and the windows have great views of trees, bird feeders, and more. Pam sends regular updates and pictures, and is happy to answer any question. Our cats have always come home comfortable and relaxed; obviously well taken care of. We highly recommend Pam and Critter Pet Care for all boarding needs!
🐾 I highly recommend Critter Pet Care. My cat has special needs and they treated him like a 🤴. They knew I was anxious about leaving him and kept me updated daily and even sent pictures. The little 🐈 house has AC and is set up very nicely specifically for kitties.😻 The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. They take care of 🐕 as well.
I am so happy I found Pam! I met her when I was moving and also going on a trip, meaning maximum cat-life interruption and I was super stressed about how it would all go. She was totally communicative and reassuring while I was away, sending pictures of obviously-happy cats. She has also helped with vet visits and advice. It is so great to work with someone who cares about your animals as much as you do (and knows so much more). My only reservation is about spreading the word so that she might be hard to book! But she deserves recognition for providing such an outstanding and important service.
We had been planning a trip of a lifetime - 7 weeks abroad - and one of the most important things was also one of the hardest things to do and that was to ensure our 1-year old sibling cats, Daisy & Spunky, would be in a secure and caring environment while we were away from home. We found there are many places that board cats in “2’Wx2D’x2H’” stainless steel kennels with 1 or possibly 2 hours of daily “out of the kennel” play time. Although they may be clean and secure, that type of a “confined” environment would have been difficult for our cats to endure even if just for a weekend (especially for Spunky who is very sociable and inquisitive); 7 weeks would have been grueling for them. They would probably be wondering, “what did we do to be abandoned like this?”. Thank goodness we found Pam & Critter Pet Care! The design of the cat house is wonderful and the size and multi-level layout of the kennels, some of which could also be expanded to double wide for bonded pairs like ours, allows cats to “hunker in” and feel secluded, or to peek out through their window for watching birds at the bird feeders outdoors. Cats also get to explore and commingle or just chill in the common areas, or they can trek/jump up to the many perches mounted high along the walls of the cat house. We missed our cats to pieces but really appreciated how Pam automatically kept us updated with photos and info about what they were doing throughout our 7-week trip. It gave us great peace of mind and our reunion confirmed how well they were cared for during their stay. We will not hesitate to leave our beloved Daisy and Spunky in Pam’s care the next time we plan a vacation or require boarding services. Thank you very much, Pam, for providing such an important service, a cozy and engaging boarding environment, and for truly caring about the well-being of our pets. . . you’re the best!
I cannot recommend Pam highly enough for anyone with a pet. I hated to leave my old dog, recovering from an illness, with anyone, but she had come recommended for her transparency. Pam went above and beyond making my dog comfortable and cared for when I had to leave town. When i found I couldn’t get home when I had hoped, she made it work to keep watching him even though his care needs were more than we expected. She let me know how he was doing every day, and was incredibly kind. Pam will always be my first choice for someone to care for my pet.

