Dog Sitters in Eriskirch

Mel, Tobias and little Emile, responded to our request to look after our two dogs. They arrived as arranged the day before to get to know the house, surroundings and the dogs. Nell our elderly Labrador cross is half blind, half deaf and diabetic. She requires Insulin injections twice a day, 12 hours apart. For Mel and Tobias, none of this was any problem. We were away for 2 weeks and we left for our holiday totally relaxed and confident that our house and dogs were in good hands. Mel and Tobias are the most trustworthy and gentle young people you could wish to meet. The dogs loved them, even Harry our rescued dog who fears everything at first, came to be great friends. While we were away They both, tidied the garden, pruning and making a monumental effort in starting the “Dead Hedge” we had described to them, before leaving. It was such a treat to come home to house seemed cleaner than we had left , and a tidy garden ready for Spring. We ate together on our return, treated to Mel's vegetarian Tapas which we shall copy without shame! We enjoyed their company, our discussions, and Emile's angelic smile. The dogs have moped all afternoon, and we shall miss their company. We thoroughly recommend this charming couple to all members and hope that they can return to us in 2024. Everything worked out seamlessly with Emilija. Communication was good, she arrived on time, left the house spick and span and took good care of the cats. We can recommend Emilija and hope she comes back to us again.

I really do not have any negative fact to mention!! Heike, her mother and her son are so nice people, I would like to have them as sitters again if there is a chance to in the future. My cats were relaxed at all, the right pills found the right cat, the fish are as their best, too. My house was really tidy and Heike also did some things she did not have to do :-) I am really happy. So do not hesitate to choose Heike as a sitter!

This is the first time I have to give a bad rating for a house siting. I am very sorry. Previously I had excelente¿ sitters. ☆summary: ●they don't know about real pet care (you can tell they do it for the accommodation). ● they are not clean. ● They do not communicate or send daily photos or videos. ●They DO NOT know how a house works. but they don't ask either. People can do an excellent job with will, enthusiasm and without having prior knowledge. Just asking and solving doughts. That's why I leave videos. and annotations to help and facilitate tasks. +There was almost no communication. They only sent a total of 8 photos in total of 6 pets in 15 days. If I didn't write to them, they didn't contact me to tell me how the pets or the house was going on.Cleanliness and order did not exist. They expected the lady that goes during weekdays to do everything. After the first weekend, this lady arrived on Monday and told me that was incredibly dirty, smely, and thank the kitchen was a cementary Of used pots. When they arrived I told them that the sheets were washed once a week by the house keeper and they told me that it didn't matter that after 15 days it was fine, (which I didn't agree to, it seemed unusual to me). In the 15 days they were not able to remove the dog's waste or poop. Of the bag in the garden.They expected the employee to do it. The last day was Monday(I allowed them to stay two more days out of mercy since where they were moving was without heat). And I asked them if they had take out the trash? AMD the answer was increíble! : we don't know where to get it out!!! They never asked! In 15 days they never asked anything at all. No doughts , only specific things of THEIR interest, not even about dogs. When we returned the pools were completely green. They never told me it was turning green. They had no idea about the caretaker of a house. If the water is ruined, the first thing you do if you're not sure what to do is at least ASK ! 3 days before returning due to lack of pressure, the gas central heating turned off, with 1 degree of temperature. Frerzing! They never call me to comunicate this situation. The next day they told the house cleaner, and she called me to tell me about it.. I told Sonia to turn on the air conditioning, heating option. The dogs were freezing !!! I really can't understand these guys. As I write this review I remember more unusual things. They took off a towel rack from the sink and were waiting for me to fix it. I don't understand how they manage to take it away as it had high contact glu. From the first minute they arrived I saw that there was no real connection with the animals. He only likes cats, she likes dogs more. The first day I told them that Gertrud couldn't run much because she has osteoarthritis. And please not demand her physically. And what happened? Gertrud and Charly loves to play with the ball, they can play 24 hs non stop. But Kay may be in order to make them excercise, play too much. And Gertrud ended up destroyed. and with a lot of pain.. he cries at night. And finish in the veterinary when we were black. Frida revenge with pee or pooo every day, as they slept on the living room. And were no taken to the main room. I think the are Good persons but These guys have no idea about dogs. and house care. Kay loves cats. So if you have a cat in an apartment may be they are great. But it didnt work for us, my husband was furious.

Heidi took care of our cat for a week while we were away for Christmas. She is a very nice, open, responsible and calm person. Although this was our first experience with a petsitter, we are 100% satisfied. Heidi was understanding that I was worried about my cat and so she wrote and sent us pictures of her every day. I can confidently recommend Heidi as a house and petsitter. On our return the flat was spotlessly clean. In addition we found a nice surprise in the form of a thank you letter and chocolates. We loved to had Heidi in our flat and would do it again anytime.

Guys looked after our beloved cat with lots of care and treated our home with great respect. They addressed issues that came up in the apartment fast and efficient, had great communication and were very pleasing to work with overall! Highly recommend.

We first met Nadja and Gian on a WhatsApp call and it took little time to recognize that they would be caring and responsible sitters for our two cats. Communication before and during their stay was easy and friendly. They were very flexible and self-sufficient; it was always clear that they wanted to provide an excellent experience for everybody involved. When I met them at the end of the their stay I asked if they would be able to come back and sit for the Christmas holiday (unfortunately they're booked with their families). I will gladly seek out Nadja and Gian anytime we need a cat sitter!

Sarah is a very friendly, caring and patient sitter, who took perfect care of our very shy cat Micia , without even seeing her one single time, as Micia prefers to hide behind the sofa and wait for the house to be empty.... But Sarah did very well, because when we came back, after 5 minutes Micia came out if her hiding place to greet us, as we were never been away. The house was tidy and the plants were blossoming, Sarah is welcome at our house again any time !

I spoke to Michelle and Julie twice on video before the sit as I wasn't going to meet them in person. They came across as two nice, friendly girls, and we got on well. They looked after Sunny very well and kept the house clean and tidy. They didn't text a lot but as it was only 3 days I wasn't too worried. They seem to enjoy a bit of the local sights here. I would be happy to recommend them. Thanks girls

We came home to happy pets & a lovely clean house. Mareen was great at communicating before & during the trip. We enjoyed our time with her when she first arrived and would be happy to have her house sit again any time.

Kate and her boyfriend were a treat to have at our apartment and take care of our dog. They kept updating us with messages and pictures. They also left the apartment just as we left it. I'd definitely recommend her, thanks guys!

It was lovely to have Jana and Urs in our home. They took good care of Oliver and sent regular updates. They seemed very patient with him and he warmed up nicely. We also came home to a very tidy home and a nice box of cookies left for us. I would not hesitate to invite them back.
