Jeff & Kelly are at the very top of our list of incredible pet-sitters! We choose our sitters with care and were thrilled to invite them back to our flat in Stockholm. They are excellent at everything you need in a sitter...and then surprise you by being excellent at things you never knew you wanted. They communicated before, during, and after the trip, to ensure that we never worried about them, our cats, or anything else about or during our vacation. They coordinated their travel with us before booking, making sure their arrangements supported whatever we needed. They were very familiar with our welcome guide - even noticing small changes from last year. They kept a close eye out for some mail that I was expecting...sending me a message as soon as it arrived. They adjusted their schedule when we arrived home to accommodate our jet lag. Jeff & Kelly are both cat whisperers, our boys were noticeably happy when they got to town and embarrassingly sad after they left! They spoiled us with some lovely treats from the U.S. and before leaving, made sure our flat was sparkling clean and well-stocked for our return. I can't find words that truly capture what Jeff & Kelly provide us during a sit (both this summer and last). If I could, those words would convey a deep sense of peace and comfort knowing that they take as good care of us as they do our pets and our home. Our fingers and paws are crossed that we might welcome them back again!
This was definitely one of the best sits I had on this platform! Alex is super friendly and made sure I felt comfortable since the beginning of the stay - he even bought groceries for me! I had another sit planned few days after this one and Alex was very flexible and allowed me to stay even more days than was previously planned so I didn't need to stay in a hotel which is really appreciated. Ariel is so easy to look after - she is full of love, always in a good mood and loves spending time with you either at home or on the walks. It's a delight to look after Ariel and I'm already missing her so much! The apartment is very nice and modern and the AC which is really needed in the summer heat works great. The location is the best you could ask for - in the city centre but in a calm street, next to some really good bars, with plenty of shops and a big supermarket nearby.
Lorraine and her husband were super welcoming and their house is very comfy, also in a good location near a beautiful park. Was fun walking the dogs there and watching them play. Thank you guys for the hospitality!
It was an absolute joy to house-sit Jay's cozy home and care for her charming pets. Dusty, with his playful energy and affectionate nature, brought boundless joy to our days, forming an instant connection with our Border Collies. We shared many delightful walks, cuddles, and playful moments together. Scruffy, the inquisitive Guinea Pig, captivated us with his unique presence and charming chewing habits. The birds, Sunny and Buddy, added a wonderful touch of nature to the atmosphere. Jay has outstanding communication skills, we kept consistent contact and she provided precise instructions. Her proactive approach significantly contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience in tending to her cherished pets and house. We sincerely appreciate Jay for entrusting us with the well-being of her beloved pets, allowing us to experience the sheer joy of their companionship. We loved this 1st sit with Nancy's 3 wonderful dogs and are now doing a month long sit for them while Nancy is travelling. Mr. O'Reilly, Tux and Roxy are so well behaved, sweet, playful and loving dogs. Nancy's home is beautifully decorated, very comfortable too. Her neighborhood is very quiet and also conveniently located near lots of shops and restaurants. We'd be happy to sit again any time!
Katie and Mike were fantastic owners whose dogs Tilly and Shani were delightful to take care of. They were very communicative and left clear instructions on caring for the dogs. Both Tilly and Shani were sweet and cuddly, and we didn't have any problems watching them during our stay. Their house was meticulously clean and comfortable, and a very convenient location to explore Old Town Alexandria. My boyfriend and I would love to sit for Tilly and Shani again!
