Danielle is the perfect housesitter! Her care for our home and our dog was fantastic. She was highly conscientious about all instructions, communicated great while we were away, sent pictures of herself and the dog on many outings (which he loved!), and even volunteered to take us to and pick us up from the airport. The house was immaculate when we got home, the plants and gardens were thriving, and it was obvious that she shared a great bond with the dog. I hope we are lucky enough yo have her as a housesitter again on a future trip!
It was so lovely petsitting for Andres and Andrea, their place in Berlin was perfect. Atticus and Acai were such great cats, really easy to take care of and give you lots of cuddles and snuggles. I would recommend them and would petsit for them again!
Our stay in Darwen was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a serene rural setting, their home provided a peaceful retreat, yet the delightful town was only a 30-minute scenic walk away. With the train station in town, Manchester was just a quick 25-minute journey away. The true stars of our stay were the two dogs, Norma and Dora; their affection and playful antics kept us constantly entertained. But what truly made this experience stand out was the warmth and hospitality of our hosts. Jayne and Martin were not only welcoming from the onset but remained approachable throughout. Their prompt responses to our queries were genuinely appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this housesitting assignment to anyone fortunate enough to get the opportunity.
Linda's home was amazing, close to the city of Victoria, with waterfront on the sea. Her cats were easy to care for and had their own access to the outdoors. Very private yard and beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to the ferries, the wine country and the Pacific coast. Very comfortable bedroom and home. If in season, she has a nice vegetable and flower garden as well. I highly recommend Linda's house sit request and hope to go again myself.
I arrived to Martin and Jane's house the afternoon before the housesit began in order to meet them and their four cats, two Bengals and two Russian Blues. I was given an informative tour of the house to show me the workings of their home. Their welcome guide is very thorough covering everything you could possibly want to know about the cats and the house. It was such a pleasure spending the evening with Martin and Jane. They are very friendly and welcoming people. The cats were delightful to care for. Each one with their own distinctive personality. They were great company and entertainment. The house is a beautiful heritage home situated in a nice quiet neighbourhood. My accommodation was lovely, clean and very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Communication with Jane was always accessible, easy and pleasant via email. I highly recommend this housesit.
It was a pleasure caring for Anne's very sweet dog Nellie and her beautiful home for two weeks! Anne is incredibly friendly, was super easy to communicate with before and during the sit, and made us feel really welcome & comfortable staying in her home. Nellie was an absolute gem to look after - she is so sweet and playful, easy-going, and definitely the highlight of an all-over incredible stay! We loved our time in Putney - with many wonderful walking areas nearby and a charming town centre - we would jump at the opportunity to housesit here again. Thank you Anne and Nellie :)
Thank you, Adeline, for making this pet and house-sit such a super experience. I felt immediately at ease as Adeline had left very clear instructions, not to mention a very clean home. The room itself was spacious and located on the top floor. It was nice to have bedroom access to a TV and streaming services. There are buses which connect you with Central London on the doorstep, so it's easy to get around. It was such a pleasure getting to know Frank the cat. He's so gorgeous, kind natured, and playful. I'd love to sit here again if the chance arises.
