Kayla was a great housesitter and a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. She came over to meet us a few days before the sit, which was really helpful. I could immediately see that see has a great love of cats, and our 2 kitties warmed to her straight away. Her communication while we were away was great, regular updates and pictures and always wanting to be as helpful as possible. When we got home, our house was just as we left it, and the cats were both obviously relaxed and happy. Our older cat is a rescue, and can sometimes get very stressed while we are away, but that clearly hadn't been the case this time, has was very happy in Kayla's care, which was a big relief. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kayla or invite her back for future sits.

Genevieve was great - good clear communication in advance, came an evening ahead so we could show her everything, she was great with Skyla and Kina and gave us good and regular updates. Suellen was an awesome house sitter and pet sitter who went above and beyond. We were overseas and had a water issue at our house. SuEllen contacted us immediately and handled the situation with the water company, including forwarding us a video showing the issue and the explanation from the water company of what was going on. She came to our home in south of France to look after our very nervous rescue dog and won her over in no time at all. They were instant pals! Before the house sit we exchanged emails and Skyped for me to feel at ease, and during her stay she kept in touch and gave us updates to put our minds at rest. The morning we were due to leave, our transport to the airport let us down badly at the last second, and Sharlene stepped in (despite jet-lag!) and sorted the problem, making the whole thing stress-free. Everything was perfect on our return and most of all our tricky dog had been walked every day, and spoiled with cuddles from Sharlene and looked like she’d hardly noticed we’d gone! We really enjoyed Allison house sitting for us and of course the most important family member Lyla, she was superb at letting us see what Lyla was up to on most days, and Lyla obviously adored the attention bestowed on her by Allison.
Our home was immaculate when we arrived back and Lyla did not want to know us after the initial greeting as Allison was still around.
