Our puppy absolutely loves D Pet and so do we. The staff takes such good care of our baby and keeps us posted during the day of his progress. It's good to know we have D Pet available for our dog to stay overnight or just for the day while we are at work. We know he will be safe and have a blast playing with his buddies all day. My furry friends are six and three years old. I have never utilized a doggy day care or boarding facility until a week ago. My babies absolutely love this place and come home exhausted. One of them is a husky and I’ve never seen her so relaxed at home. This place is absolutely amazing and their staff is awesome. Thank you for taking care of my babies. 💕

D Pet Hotel Encino treats our Doberman like family. Rocky loves going there & he adores Franco. We are so grateful for Franco and his team. Josh, the owner, is very personable and allows Franco to lead with excellence. We use D Pet Hotel Encino exclusively for play days and overnights. We trust the team completely and they truly love what they do.

From the very beginning they’ve been my go to dog hotel. They keep it clean and organized, my dog was shy at first but he warmed up. I trust them to take care of my dog when I can’t take him with me. They even have a FB page where they post pictures of the dogs and how they’re doing!

We love D Pet Hotels for our Rosie girl. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and she literally whines with excitement as soon as we pull into the parking lot. It is such a treat to be able to go on vacation and relax knowing she is in the best care. They send pictures throughout the day and she is always so tired when she gets home from playing. Cannot recommend them enough!

DO NOT PUT YOUR DOG THERE !!!!! Photos attached!! I used their service couple weeks ago when I went to vacation, when I come back my beautiful loyal best friend had a missing eye!!!!! Apparently they put him with another big dog and this is the results!!!! I’m completely sad and devastated! I warning them and ask them to have him with small dogs only! Now after all they don’t take any responsibility for it and they not willing to pay for the medical treatment etc etc

This is the second time we have left our pups with D Pets and both times we were very pleased with the care and love the staff showed our dogs. My Pomeranian had an absolutely fabulous grooming session at Pet Rock Hotel and Spa! They're truly skilled with various cuts, from the classic "boo" to lion cuts, and they master every Pomeranian style. What sets them apart is their attention to detail - they not only expertly cut my dog's hair but also file his nails and express his glands, a service I haven't found elsewhere. My friends with different breeds have also had outstanding experiences. I must commend their exceptional grooming skills! Additionally, they provide excellent daycare services at an affordable price for when I'm out of town. Delighted with their grooming expertise and considerate pet care offerings!

They really understand the concept taking care of dogs and providing a clean and safe environment.. Immediately Roscoe was in doggy day care heaven he loved the attention he was given by the staff when I went to pick him up he literally didn’t want to leave although he was excited to see me it was almost like he wanted me to stay! All I can say is I’m very happy with this place and would recommend it to any loving dog owner.

The Petrock is one of the cleanest boarding spa's I have seen. I take my FGSD there at least 3 to 4 times a week. The help is so nice and the hotel is spotless. I truly rely on this place to take great care of my puppy. The best part is when I pick her up she always smells great. They truly care about your pet. GM

I found them today on my way to check out the new planet fitness. I was surprised and happy. The inside looked great and very clean the staff was very friendly and informative. I asked them about pricing and other pet related questions and they were very reasonable! I will be taking my puppy there very soon.

They took great care of my pets! They don't freak out when dogs wrestle, which I love because they only stop if one of them is getting hurt. They let them act like they're supposed to. Love this place too they gave them St.Patricks day bandana's!! Love this place, would give it 10 stars if I could

I love this place. I've been bringing my 13 year old dog here for years. Every time i go pick him up, he comes out looking and smelling great, and i you can just tell he feels young and happy. I brought my new puppy there for his first time a few months ago and they worked their magic on him too. They make all dogs look flawless and I feel very safe leaving my dogs there with them. Can't really say that about any other place. My sister used to volunteer here, so i know they DEFINITELY only hire animal/dog lovers. I'll never go anywhere else :) PS. To top it all off; they give report cards/ progress reports with a check list for your pet to let you know how they behaved, or if they have anything specific the owner should be aware of. (ie. tics, fleas, scabs) nothing can be better! Love you guys!

This place is the absolute best! They always take amazing care of my shy little Pomeranian. They send picture and video updates daily and let him play with the other animals. They even keep track of vet records and reminded me when vaccines were going to be due. I also started buy this holistic brand of pet food from them and get it much cheaper then other stores. Pet Rock Hotel provides exceptional boarding and grooming services for pets. Everytime I have brought my French Bulldog, Rave, here she has a blast. I love how they keep you intouch with your fur baby while you are on vacation with sending you photos and videos of them during the stay. Another perk is the events they conduct. Recently I attended the Halloween Costume Party and where beverages and snacks were provided along with a contest and snacks for dogs! Thanks Pet Rock Hotel for being amazing!

