Enjoyed staying with the animals they were both a great host for the handover period. The horses were a lot of work so don’t underestimate that because they each have individual needs. We loved being there, we already miss them now we’ve left and the place was cosy and warm. A great couple to sit for!
We had a fantastic time house sitting for Audrey. George and Bernie are such nice cats, we just fell in love with them instantly! The house and its accoutrements are absolutely adorable, and the house is very close to all the amenities - shopping, Max, park. We felt so comfortable at the home and Audrey was always available by text to answer any questions. Thank you for letting us stay!!
Rebecca’s home is in a great location central to Glasgows trendy Kelvingrove neighborhood, lots of food options and good public transportation. The apartment is a restored classic tenement with recent updates. Gracie is an absolute sweetheart who was no trouble at all. Great sit for younger (or more fit) folks… even though we have three floors in our home, I found that I grew weary of the journey up and down the stairs. Otherwise this was a great sit, thank you Rebecca!

I had an amazing time taking care of Rajah while the dog was away with family. Rajah is the sweetest cat ever who quickly stole my heart. This little furball spent most of his time curled up on my lap. He was so easy to look after and took his medication without any problems. The house was cosy, beautifully decorated, and clean. It's just a 10-minute walk from the Amberley village centre with a local grocery shop, tearoom, and another pub. The village itself is charming and picturesque! Even though I hadn't met Antonia in person before the sit, she left me detailed instructions and was always available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this sit and would love to go back!
What an absolute pleasure it was to housesit for Jules, Randy and their lovely family! They made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy the sit and take care of gorgeous Thuli and Belle. Belle is a complete gentle giant, loves affection and cuddles and will outplay any pup half her age. I got so many admiring glances from people passing us on our walks when they saw such a big powerful dog walking so beautifully and effortlessly on a lead. Our walks together (along with my dog Colt) were an effortless pleasure. Belle will tell you that she is allowed on the couch, but her mom assures me this is not true. Good luck saying no to that face! 😁 Thuli stole my heart - she is a sweet girl who needs compassionate, loving care and you will be rewarded a million times over with a nose nudge, the insistent request for a head scratch or a lovely solid lean on your leg or head on your foot while you are watching TV. She is slowing down in her mature years but still perks up at signs of a walk and she appreciates a quiet soft cuddle in the evenings after dinner. "The girls" will definitely give you a talking to if you aren't what they consider "on time" for their morning feed. 😂 But you will still get a handful of delicious fresh eggs! Jules and Randy's home is lovely with stunning views of the friendly neighbourhood and you will enjoy every minute of your time in Broad Ripple exploring the nearby restaurants as well as the Monon Trail which was the route of many a walk through Indianapolis. All in all a great housesit and we hope to be back soon!
