What a fantastic sit! I met with Carol and Kim before the sit, and they showed me their home and introduced me to Pumpkin, their lovely cat. I spent three nights in their home, and Pumpkin was a delight to be with. She was cuddly, affectionate and good company, and very easy to care for. Their home is cozy and inviting, and I spent lots of time reading (with Pumpkin on my lap!) in their warm living room. Walking in the neighbourhood is great, with some restaurants around the block, close access to transit, and the Commercial Drive business and SkyTrain station within less than a 10 minute walk. Carol and Kim were quick to respond by text to all of my communications, and I enjoyed sending daily updates and pictures of Pumpkin to them. I'll miss Pumpkin and hope I can sit for her again!