Fay is an absolute Angel! I can’t say enough positive things about the entire experience of leaving my 2 girls with her. I have a geriatric 14.5 year old who is now going senile so she’s special needs. I really need someone I trust to be patient and kind to her. Fay is wonderful. I got updates and didn’t worry one bit. This review is long overdue! We have used Fay at least 5 separate occasions and she is seriously the best!! We have a very sensitive doodle and tried a couple other places before moving to Woodland Hills and he was always mad at us. He loves being at Fay’s and I fully trust he is in good hands with her. She sends so many updates everyday which gives me peace of mind. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great experience with Fay. We boarded our kitten for a long weekend. I was impressed with her set-up -- our kitten had a lot of space and the environment felt very safe. My young daughter was upset at the thought of leaving him, and Fay was very sweet with her, going above and beyond to reassure and comfort her, and by the time we left my daughter felt much better. Fay sent us photos and updates regularly during our trip. When we picked up a few days later and got home, I was surprised by how relaxed our kitten seemed. I've boarded cats with others in the past and they always came home stressed out. But not this time -- it hardly seemed like we'd gone away at all. I will be back.

I was incredibly anxious as this was our first time leaving our pet Olive alone! Fay was super patient with me and talking with me for many weeks prior to Olive's boarding, answering all of my questions and reassuring me. When I first stepped into the home and met Fay in person, I just felt all of my anxiety melt away. The feeling is not something one can explain. Fay truly has a gift with both people and animals. Olive had her own room, her own bathroom, lots of different toys, even a TV for stimulation! :) What was interesting is during the trip, I'd be thinking about Olive and there was Fay sending me pictures updating on her! It's like she reads my mind! Olive was incredibly happy and she was so sad to leave Auntie Fay! Now that we got our first travel trip over with - we are already planning a few more trips in the next year and plan to drop Olive again to Fay!

Fay is the absolute best pet sitter in the San Fernando Valley!!! Its no contest. She has SO much love for animals - you will see what I mean when you meet her in person. We brought our princess tortie (olive) to her while we were away for a few days and it was a true 5-star hotel experience for our cat. In fact, I think our cat is sad she had to leave after being pampered by Fay with ton of toys, cat condos to climb, a private master room , windows to watch outside etc. Im pretty certain our cat misses Fay now because it was that great of an exp for her. Fay will be easily be our go to pet sitter whenever we need the help. Thank you to Fay and her Husband for taking care of Olive 🙂

Faye is amazing. She is our go to person whenever we leave town and need our dog Alfie cared for. Alfie always comes home looking happy and unchanged ( not sad or aggressive or anything). Faye makes all the fogs comfortable, she spends time with them, gets to know your dog personally, and sends photos regularly. We couldn’t be more satisfied and feel reassured to know that we have Faye’s service whenever we need to board Alfie. Alfie even met his best friend , they’d cuddle during the day and watch out for each other - this other dog was a blind, gentle pit bull mix- knowing that Faye can even cater to special needs pets is reassuring.

This was the first time we used Fay's Loving Pets Boarding and we were super pleased. Faye far exceeded our expectations and took such great care of our fur babies. Her nurturing love of dogs and all animals really stood out when we first met and we knew they would be in great hands! Highly recommend and will definitely be using her services again. So glad to have found her!

Had the most amazing experience with Fay’s loving Pet Care. My Julie is an older pit I’ll mix who requires a lot more accommodations and Fay had no problem doing so! She gave her a private room, fed her the special meals I gave her, and sent me photos and texts to keep me posted every day that I was gone! I can’t imagine leaving Julie with anyone else! Fay has become like extended family, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She opens up her home and takes care of your fur-children like her own. Thank you Fay and David!!!

Where do I begin! I have never used a boarding service for my cats. I asked around and people offered to board my 1 yr old cat, but I just did not feel comfortable taking my cat to just anyone. I went to Yelp and after looking at a few businesses, I came across Fay’s Pet’s Boarding. I am soooooo glad I found her!!!! All the reviews and pictures, and just talking to Fay made me feel comfortable. She truly cares for all animals. I loved the fact that pets were not kept in carriers. They had rooms to roam around! The initial plan was to board my cat for 5-6 days, we’ll that turned into almost two weeks! Throughout my cat’s stay, Fay sent me updates and daily pictures of what my cat was doing 🥰 My husband and I were happy and relieved that we knew our cat was in great loving hands. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for this type of service. We will definitely be using her again!

