I was out of the country in a different time zone with extremely limited access to internet, and he took great care to send me daily updates about my cat at times that I would be online — extremely appreciated! He also left my home absolutely spotless. I came home to a very happy cat, and could definitely tell that my cat had a great time with him. We were out of the country for 2 months from August to October, and were so happy to have Ameelia take care of our home and our two cats. Ameelia was very responsive and let us know of any issues with the home, took great care of everything, and left the place just as we expected. She was proactive in checking the mail, and let us know of anything important, offered to open and send photos of anything we needed urgently (fortunately there wasn't anything) and sent periodic cat updates. Very reliable, friendly, and clean. We would definitely recommend her to care for your home or pets, and will look for her next time we're on an extended trip.

Valerie and David were the perfect people to help look after our golden retriever Lady. They were extremely kind, thoughtful, responsible, sensitive and aware. We found the best dogsitters in the world. They sent us photos of Lady, they took her for 2 if not 3 walks every day, gave her tons of cuddles and love and affection. They worked next to her in the day time, and tucked her in at nighttime. On our return, they had cleaned the house from top to bottom, bought us fresh fruit for the house and extra baking bits, a beautiful wooden family tree sculpture which they had decorated with calligraphy, baked us warm fresh cookies and written a beautiful card. I could have honestly cried with happiness. We cannot recommend them enough and give them 100 / 10!

I cannot recommend Mariaah enough. She took fantastic care of both my dogs and my home. I got daily updates from her and then came home to two very happy dogs and a spotless home. I would love for her to come again.

We could not have lucked out more when Michael agreed to stay with our pups. He communicated extensively before the trip to ensure he understood the girls’ routine and where everything is located. He came down the night before to meet the girls and address any follow-up questions. Throughout his visit he did not hesitate to text any questions or provide updates. When we returned home the house was in better shape than we left it, which says something because the cleaning lady had come before we left! If Michael agrees to come stay with your pets feel confident they are in good hands.

Jessica was wonderful with Eloise. Eloise seemed very happy to be with her and have her there. The house was in perfect condition upon return and bedsheets & bath towels were down in the laundry in the basement, which we appreciate. Eloise got plenty of time outside and they had some indoor playtime as well. Jessica was very prompt with communication and I would not hesitate to have her come to our home again!

When John responded to our post to sit for our two dogs for two weeks, we were amazed when we read his profile and reviews from previous pet-owners he had house sat for. When he stopped by that evening to get acquainted with us and our dogs, we were even more thrilled. Roxy and Lexi (our boxer-dachshund and golden retriever) bonded with him immediately, and it was obvious that he loves animals and takes his "sits" very seriously. We felt completely comfortable entrusting our dogs and home to him while we were out of the country. John sent us regular messages, photos and videos of the dogs, who were obviously having fun and getting lots of activity. He took them out for playtime every evening, throwing the frisbee and tennis ball for them to retrieve over and over, and he took them on walks later in the evening when the weather was cooler. He let us know that he was enjoying his time caring for the "pups" and laughed about Roxy running up the cul-de-sac with the frisbee, Lexi doing multiple spins every time her dinner bowl was approaching, and both dogs panting contentedly with their tongues out after playtime. John was super-conscientious about the house as well; he made sure that he arrived a couple hours before we departed for the airport so that he could go over our instructions thoroughly with us and spend plenty of time with the dogs to ease any anxiety they might have when we left. He watered our indoor and outdoor plants, kept the house sparkling clean and washed the linens in the guest room and bathroom before leaving. Roxy and Lexi were happy to see us when we got home, but they did miss John. He stopped by to visit recently when he was in the area, and both dogs were overjoyed to see him! We are so grateful that we were able to get such a wonderful house/pet sitter, and I told John that knowing he was here for the two weeks we were gone made it so much easier to relax and enjoy our trip with no worries about the home front. We can't recommend him highly enough and certainly hope that he will be able to come back here in the future!