Pam and her staff are absolutely intuitive in their care for pets. She's personally taught me so much about cat behavior and how to be a better cat companion as a newer pet parent. Thank you for always offering a wonderful home away from home for my cats!
Pam is very professional and knows how to handle both cats and dogs. I had left my two cats with her for a day. She has a very good set up where our cats could feel at home. The cages were set up in such a way that the cats could also look outside at the world or lie in a secluded spot if they wanted. There was even a bird feeder right outside the window, to keep the cats entertained. I definitely recommend her place if you want your cats taken care of while you are on vacation.
Pam is incredible! My rescue pup was isolated for many years and after only a few weeks at daycare, he was much more sociable and calm. He has separation anxiety and has a really hard time being alone, so Pam has been a godsend since I found her about a year ago. She takes really good care of my pup and updates me with pictures and status, which is nice while I'm at work. She is super flexible with drop off/pick up times and always responsive. It's amazing how she is able to socialize dogs with cats, dogs with each others, etc. Also, the backyard is amazing! Huge and lots of room for dogs to play. My pup can't wait to get out there and run around:) Highly recommend Critter Pet Care, Pam is truly a lifesaver.
Pam is a great person, she is extremely responsive, caring and knowledgeable. This place inspires trust! We lodged our dog and cat during one week and they both had a very good time under their care. Pam took me home with my pets the day we checked out because there were no Uber or Lyft drivers available. It was so sweet and kind of her! I would highly recommend this place for cats and dogs. Expect questions about your pet’s health, behavior and a meeting session for dogs.
Pam at Critter Pet Care has been doing a great job for myself and my furry family members. We like to call her Auntie Pam, and she is like a second mother to my young kitties. Along with all of the regular responsibilities of taking care of food, water and litter cleaning, Pam also plays regularly with them (has even bought them some really fun toys and treats), brushes them, and also sends me photos and regular updates when I'm away. She is also willing to water my outdoor patio plants and she brings in the mail. I can be easy in my mind knowing that all will be well at home when I have to be away. Booking and communication has always been easy. I really like using her online portal where I can book and confirm upcoming visits. Finally, when I have last minute changes to my schedule and need to add or cancel visits, she is always willing to accommodate. We are so lucky to have found her and truly appreciate her wonderful care and service!
I’ve been taking Wolfie to JustPetMe since early this year, and he absolutely loves it. He gets so excited every time we pass by or stop in, especially when he sees the friendly staff (he’s especially fond of the blonde lady!sorry I don’t know her name). JustPetMe may not have extras like webcams or 24/7 drop-off, but the care they provide is exceptional. Wolfie always comes home happy and tired from all the playtime. I recently tried a more convenient place after relocating, but his reaction to JustPetMe is completely different. I’ll definitely be bringing him back for longer stays. Highly recommend—just visit, and you’ll see why!
I’ve enjoyed bringing my pup here for the last few years. Whether a long daycare day, or boarding when I’m out of town, I have trusted the care provided to my pup. My experience this past weekend though will ensure I never bring Goldie back here. I planned to leave her for the day and later decided overnight due to an emergency that arose for me. I hadn’t dropped off food though and couldn’t get back by closing to drop off. I spoke twice communicating with the staff member(blonde woman w/ European accent) about the issue. She offered “house kibble” which I declined knowing my pups sensitive stomach issues. I asked if I could have Instacart deliver my pups special food and was told no, and then had my best friend come to pick her up and unfortunately they got there 4mins after closing and again told no. I was still understanding and willing to give the benefit of the doubt, nor did I fault their level of inflexibility on these 2 options. I told her that my child would only at this point miss 2 cups of food for the day, that she would be fine not eating, and that I’d be there right at opening to drop it off. Despite being told not to give their house kibble this woman took it upon herself to decide what was best for my child and fed her the kibble anyway. I am livid that my pup is now experiencing diarrhea and discomfort all because this woman thought she knew better how to care for my pup than I have for her last 4 years of her life. I’m praying these GI issues will resolve without a trip to our vet. We won’t be back!
I was a fan of this place however recently there have been issues: lack of communication, billing issues, cleanliness (the lobby reeks horribly of urine). Finally, my dog has been sick since her last visit. At this point, the cause is unknown but she was fine before she was dropped off at daycare. Through a televisit with a veterinarian, the initial diagnosis is that she may have picked up a respiratory infection from another animal at the daycare as that was her only exposure to other dogs. Hopefully they will do better.
Me and my girl love Just Pet Me! Very reasonable price for the monthly daycare. The people there are great and Misty always came home wagging her tail. Easy drop off and pick up and I feel like the people that work there really knew and loved my pup.
They removed my previous review…. Our dog came home bleeding from his genitals. When we asked about it they told us “it’s probably from all the poop he was eating.” What???? Isn’t that your job to stop that??? Luckily our bank disputed the charge and we got the money back from these fools to cover the very expensive vet bills. Although they of course told us we were “just trying to get out of paying.” Which they were right! We do not want to pay for their inability to care for animals. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!!!

My pup loves this place. I am pretty sure she would rather live at Just Pet Me than with me. When I stop to drop her off, she gets absolutely nuts because she is so excited to be at Just Pet Me. Then when I pick her up and put her in the car, she longingly says goodbye to the staff when I drive away. The whole staff is very caring and they work so hard to make sure our pups are well taken care of.
I’m furious and hurt that this place had my puppy Yorkie in a dark room by himself. As I’m giving you all heads up to Not trust this place . As the 2 girls that work there would Drag my small puppy in and the other girl with the strong accent put my puppy in the dark room with No light rhe WHOLE DAY because my puppy did not know how to play with the dogs because he was all to himself. Why would they do this to my puppy BECAUSE HE STAYED TO HIMSELF . No Excuses at all . NO EXCUSE AT ALL as I was wondering why my pup was not himself all wk the last time I left him
I never have to worry with Just Pet Me. I needed a daycare that my pup would love and that would be available. Just Pet Me is just that. They are open every single day for drop off. If I have to work late, I do not have to worry about rushing home because when I get there at night Alina will always say "I fed him dinner for you." If I work on the weekends or have a project, I can drop him off and Tiffany will make sure he has fun all day. Check the Instagram page. My pup loves Brenda so much that he scratches at the door to get in. And if I have a big project or have to go out of town, I just board him overnight. Since he goes to daycare there, he is always right at home. The unlimited daycare package is very reasonable. The owner, Julie, is amazing. Why leave my dog at home when he can be playing outside all day with a bunch of dogs, eating, and running around. I have never seen a dog dropped off that was scared or afraid to go in. That is the one things that stood out to me. EVERY dog is excited to get dropped off. Amazing staff and will rid you of any worry about your fur baby so you can focus on work while you are away for the day.
The entire staff is so kind and welcoming! I tried another daycare and my dog didn’t take to it, but he has been happy since day 1 at Just Pet Me. I could never meet the needs of my very social and active dog without this wonderful place!
Sue is a fantastic dog walker! Her professionalism shines through in every interaction. She's always agreeable and truly cares for my dog Cooper. I love that he comes back home tired, relaxed, and happy after each walk. Couldn't ask for a better caregiver for my furry friend!