Paw Haven is the BEST boarding facility Ive ever found. I've tried at least 7 different places over the last 10 years & I'm truly in awe with the care & attention they pay to the animals here. I had my dog stay at other, bigger, more known boarding facilities & always had issues whether they didn't have enough people watching the dogs or the place wasn't that clean or sanitary or they wouldn't feed my dog & I would pick her up later looking all thin & frail. Paw Haven was such a BETTER experience! They take such good care of the animals & really care about their well being. I left my dog there for a while when I was traveling & my baby girl was so happy there. You could tell because she would eat regularly, play, get outside and get sunshine & all the love. I almost wondered if she even wanted to come home with me. The staff there are all very friendly & professional & I truly cannot think of a better place & experience that I've had living in Los Angeles all these years. Grateful to have found Paw Haven & will always be sending my dogs & all my family & friends there!

Tony help us a lot, amazing person with the dogs, we flew all way from New York planning to go to universal, we lave her here for 7 hours. They even have cameras so you can check your dog on live time, very recommended

This place is PAWesome!!! It's decorated so cute and you can tell the owner really loves dogs. She is there herself on a daily basis at the front desk overseeing everything. The dogs have so much space to play and run around, and the rooms for boarding are beyond adorable. There are no crates or cages for boarding, which I love, and they have someone who stays overnight with the dogs! Their groomer is super caring and friendly, too. Overall, the vibe is like that of a family member who would take care of your fur baby like their own. Can't ask for anything more than that!

I found this place on Google and based on the reviews decided to give them a shot. I have a Dutch Shepherd (1st time boarding) and she is very reactive and does not get along with other dogs, but that was not an issue with Paw Haven! It was an amazing experience from the initial meeting to pickup. I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff is super friendly, and kind, and they will take their time answering any questions that you might have. I was able to get updates via text message, which gave me a peace of mind and also the variety of services they offer is next level. I did also get the daily walks package they offer and over all I couldn't be happier with my decision in choosing them. Definitely call them to take care of your fur babies. You will not be disappointed!

Paw Haven is a FANTASTIC facility run by genuinely kind and caring staff. We are out-of-towners with family in LA, and need to board our dog periodically — Paw Haven will be our go-to! We ran into some car trouble on our way, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They have staff onsite 24/7, and lots of boarding options so we could feel confident leaving our pup there. Our dog Laszlo had a blast and was clearly very happy (and tired) when we picked him up.

I would recommend Paw Haven Dog Daycare and Boarding in Sherman Oaks without hesitation. Paw Haven does an extraordinary job of caring for our dog. He has some serious medical issues and is on 7 different medicines which he needs to take 3 times daily! We recently boarded him for several days, and Paw Haven did not miss even one med. Not only are they extremely conscientious, but the place is very clean and welcoming. My dog loves it there! And we love it, too, because he is happy there and gets good care! Paw Haven is absolutely a Five Star doggy daycare.

Our baby loves this place! he comes home tired, happy, and fed. We love how the staff treat him and we can tell he loves them too because every time we drop him off he knows exactly where to go and his tail is always waggin! We love that they send us pictures/report cards of his day and the webcams are super helpful because I can spy on my little one. overall I would highly recommend Dog-E-Den.

They simply love dogs here at Dog-E-Den in Sherman Oaks. I was very nervous because my 13 year-old male cockapoo is a shy guy, but I needed a place for him to stay during the day for several months. Their flexibility with drop-off, pick-up and extended hours was especially helpful. The staff greeted him with such enthusiasm and kindness each day.There was always a human in the den with the dogs who paid special attention to individual animals when needed. Our dog eventually started mixing with the others, and soon looked forward to going. The staff sends home photos and a “report card” each day; our dog’s playful changes were evident. We returned, today, after a long absence. He received a warm welcome, and after a brief hesitation, jumped back into the play.

I boarded my 11 year old dog for 9 days at Dog-E-Den in a private room. It was a very easy & smooth experience making a reservation, checking him in & out and felt he was in very safe and capable hands while I was away. Their live webcams are a great perk as well!

I brought my Shih Tzu to Patty, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My poor pup had some serious matting, and I was worried about how he would handle the grooming process. But Patty was incredibly gentle and patient, putting both my dog and me at ease. When I picked him up, I was amazed at how great he looked! His coat was soft, fluffy, and perfectly trimmed, with no signs of the mats that had been there before. Patty really took the time to ensure my dog was comfortable and happy throughout the process. I can’t recommend Patty enough! If you’re looking for a groomer who truly cares about your pet and does an outstanding job, this is the place to go.

