They arrived just as scheduled. They were communicative the whole time we were away. When we came home the house was spotless! And everything in its place. They even bought us a new African Violet since they found one had some root rot - so thoughtful! We can’t wait to have them housesit for us again!
My husband Richard and I enjoyed a fantastic house-sitting experience together. From the moment we arrived, Cecile's warm welcome made us feel right at home. The house is situated in a charming village with convenient access to local shops, restaurants, and more. Cecile prepared dinner for us, which gave us a chance to bond and ensured we felt comfortable during our stay. She took the time to show us where everything was and explained what needed to be done during their absence, such as maintaining the swimming pool and watering a few pots in the garden. Her meticulous attention to detail was evident in the thoughtful welcome guide she provided, making settling in very easy. Looking after Moonoone and Choupinette was very easy. Moonoone, in particular, was delightful—she let us know when she was hungry and loved coming for cuddles, especially in the mornings. Communication with Cecile was effortless throughout our stay, thanks to WhatsApp. I truly appreciated her responsiveness and willingness to assist with any queries. Having access to the swimming pool was a blessing, offering a perfect way to cool down from the heat. I highly recommend this house sit and thank you, Cecile, for making us feel at home.
Ellen is a great, friendly and very helpful person and i am happy to have met her. I felt home right away and had a blast with the dogs. Hours of ball playing and running around. Should you ever want to pet sit in Phoenix, just contact Ellen.
Joe's place is great; great location, and clear instructions. The dogs are great too, they warm up to us in a day, after that there were cuddles.
Our petsit was wonderfull ! Daithi and Tadgh are super sweet cats, very easy to care for and extra cuddly. My daughter and I fall in love with them ! Cathriona and Stephen were very helpfull: we discussed the petsit on the phone beforehand and stayed in tought after I arrived at their place. Everything was well organised and they even took extra care in letting special food and Christmas presents for us !!! :-) The house has an incredible view at 180° over the beatifull lake and the Alps in the background. The small road that leads to the house was a bit of a challenge for me, but I was lucky enough that no car ever came from the opposite direction. I was surprised by the abscence of shutters or blinds in the bedroom, but eventually it was no problem and we sleped very well. The stove was a very good surprised. Thanks to Stephen's instructions I managed to use it even though I had no experience with such devices and it created a beautifull atmosphere in the leavingroom. On the whole I highly recommend this pet sit and we will definitely come back to this wonderfull place on the Murten lake.
