Henny & Molly are so sweet! Molly gave very detailed and organized instructions about Henny. Her place was very clean, and in a great location to walk around and explore downtown. Henny is very particular about her personal space and possessive about her toys. But she is very sweet, loves belly rubs, and will let you know when she wants them. She is chill, and easy to work from home with. She enjoys walks, and people are very intrigued by her.
This was one of my favorite sits I have done thus far! Kitty is easy to communicate with, not too much or too little. Her house has great vibes, was super clean, and comfortable. She is an artist and really enjoyed the artwork that she had on her wall, both from her photographic perspective and also cool drawings from family and friends! But now for the best part, sweet little Lily! I truly fell in love with this beautiful and smart/sassy little girl. She was a joy to interact with and I find myself really missing her. I can only imagine that our paths will cross again, whether professionally or on a personal level. The house itself is in an amazing location, literally right across the street from a wonderful park. And also a very convenient midtown location in Tucson. Lily likes to be walked on her harness/leash, however I decided that I was not brave enough to take her over to the park, so kept it more "local" and just explore Kitty's beautiful yard with Lily. I loved that Kitty provided excellent and detailed instructions as that made my job so much easier with zero guess work. She was so gracious and kind and even introduced me to a couple of her close friends! I highly recommend this sit to anyone (if I don't snag it first :-)
My partner Germán and I house-&-kitty-sat for Francesca and Marc-Henri for one week over New Years, and we had an excellent experience! First, both Francesca and Marc-Henri are extremely warm, thoughtful, helpful, communicative, kind individuals. They were so sweet to pick us up from the train station and show us around their lovely village of Jordans and Seer Greens. They also left us a very detailed guide with everything we might need to know. The communication during our stay was always perfect. They sincerely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and we felt totally at-home and at-peace. Taking care of their kitty-cat Costa was truly a pleasure. She is gorgeous, calm, sweet, and heavenly soft! She ate and drank well, took her medicine with zero fuss, and was an all-around model kitty-cat 💕 We loved curling up with her on the couch to watch movies, stroking her extremely soft fur, and also hearing her sweet little meow! The area around Jordans is beautiful and pastoral. Germán and I went for many walks on the footpaths that trickle out between the fields. Even in the cold & muddy winter season, we found it to be a lovely and fun adventure, and we received inspiration and peace abound. Francesca and Marc-Henri’s home is simply stunning and very well-equipped! We had everything we needed during our week, and more :) We are over-the-moon happy and grateful to have been able to housesit for Francesca and Marc-Henri. Thank you so incredibly much! ❤️
I had an absolutely delightful time housesitting for Joanne and caring for her charming furry family! The moment I entered her inviting and cozy home, I immediately felt welcomed and relaxed. Let me shine a spotlight on the real stars of the show: Ozzy, the playful puppy, and the two incredible cats, Aslan and Huggle. Ozzy's quirky personality and fox-like mannerisms never failed to entertain me, and his exemplary training and manners were impressive. As for Aslan and Huggle, they were the perfect evening companions, keeping me company with their soothing presence. Joanne proved to be an exceptional host, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was meticulously prepared. Her clear communication and thoughtful instructions made the entire housesitting experience smooth and effortless. I deeply appreciated her trust in me to care for her cherished pets and maintain her beautiful home. Speaking of the home itself, it was spacious, impeccably clean, and exceedingly comfortable. Situated in the idyllic town of Peebles, it offered a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, with nature and town amenities within easy reach. The picturesque surroundings only added to the charm of the experience, making it a truly unforgettable week. Overall, my time housesitting for Joanne and looking after Ozzy and the kitties was nothing short of amazing. I am immensely grateful to Joanne for entrusting me with this wonderful opportunity. Gaby was so gracious to accept me for a few extra days when my previous sit was cancelled and transport me to and from the train station. She was able to show me the ropes for the dogs, cats, chickens and fish before her trip. She had also left me a nice spread of food and treats! Hunter and Beau are the sweetest love bugs. Beau loved to put his head in my lap and sit right at my feet when in the kitchen. Linus and Willow have very different needs and personalities who both love affection and play time. Linus was my little shadow following me everywhere and keeping me warm at night! The Golden Girls loved their feeding times and would graciously provide about three tasty eggs a day. Queidersbach is a cute little town with a convenient grocery store right at the end of the street. It would be helpful to have a car, although there is a bus that runs a few times throughout the day. There are some lovely walks in the area with lots of natural beauty. Thank you Gaby and Bobby for having me, it was so lovely getting to know you!
I had a pleasant stay at Deborah's apartment. The communication before and during the stay was good. It's very close to different parks and supermarkets. Fenix has her playful moments from time to time, but usually enjoys sleeping throughout the day.
