I loved sitting for Shannon and Blake! Layla is such a fun, sweet pup. She got along with all the other dogs at the dog park and just wanted to hang out with me! Shannon and Blake’s house is in a great area with access to downtown Tacoma just a few minutes away, and I enjoyed all the great restaurants I could walk to. I would happily sit for Layla again!
We absolutely loved looking after Sevvy and Gus. They were both a delight to look after, very well trained and the sweetest of labs. All the instructions were clear for the house and the boys. They were also around on whatsapp to answer any questions. We would be more than happy to sit again 😊
Sue and Robert are very kind, generous and lovable people and I am very happy to have met them! Communication was always easy and thorough, Robert kindly picked me up from the station and showed me around town on my first day. He printed a lot of useful maps for a number of towns around Maidstone, and also gave a ton of recommendations, including trains, which made visiting the sorroundings very easy. I got to spend some time with them before and after the actual sit because of a flight cancellation and it was such a pleasure, they really made sure to show me around - thank you so much for that! And now to the cats: Eartha and Coco are the best! I got to really love them very quickly; Especially Coco started to become very attached and loved to cuddle in the evening and slept on my bed at night, sometimes Eartha joined us; as Sue described their personalities, Eartha is a little bit more distant, but from time to time she let me pet her (she loves belly rubs). I had a great time just spending time with the cats in the sun in their lovely garden. The house is pretty quirky and shows their owners‘ personalities :-) I had such a hard time leaving and saying goodbye to Coco and Eartha in the end. Thank you Sue, Robert, Eartha, and Coco for this great stay in Maidstone - I will always remember you guys!
William and Colleen are very welcoming people and we felt at home immediately. Hugo and Gatsby just love cuddles while Calypso prefers to chill by herself. All details of the sit were in a list which made everything easy. A great house sit!!!
A wonderful sit for Dexter and Archer who are two of the sweetest kitties you'll ever meet! Dexter will follow you around ever curious about what you're doing, while Archer is always keen for a cuddle. They both have their quirks but are plenty of fun and joys to be with. Anaïs and Matt were great and made sure I had everything needed for the sit even amidst all of their travel preparations. They were immediately available in case of any issues (though there really weren't any!). An absolutely wonderful time spent with the kitties in their lovely home!
