Brilliant cat-sit, highly recommended. Bailey and Islay are adorable kitties, so easy to look after and so much fun. Their trick repertoire is impressive and makes for really unique kitty playtimes. Islay is a little shy at first but we were soon chasing her favourite ball together. Bailey is a perfect gentleman waiting behind as I went down the stairs, and we had lots of purring cuddles. Mike & Gina are a lovely couple who warmly welcomed me into their beautiful home, which is happily situated not far from Princes Street and really close to the Botanic Gardens. There are lots of cute shops, bars and coffee places around them and several buses to other parts of the city for easy sight-seeing. For such a central location it's quiet inside, especially in the bedroom upstairs. Gina has made a great Welcome Guide to explain everything about the cats and the house. Then Mike showed me round and showed me where everything was on arrival. The detailed info, and auto-feeders for first breakfast every day made this cat-sit a breeze. Gina & Mike were also readily available by text the whole cat-sit for any queries. They've even written a really excellent Google doc all about making the most of your time in Edinburgh. Thank you so much Gina & Mike for trusting me with your gorgeous furbabies. I had a wonderful time with them and loved being back in my favourite city.
Kevin was a very sweet and charming cat. We had a lovely time at Sonya's place. It is located in downtown Portland and is close to a plethora of food spots.
I had a wonderful time caring for sweet Trixie in Katherine's lovely Napa home. Trixie and I enjoyed taking long walks in the neighborhood and playing ball; when she would let me have it! :) Trixie is very sweet and intelligent with dreamy big brown expressive eyes. Kat is a great host; very kind and generous and I really enjoyed getting to know her and Trixie. The home is in a great location, walking distance to downtown Napa. It is beautifully decorated and I had plenty of space to relax and work remotely. I enjoyed walking to town to explore the shops, restaurants and wineries and was lucky to be there for the Day of the Dead Community Celebration and the fall colors. Thank you Kat and Trixie, can't wait to return! :)
I had a fabulous time sitting for Lenny! He was friendly right from the start, coming over for head scratches when in the mood and following me around the apartment, keeping me very good company! He’s a hungry kitty and was always ready for meal time. Isabel let me know he would do high fives for treats, and he did not disappoint! Isabel was a wonderful host. She answered my questions promptly and appreciated all pictures and reports about Lenny. Hell’s Kitchen is such a great neighborhood, close to zillions of restaurants, Lincoln Center, and the Theater District. Highly recommend this sit!