Sue started walking our dogs when we made the crazy decision to add a new puppy to our family. Our older, 10 year old dog was a strong alpha female who was very particular and our new puppy was a wiggling ball of energy. Sue was amazing with both of them. When we first met Sue, the intake interview she did with us to get to know our dogs put the interviews we had with potential nanny's for our daughter to shame. She took time to really get to know us and our dogs and figure out how to keep everyone happy. Her patience was endless - from dealing with our puppy submitting to others and peeing in her car to accommodating our older dog by ensuring that she had a private place to sit up front in the car. Sue was consistent and reliable and we always knew our dogs would be well cared for. Our dogs loved her and ran to the door any time she arrived. Sue went above and beyond the call of duty and always returned us tired, happy dogs. We brought Sue on when we had a full house with a puppy and a young child and were crushed to leave her when we moved 4 years later. I have since highly recommended her to other friends in the area who have loved working with her. The care she provided to our furry family members was outstanding!
Sue is simply the best! She's been taking care of my big, 10 year old guy, Jonah, for a little over a year now and I have complete trust in her when he is with her. You can tell Sue truly loves animals, has years of experience and she is super communicative. She is super flexible with my schedule and I know Jonah is in great hands when he is with Sue! Sue has been part of our family ever since our husky was a pup of about 1.5 years old, and she is now 12. She has been a second mommy to our girl and helped us raise her. She is very attuned to her pack, and has always let us know if our girl has been acting out of sorts and alerted us to any concerns. She has always been very flexible with scheduling, and always provides ample notice for time off. If you are looking for someone that will care for your pup as if they were her own, then Sue is your person. I enthusiastically endorse her and would highly recommend her if you need someone to keep your pup company during the day.

Sue clearly put the animals in her care at a priority. They come first in her eyes and that is reassuring for any owner. We have been working with Wag N Wheel for over three years now, our dogs love their walks with Sue and it's great to know that additional services like pack walks and boarding care are available if/when needed.

Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with Randy and his team. They were incredibly professional and polite during my first time boarding my dog. Meeting Randy and his staff reassured me that they genuinely care about the dogs and their clients. While I was in Oahu, Hawaii, Randy sent me video updates of my dog, which allowed me to fully enjoy my vacation.

We dropped our dog Jackson off at The Pack when I was coming from out of town. Randy worked with me to accommodate my last minute booking and was a huge help. Jackson is a big dog who is reactive with other dogs - Randy handled him confidently and was able to give him care that allowed him his own space. He checked in regularly and made me aware of how Jackson was settling in. By the end of the visit, Jackson had even met and played with Randy’s dog, something we have never seen happen successfully with another dog sitter! Thanks Randy, we will be sure to drop by again!
We brought our dog Juno for boarding and had an amazing experience! Juno has never been boarded and is overall an anxious dog. Randy and his team did an excellent job keeping her comfortable and happy throughout her stay. We will definitely continue to use The Pack for boarding and plan to bring Juno for some daycare since she seemed to have such a lovely time playing with the other dogs and staff. Randy and his team are clearly dedicated to providing affordable and thoughtful dog care services to our community and I fully recommend them to those looking for dog boarding/daycare. :)
Randy and his team are great. They are always accommodating if my travel plans unexpectedly extend. They truly play and interact with the dogs! Cookie is always tail wagging excited when I pull up to drop her off and she goes straight to sleep after I pick her up so I know she has been mentally and physically stimulated during the stay. I highly recommend The Pack for boarding.
Honestly the best experience… I can see the level of trust and the rapport between Randy and my husky Goku…. I’ve been coming to the pack exclusively since Christmas there hasn’t been an incident or Ill experience not once. Randy provides excellent feedback and updates regularly. I appreciate their service provided and trust he and staff completely with Goku. I highly recommend The Pack if you need doggy daycare services or boarding. After 2 years of wonderful service Touré has been an excellent addition to the team at the Pack. He’s take on wonderful care of Goku with my last trip away and upon my return told me gave me a very detailed update. My dog was returned clean most importantly safe without incident and he was very happy. Touré sent me picture updates keeping my mind at ease while we were away. Thank you for your wonderful service!
Randy runs a great operation! He is open and transparent about his business and he is full of love for the dogs. Our pup has been going to daycare once a week and it has been building her confidence and socialization. Randy sends us photos during the day and we can tell she's having the time of her life! Drop off and pick up is easy. We love The Pack!
We love The Pack! We are so grateful to have found this wonderful place. Truly a home away from home for our two Mini Dachshunds. I could tell my boys were well loved and cared for during their stay! The facility is very well laid out with plenty of gates and fences for pet safety. We love that they only crate at night and free roam and socialize during the day. I also appreciate that they are seperated according to size. It's really a perfect place for boarding. Randy and Toure are wonderful care givers for the pups!!