I've been taking my Husky here for about 3 years, and she always has a good time. The staff do a good job of creating a safe play environment for all dogs. There are also webcams for customers to access to see how well there dog is doing. They also send emails with pictures to show how they spend the day. All in all, I'm happy to have found a place that has taken good care of my dog.

Wow! I’m not sure where to start. My experience with Mia and here staff was wonderful. They provided exceptional care for my 2 senior cats. They not only fed them during their visits but spent time with them, brushed them cleaned up after them and sent me photos of my pets so I could see that they were in good hands. The groomers are incredibly gentle and patient, which is so important since my dog can be a little nervous. They always listen to my requests and make sure my pup is comfortable. I love this place, I have tried many different places, but none of them have been as responsible and kind to my dog. I think it’s better to take our animals to a mama papa shop versus the big brands that look at our animals as numbers.

I've visited Pet Lover’s Resort three times, although never with my own dog. On the first occasion, I brought my sister’s dog, and on the subsequent visits, I took my cousin’s dog. The service was excellent on the first and second visits, and the pricing was reasonable. During the second visit, I requested grooming and a curtain trim for my cousin’s dog, which was done well for around $60. However, my experience on the third visit was different. I requested only a basic grooming service—just a wash and blow dry, without any additional services like haircuts, teeth brushing, or nail trims. They initially quoted $90 for this, which seemed unreasonable, given that I had paid less for more services previously. After discussing the pricing with the owner, she agreed to lower it to $65. Later, I received a call from the front desk stating the charge would be $60, which I accepted. However, upon arrival, I was informed the fee was $65, as initially discussed. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication were frustrating, as it wasn’t about the extra five dollars, but rather the principle of the situation. Additionally, after the third visit, I noticed that my cousin's dog did not smell like anything at all, which was disappointing. This added to my annoyance, as I expected at least a pleasant scent after grooming.

I love this place. Very friendly and professional. When my dog stays there I simetimes ask them to bathe or groom him. So, very convenient. Their over night stay rooms are big as well. Highly recommend them.

Picked my pup up after 3 days and she has laryngitis from excessive barking..the owner said my dog didn't bark at all.. Really? Well that's clearly a lie and now I'm pretty sure she was neglected..what a sham

This place is beyond awesome! We took our Shiba Inu to the place when we visited Universal Studio. Shan and Dan's dogs are all really sweet and nice, our baby really enjoyed playing with them and he even cried when we picked him up because he had so much fun there and didn't want to leave! Definitely would recommend this place if you ever need to bring your dogs to daycare.

This place is awesome!! My pup was so happy while staying there, she meet new friends. The sitters were very responsive to text mesaages, even sent some pictures so that we can see what my lil one was doing. We will definitely be back when we visit CA again.

On vacation from our Las Vegas home, we have the extreme good fortune to find HOUNDS OF THE HILLS where we boarded our three little dog babies for a week. They were so loved, had much attention, many walks and really had a fun time. This place has no equal....it is simply the best.

Our Dog had a great time. The owner was very friendly. She met all of our expectations and more. The next time I am in California I will be taking my dog here for sure!

Charlie was amazing! I went home for the holidays and had to board my cat for two weeks. I received pictures or videos every day and I knew that my Kitty was safe and happy while I was gone. I will definitely send her to stay with Charlie again!

Lisa was amazing! This service was very easy to use and navigate and we were paired with the best cat sitter ever! She was very reliable and accommodating as we needed our cats watched on very VERY last minute notice. Lisa sent us photos every day of our fur babies, sent updates on how they were adapting to being away from home, and used treats to get even our most shy cat to come around and become acclimated to the new environment. It’s very obvious she loves animals and she treated my cats as her own. Highly recommend this service and especially Lisa! We will definitely be calling and requesting Lisa for the next time we need the kitties watched.

My cat Boone was so well taken care of he didn’t want to come home- I highly recommend Lots of Love Pet Boarding for long and short term stays- I was in NYC for a month working and my fur baby couldn’t have been happier- A+++++++

I am so glad I decided to go through with boarding my cat Oreo with Suzi. I was hesitant to try a place that wasn’t a conventional facility, but now that I know a service like this exists where you can board your cat in a sitters home, I will always rather go with this option. Suzi sent me updates of my cat daily and since I was traveling to another country and didn’t have phone service she accommodated me by sending the updates to my WhatsApp which was pretty cool. My dog is very shy and slow to warm up to people but not with Rouhy! Buster loved Rouhy from the start and even slept in bed with Rouhy—that’s a miracle! Rouhy is patient and kind. She sent me pictures and videos of my dog Buster, daily. She truly loves dogs! And dogs love her! We knew it would be a safe and comfortable place to leave our dear Buster for the week. For our picky pup, we only go to Rouhy!
