Cat Sitters in Etra, NJ

I think my cats really liked Catarina and Remi, evident from the timely updates and photos. I initially had trepidations about my long haired cat Clementine, who is prone to mats in her fur, especially when I am gone for 4 weeks. No problem! She was in fabulous shape when I returned, not a single mat to be seen. I was so happy. House sitting can be harder than one might imagine. And mine is a large house, where many rooms are lived in in the course of a month, with two people and four cats. I think this was the first long sit for Catarina and Remi, and perhaps they aren’t often guests in peoples homes for weeks at a time. I arrived home to weeks of dirty towels to be laundered, and dirty linens still on the bed. Yikes! Towards the end of the sit, they’d requested (at their expense) a housekeeper to clean after they left and before I arrived home. And that was good. As scheduling and last minute plans happen, it was I who arrived first, ahead of the housekeeper. And I was glad they’d seen that they needed help. It’s a chore and you have to stay on top of it. Bathrooms, kitchen, it’s a lot to tend to. I’ve only recently discovered the forums, and I’m sure one can find lots of info on what homeowners expect upon return. My month out of the country was made easier with timely updates and happy and clean cats when I came home. Catarina was very intuitive and gave me a heads up on my senior kitty who’s hair had become quite oily, and I appreciate that. Great cat care.

Carolina is very kind and caring for Luna! I am so happy with how they get along. This is the second time Carolina stayed at my apartment to take after Luna and I trust her with my cat and apartment. She will continue to my first choice when I need someone to watch Luna! Shes clean and tidy and leaves my apartment as it was when I left. She is also communicative when she needs to be and sends pictures to let me know Luna is doing well! Thank you Carolina!

Mei was fantastic! She kept me updated with travel plans etc in advance and was great at communication throughout Her daily updates were fun and reassured me that my flat, and cat (!) were being taken care of very well The flat was perfectly clean when I got home and Buster was a happy boy, couldn’t be more grateful Mei is super self sufficient and capable, I wouldn’t hesitate to have her back!

Sandra was wonderful to communicate with. She asked the right questions and was fully prepared and organized to take care of our cat and our home. Highly recommend her!

It was great meeting Vittoria and Nicholas, they are so nice. They asked all the right questions about the Cats and the Apartment. They provided the right amount of communication and status about what and how the cats were doing. They even offered to take the kitties for a holiday back in Italy, but we told them not with out us (we love Italy) The apartment was in perfect condition when I arrived back home. Really it was hard to tell they had been there. I would have them stay with the cats again and heartily recommend them for anyone's next travel.

Thank you Chris and Karess for taking such great care of our pups and home. It was lovely to come home to happy dogs and a clean house. 😊

Bella was really great. She was easy to communicate with and super friendly. I got lots of updates and pictures and I could tell the cats felt comfortable with her. My place was spotless when I got home and I could tell the cats had been well taken care of. I've already booked her to stay for another trip!

Hailey was a fantastic sitter and we would love to have her back in the future. She watched our two dogs for almost two weeks while we were traveling abroad. We were confident in selecting her due to the many five star reviews she has. She sent updates with pictures and videos every day, which we really appreciated. It was clear from the pictures that our dogs absolutely loved her! When we returned we found that our apartment was very clean, she took great care of it, and we returned to two happy, healthy pups! Hailey is truly a five star sitter!

Brooke was wonderful! She took excellent care of my dog and my home. She is so friendly easy to get along with. I really hope she will come back and visit, even if I am not going anywhere!

Dominick is very conscientious, communicative and particularly caring towards our dog. Since this was the second time that he house/pet sat for us, our instructions only needed some fine tuning. Dominick took excellent care of our elderly dog, and he was very sensitive about when and how much to walk him since our dog is very affected by the weather and high humidity. Also, he put extra care into some dietary changes for our dog. Dominick communicated with us by sending some photos and videos of the dog, and updating us with any relevant reports. We highly recommend Dominick for any pet sitting opportunities, and will definitely ask him back when he is available to sit for us!

Alia swooped in at the last minute and made my weekend by being available to sit my three dogs last minute. She was communicative and reliable. I would recommend you choose Alia for your next pet sit, my pets were well cared for by her.

Tamarin and Colin were perfect guests! My dog Ruby was clearly very happy with them and got lots of cuddles. They took great care of my apartment too, even changing the bed linens and doing laundry before they left. I would be thrilled to have them stay here and look after Ruby again!
