We had a wonderful stay. Its a great house, and James was a great host, he gave plenty of info,tips, and direction. We feel in love with both Bolt and Stormy. They were a pleasure to look after.
We had a great time looking after George and Figaro! The cats are very easy going, Fig took some time to warm up to us but George is very playful and curious from the start, so fun company! Gina is a great communicator and gave us all the information needed to take care of them, as well as some super recommendations for the Highgate area - which was great fun to explore and a very nice part of the city! The flat is lovely as well which is a bonus and was spotless upon arrival. Thanks so much, we hope to come back one day! ☺️
Very much enjoyed watching Norman, sweet boy! The neighborhood was very close to the downtown area and great to take walks throughout the day. Gail was so kind and provided information prior to the sit! Gail was also very communicative throughout the stay if there was anything I needed.
We loved our stay at Annick’s from the start. We were greeted by Laska and Falco who were full of love and cuddles. Annick treated us to a lovely meal upon arrival and made us feel at home. Her house is located in a peaceful village with plenty of trails to bring the dogs for a walk nearby. The house is very spacious with amazing views of Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains. The garden and balcony were great to relax in during a sunny day. It’s very easy to get in to Geneva by bus and there is a parking spot if you are looking to rent a car. The dogs are very energetic and love their walks! We went for two a day but they are able for longer hikes too. They were also great company around the house as we worked remotely during our stay. We would recommend a stay at Annick’s to any dog and nature lover!
House-sitting for Aurora and Isaac was an absolute delight! Their cutie boy Fernando was the perfect roommate and unofficial tour guide of their charming neighborhood. Their home was a cozy sanctuary, complete with books for every literary taste and a vinyl collection that was more than impressive. The neighborhood was great for walking their pup was a short drive to great coffee, and endless food options. The kitchen was also well-equipped for those who enjoy cooking which made my stay all the more enjoyable. I would house-sit for them in a heartbeat! Aurora, Isaac, and of course, Fernando, have my highest recommendation. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!
Cricket and George were easy to care for and so much fun to be around. They definitely made my day brighter. They were well behaved (except for when they would eat bark mulch in the backyard :D ), very sweet and loved to cuddle. I enjoyed staying in Karen's comfortable home that had a cozy backyard full of a variety of beautiful outdoor plants. Her home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with less traffic than most of Portland, and within minutes of many great restaurants, businesses and grocery stores. Cricket and George really made an impression on me and I am going to miss them. I hope to sit for them again in the future!
