Paul and Sue are absolutely the BEST! Great, kind, professional and caring people; someone you want to befriend immediately. Prior to our vacation, Paul and Sue came to our home to go over the animal chores and meet our pets as we have a small herd of Australian Lowline Angus cattle, 20 chickens and two large dogs. Paul and Sue were very comfortable around all the animals, large and small. We enjoyed lunch and getting to know each other a bit as we were not going to be at the house when they arrived at the start of their sit. Paul and Sue, we found, are very trustworthy and responsible; we had no worries giving them a spare key to access our home when they arrived at the start of their sit. While away, we were pleased to receive messages with pictures of our pets. Upon returning home, Paul and Sue surprised us with a light lunch they had prepared for us after our long trip home, flowers on the table and an immaculate house and barn. Our home was as clean as when we left it and they had collected our mail which is delivered about one mile from our home. They really went all out caring for our home and pets. Because this was our first time using zeewoi, Paul and Sue were kind enough to suggest (we had asked) some helpful items that we had overlooked, like lamps on the bedside tables, where flashlights are stored and making available suggested activities in the area. This will ensure we are even a better host for our next house sitter! Our dogs, Dozer and Ruben, immediately connected with Paul and Sue - dogs know true animal lovers and good people - and Paul and Sue are just that. My husband and I joked that Dozer and Ruben were so spoiled while we were away, that they were ready to hop in the car with Paul and Sue when they were leaving. We are happy we met them and hope to stay in touch; with plans to visit them at their home just south of us and have them back at our home for our annual barbecue we hold for friends and family.
Teresa was wonderful to work with. From our first conversation, she felt like a friend. She suggested a meeting ahead of our travel to visit Bella and get to know our home. I was so grateful to have a sitter who was confident caring for our senior pup who needs some extra TLC. Teresa was extremely flexible when our plans changed just ahead of our trip due to a medial scare with our pup. She rolled with the changes, was great about communicating her needs and made it possible for us travel with piece of mind. We would welcome Teresa back again!
