We had the pleasure of house sitting and pet sitting for Shelley and Mike recently, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Their home was so lovely, clean, and comfortable, making our stay an absolute delight. The two pups, Thorin and Willow, were such a joy to be around. Thorin is very sweet and affectionate. He loves cuddles on the couch and was always excited for his walks, although he needed to take breaks along the way or occasionally be carried, which made our outings quite endearing. Willow, on the other hand, is very playful and can chase her ball around for hours if you’re willing to throw it for her. She’s also very cuddly and loving, balancing her playful energy with moments of affection. Communication with Shelley and Mike was excellent from start to finish. They were always prompt, clear, and very friendly, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We would highly recommend this sit to others. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we're grateful for the opportunity. We already miss spending time with Thorin and Willow and their sweet, loving personalities. Thank you for trusting us with your home and your precious pups!
I had a wonderful time house-pet-sitting for Anton when he was away. I took care of his adorable dog, Juniper. Within minutes, Juniper and I became bonded, and the bonding experience remained for the entire three weeks I lived with her. I can't express enough how enjoyable and rewarding the experience was. It was fabulous. Anton is a wonderful, loving pet Anton owner. An essential attribute of my experience is below: 1. Warm Hospitality: Anton welcomed me with open arms, making me feel like part of the family. His hospitality and kindness were truly heartwarming. 2. Thoughtful Instructions: He provided detailed instructions for taking care of Juniper, along with all the necessary supplies neatly organized and readily available. This made my job much easier and ensured Juniper was well cared for. 3. Trust and Respect: His trust in me to care for his home and beloved dog was a testament to his respect for others. This trust fostered a strong sense of responsibility on my part. 4. Clean and Organized: Anton’s home was immaculate, organized, and comfortable. This reflects his attention to detail and consideration for his pets and guests. Of course, he is an architect and a great designer. My experience with Anton and Juniper was beyond positive. I look forward to future opportunities to house-pet sit Juniper again.
Cat is a wonderfully kind, friendly and hospitable lady who lives in a truly beautiful part of Kent. Her house is unique and completely lovely. Looking after and caring for Malachi (her adorable dog) and her other animals was truly a pleasure. Cat's home and environment is an oasis of tranquility in a fast paced world. Thank you Cat for allowing me to visit and entrusting me with your home and animals, I really enjoyed it all.
We had such a great experience right from the very start with Dan and Chloe. Dan was so communicative right from the get go - we had a video call prior to the sit and just clicked. The home in Epping is simply stunning, we felt so lucky to get to call it home for 2 weeks and it was our pleasure to care for sweet Manny. He is such a character and kept us entertained from the get go! He has many cute little quirks, really is a funny little fella. We kept in regular contact with Dan throughout the stay. It really was seamless and we were glad to help Dan and Chloe have a relaxing holiday. The house is beautiful and has everything you may need. It's quite far from Epping station (about a 25 min walk or just a 4 min bus from nearby) and so does take a while to get into central london. We were really happy to just hunker down in the gorgeous epping countryside and go for walks locally in the forest, which is such a treat being right on the doorstep. The town of Epping is super cute too and has everything you need just a ten min walk away. If you get the opportunity to housesit here, do it! We hope to visit this lovely family again soon.
An AWESOME house sit. Lenny and Makara are loving and well cared for cats and are an absolute pleasure to look after. Tsenala gave all the relevant info and communication was straight forward, clear and again a pleasure. Their home is lovely and is right in the centre of town and totally as described. Uberlingen, Tsenala & Jim, Lenny and Makara are AMAZING! If you get the chance to house sit here, go for it. Highly recommended - and the chocolate croissant gifted as they returned home was the cherry on the cake! Still smiling from the whole experience!
