Svetlana and her husband Pavel were absolutely a joy. They were able to meet up with Ella(my dog) and I beforehand to make sure that they were comfortable with her size and energy. They thoroughly studied the document I put together outlining everything they needed to know about Ella and asked all the right questions. Throughout they stay they kept me updated and sent lots of pictures which was lovely. When I arrived back home they even stayed an extra couple hours so I could go to the gym. Svetlana walked me through everything she had cleaned in the apartment and issues (which were existing) to make sure I knew everything that was going on. And overall left the place in better shape than when I left. Would definitely recommend and would invite them back in a heartbeat!
Shalini is a wonderful, calm, caring soul, who was just perfect to look after my two fur babies. I knew it from her profile, it was confirmed by the zoom chat we had beforehand and then again meeting her before I left. Good communication and updates, but most of all happy and relaxed kitties when I got home. I would recommend Shalini to look after your babies and home.
We were lucky enough to have Pamela, Isaiah, and Cleveland stay at our house while we were out of town. The other people who reviewed them aren’t kidding—we feel so blessed that they were taking care of our pets. Our dog, Tux, had a ball playing with them. He even got to go on his first boat ride—jumped right in the boat, that’s how much he loved them! We received lots of pictures and updates on him and our elusive cats. The great thing about that is that we don’t feel guilty when we go away because we know he’s having fun. I swear the house was cleaner than when we left. They had even laundered the towels before they left. And when we arrived home after a 10-hour drive, we found a delicious pot of chili awaiting us for dinner!! Pamela’s thoughtfulness knows no bounds! Haven’t even met her and her family, but we already adore them.
