Laurie and her husband where house sitting for us for three nights in November. Our youngest cat needed medication and she took care of that for us. Cats seemed very calm upon return and house was well kept. She was very responsive via text and sent pictures of them. Would recommend Laurie!
Had a great two week stay with Marit and Simon’s furry/feathery friends. Behind Lewis’ rough coated facade lies a sweet, gentle and well behaved boy. He has a love of chasing squirrels but always came back to a call. The cat Lilly loved to be made a fuss of. The chickens were cute, and the goats took care of themselves. The house is very quiet behind thick walls, has lots of character and was so relaxing. The gardens are a joy to spend time in. Communication was easy and I really enjoyed my sit. Thank you for trusting me with your pets.
We had a lovely time looking after Rafferty in Maggie’s beautiful home. We arrived the evening before they left and she treated us to a delicious Sunday roast with her family. Their home is located perfectly to access the beautiful town of Bath by short walk, and also has endless walking trails at their doorstep. Bath has such incredible architecture and rich history. We took her recommendation of the free walking tour which was a perfect way to learn more about Bath. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and the guest room had the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Rafferty is a well trained dog. He did manage to escape from the yard a couple of times, but only to play with the dogs next door. He had a couple of “aggressively playful” interactions with other dogs along the walking paths, but truly only ever just wanted to play. No concerns. We would highly recommend sitting for Maggie. We would love to return someday and sit for her again.