Randy goes above and beyond and makes you feel like you can leave your furry friend at his home with your eyes closed! He has a super straightforward process to get a reservation and he gets out of his way to accommodate your needs and your pup's needs. I left my 1 year and 4 months old Goldendoodle Leo at The Pack for 3 nights and every day I would get a video update of Leo playing and having the best time with his new friends. Randy treated Leo as one of his own dogs and made sure that he was safe, taken care off, and of course having the best time. He even gave Leo a new bed to sleep while he was there. After pick up, Randy found Leo's tag on his play area and offered to mail it to us at no cost. The fact that The Pack reviews are ALL 5 star reviews not only speaks of the quality of service, but of the genuine appreciation us customers have toward Randy and his business. If you are shopping around to board your dog or need day care, The Pack is the best place for them.
We couldn't be happier with the care our four adolescent kittens received from Vet Tech Pet Care! From the moment we met them, it was clear that they genuinely love animals and are extremely knowledgeable. Our kittens were in great hands the entire time, and we were so impressed with how comfortable and content they were during the pet sitting. I am very pleased with Vet Tech Pet Care. They were recommended by Civic Feline Clinic, so I had them come over 2x/day for a week that I was out of state. They fed my elderly cat, gave her medication, and kept the litter box tidy. I always received a follow-up texts with each visit, often with a photo. Dishes & utensils were clean too when I got back. And they even made themselves available when my cat needed a trip to the vet. Highly recommended!
My partner and I travel a lot and have used several different pet sitter services. I am a veterinarian and have a two dogs, one with dietary restrictions and multiple, chronic health issues, but does not require to be medically boarded. However, having someone that I can trust that has great communication skills is still paramount. We used Vet Tech Pet Care over Christmas and the begining of January for the first time. Tomiko and Donna were absolutely amazing! I received detailed daily updates. They provided exceptional care to both of my dogs, staying on top of my male dog's complicated medication schedule and notifying me of any changes. I can't thank Tomiko and Donna enough for caring for my pups. I am always hesitant to leave my dogs for extended time but there was never a moment I felt concerned with Tomiko and Donna watching over them.
Vet Tech put my nerves at ease while I was away and took amazing care of our household of fur babies. You can tell they really love animals and take great care in what they do. So happy I found them!
Vet Tech Pet Care is an amazing service! Our 14 year old kitty is currently recovering from pancreatitis and his nausea made him have little to no appetite. We were beginning to get very worried because we typically give him his daily medications with pill pockets, but he's been refusing them for days. We reached out to Tomiko at Vet Tech Pet Care and she arranged for Michelle to come to our house to help with Milo the very next day. Michelle was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and amazing with our challenging kitty. She was able to give him all his oral medications when my fiancé and I weren't able to. The next day, we noticed our kitty improving and starting to take the pill pockets on his own! Tomiko was extremely kind and responsive and scheduling an appointment was a breeze with her. We have three kitties and a puppy and we will definitely be reaching out to them in the future!
Tomiko and Donna of Vet Tech Pet Care have been great! I turned to them when my last dog sitter canceled on me. I had a big trip planned and I needed a dog sitter in a pinch and they were able to help me. I have used them ever since. Donna , who takes care of the dogs, is great at keeping in touch and sending me pictures of the dogs. She is very sweet with them and I am very grateful. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them.
Vet Tech Pet Care did an amazing job with caring for my three cats! They understood their various needs and were willing to give one of my cat’s her medication twice daily.
