This is the second time we have had Irene & Mark sit for us, as they did such a good job the first time that we invited them back! In the intervening period we have moved to Mallorca and gained another blind rescue cat, but they took our new setup very much in their stride. As per the last time, we arranged for them to come a day before we left so that they could get to know the new place and the new addition to the family, our kitten Mabel. They bonded with her straight away and Gertie, whom they had looked after previously, was also immediately comfortable with them once again. As always, they treated our house with care and respect and left it sparkling clean; I was even treated to a lovely home-cooked meal upon my return from the airport! And, most importantly, they took very good care of our kitties and sent photos every day. Both cats were a little bit poorly while we were gone with a mystery vomiting illness, but Irene & Mark monitored them closely, kept us updated and ensured we didn't worry too much. Luckily, in both cases it passed after a day, but we knew Gertie and Mabel were in good hands and were confident that Irene & Mark would have been able to manage taking them to the vet for us if it had continued. Thank you so much!
Liz and Den were a delightful couple and took care of our three Golden Retrivers and two cats. The dogs were groomed and the house was clean and tidy and we arrived back to a lovely dinner Liz had cooked for us. We had a very enjoyable last evening with them Thank you both for taking good care of our pets
