Vanessa is a dream! I reached out to her on her Instagram page, which led me to her whatsapp number. She responded quickly and gave me an overview of her animal loving services. There are so many wonderful things to say about her and her services, but I will keep it simple and helpful. 1. She is committed to animals and making sure your pets are loved and cared for. 2. She goes the extra kilometer to communicate with you throughout the process, and sends videos of your pets to show their progress and happiness. 3. She insists on meeting you and your animal family before to become acquainted and learn about your pets. 4. She is just a wonderful human, and who can't trust someone that loves animals and treats them like family members? 5. She speaks good English, even though she insists she does not :) and this was helpful for the two of us who are baby stepping our way through Portuguese. Thank you Vanessa.
