Amelia was such a great sitter! It was our first time using zeewoi and she asked great questions and put our mind at ease leading up to the sit. Before and during the sit she was very communicative. She sent lots of pics of Raven and kept us up to date on what they were up to. Raven lived her best life and our house was just as we left it. I highly recommend Amelia!
Super lovely experience with amber and jasper! they are precious! and such amazingly adventurous cats! they would pop their head in through the cat flap, eat some food and then head right out for a fun time outside :) on rainy days they were super cosy and happy sleepy inside right next to me as I was working. Faith is a kind and welcoming host and her neighbour Gervinda was also very helpful. Thank you for having me! :)
Noodle and Biscuit were our favorite buddies for almost 3 weeks. The use of the car was wonderful for us to explore around the area . The house has a fabulous view and the shower and the bed are wonderful . Hazel is a gracious hostess and very easy to communicate with . We would definitely come back and do this housesit again.
Five stars aren't enough! Liz and Pete were so welcoming and generous. They showed me around, took care to explain everything, made sure I had everything I needed, and more. I'm very grateful to them for everything they did. The two cats are adorable, with very distinctive characters. They are also easy to look after. And on top of that, the area is very lovely and the house so comfortable. Than you again, Liz and Pete!
I had the pleasure of pet-sitting for Annemarie and Robert over the weekend, taking care of their adorable dog Trudy and their lovely cat Tilly. Both Trudy and Tilly were a joy to look after, well-behaved and easygoing companions. Robert and Annemarie's home, nestled in the vibrant Richmond District, proved to be an ideal location for a pet-sitting adventure. It's no surprise that this neighborhood has earned accolades, being ranked the 27th best neighborhood by the UK's Independent. With its abundance of fantastic restaurants, cozy cafes, delightful bakeries, and inviting bars, there was never a dull moment exploring the local scene. Moreover, the proximity to Ocean Beach and the Golden Gate National Recreation Area provided fantastic opportunities for leisurely strolls and breathtaking views. Getting around the city was a breeze, thanks to the convenient public transit options available nearby. Robert and Annemarie went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. Their thoughtfulness in stocking the house with my favorite breakfast foods was a delightful touch, making each morning a pleasant experience. The house itself was equipped with everything one could possibly need, and the bedroom where I stayed was a haven of tranquility and comfort. In summary, my experience pet-sitting for Annemarie and Robert was nothing short of wonderful. From the delightful company of Trudy and Tilly to the charms of the Richmond District and the warm hospitality of my hosts, I wholeheartedly recommend this pet-sitting opportunity to anyone seeking a fulfilling and enjoyable stay in San Francisco.
Charlotte was absolutely lovely and her house was immaculate and such a pleasure to stay in. It’s located in the heart of beautiful Winchester, close to absolutely everything you need! Otto, well he is just the most adorable, gentle, affectionate and stunning cat. I’m already missing his sweet nose bumps and head bumps and am looking forward to cuddling him again! I highly recommend this cat sit.
David & Julie have a lovely home with incredible views of the iconic river test. We stayed in winter but in the summer the garden with river bank will be amazing. The house is warm and welcoming, with an amazing inglenook fireplace. Communication was great, and David & Julie couldn’t have been more welcoming. Monty is such a lovely cat, calm and easy to take care of & quite happy to use his cat flap. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend sitting for Monty.

On June 5, 2023 my partner dropped off our two dogs at Truffles & Co. Barely 30 minutes later they tried to call me to tell me that one of them had jumped the gate by two meters... (the one who didn't take off from the ground). The manager who welcomed them ended up admitting that he had left the door open to welcome another dog. On my hospital bed, I sent him screenshots of the GPS position of my dog who had traveled more than 4km. Total anxiety. My partner also had to quit his job to do his research. Cherry on the cake ; At the end of the day when he had to go pick them up, they drank 1.5 liters of water in the car... my partner went back to their house to have them fill the bottle, asking them if they had given it to them. drink !? Very bad experience. The manager reproached me for not having completed the questionnaire in the morning before they arrived whereas the day before, when requesting support by telephone, I asked him to send it to me because the next day I would not would not be available being in the hospital... Seriously can we say that they are professionals? Knowing that the manager himself accepted my two dogs without having the kennel cough vaccinations supposedly to be of service to me...! You are either professional or you are not and after this experience I can say that they are not! I bitterly regret leaving them at home! While other pensions much better than them take 53.- for 24 hours they are 52.- for the day.. Oh and no compensation for everything that happened - had to pay 104.- for both! It is shameful !
Great pension! Kai (Malinois) came back very tired but seemed to have really liked Alexandre (owner of the pension) and was giving her hugs as he left. Certainly the price is one of the highest in the canton but if that is necessary to have a high quality pension then that suits me. Thanks again and I have already booked other dates! I recommend this pension!
I am a very regular customer. Great availability, professional supervision, walks every day, the dogs are free in a garden, socialize, play constantly. My dog is happy to return there every time and I know that he is well treated and safe there.
Being able to give care of my dog to someone in whom I have total trust, a true professional who loves dogs and to whom they become attached, here, among other things, is what I found at Truffles & Co. Dogs are spoiled there, have room to play or rest. Walks in the countryside, sound advice, ease of making appointments... in short, I wholeheartedly recommend.
I highly recommend this pension, our dog has learned codes with other dogs, he works out and plays all day long. Alexandre has wise advice, flexibility in terms of schedules, a caring listener and he takes great care of our dog. I feel soothed when my dog goes there. We leave it on vacation and during the week. The dogs are taken care of, walks, meals, cuddles and special attention. This pension has changed our daily lives and we recommend it with our eyes closed.
I entrust my dog to Truffles and Co with my eyes closed. Yet very fearful of humans (dog rescued from the street), Alexandre was able to gain her trust very quickly thanks to his gentleness and his very good canine feeling. From now on, her joy and excitement upon arriving at the gate each morning testify to the great days she spends at the pension. I couldn't have hoped for better for her, thank you!
