I loved watching Socrates and being able to help Veronica. She unfortunately broke her leg and wasn’t able to walk her dog, so I stayed and helped out. She made us lunch, got cookies for us to try, and has such a nice and sweet dog that loves walks and meeting new people. Overall, they made my stay such a lovely one. I would highly recommend sitting in the house here.
Luna is without exaggeration the nicest dog 🐶, whom I had the honour to guard. She is sweet, receptive, always near me, grateful for every pet or belly rub and of course for food! 😁 We were often joined by the neighbor's red cat who just decided to be friends with us. Adrienne and David are very attentive hosts, we kept in touch during their holiday and they constantly made sure I had everything I needed. Their apartment is really comfortable, with a large private terrace and community pool. The part of Palma where they live is quiet, even in July without the rush of tourists, it was really a short walk to the shops, bars or beach. I would love to return if given the chance 🥰.
We had a wonderful time looking after the kitties even though we didn’t see them much as they were both very timid. By the third night they were starting to have a little look at us and I’m sure if we were there longer they would have come to see us more. Gayá was super helpful right from our first communication and gave us lots of very useful advice ice. The apartment was great and so central for seeing everything we wanted in Xope Hagen.
Jasper is super easy to look after and a very affectionate cat! We enjoyed spending time with him and exploring Mondonville and Toulouse! Michelle and her family were kind enough to let us arrive a night early and were friendly and welcoming.
Caring for Klaus is easy. It's best to allow him to adjust to your presence at his own pace. After he warms up to you, he loves to play. The condo is comfortable, and the people in the building are friendly. The neighbourhood is fun to explore, and shops and restaurants abound. Communication with Emily was smooth and easy. We enjoyed this sit and our time in Vancouver.
Alexandra and Will were excellent hosts! Their instructions were very clear and they provided great recommendations! Their house is beautiful and we felt very comfortable there. It is walkable to Freret St with great restaurants and bars. Kali is super playful, sweet, and easy to take care of. She can be reactive to the mailman and cats, but she is well trained and can be redirected without much effort. Luna is such a sweetie and loves her cuddles. She is obsessed with her food and treats :-) Kali does try to play with her so she spent spent a lot of time laying low/in her favorite spots. We had a wonderful time with both Kali and Luna and would absolutely sit for them again if given the opportunity!
