Wow - what an amazing group of pets and home. We had a fantastic time at Shawn's place, truly the best of Housesitting. She was communicative and helpful throughout. The dogs, Kai & Roxy, are fantastic. They were sweet, playful, and a pleasure to take care of. They are also very easy-going and listened to pretty much all of our instructions. The parrot, Happy, was also a treat. I had never taken care a parrot before but it was straightforward and very interesting to get to know her. Highly recommend sitting here if possible - it was a wonderful experience for us.
Dayna was wonderful. She was communicative, responsive and gave very accurate instructions and set expectations perfectly. Her apartment was close to everything! Nash was a treat. He was shy at first but came out of his shell after a little bit to hang out and for belly rubs and pets. I would sit for Dayna again in a heartbeat.
Well was the perfect companion for the week. She is well trained, loves treats and tug o war and walks. Anna was communicative and her house was well-maintained and relaxing. I even enjoyed talking to the many plants as I watered them even though I do not have a green thumb. I would definitely recommend Anna and Nell as hosts and sit for them again.
Wiggins and Wanda are the loveliest dogs and a pleasure to look after! They adore going on walks, playing in the garden, learning new tricks, cuddles and of course eating. We found a fun place with trees for agility fun and they were brilliant. Wiggins might be the more mature one, but that didn’t stop her joining in, leaping logs and climbing to the top of a tree stump tower! We were able to work from home and they were happy to relax whilst we worked and play during our breaks. Communication with Philippa and Martin was brilliant. We had the opportunity to meet them, Wiggins and Wanda before our stay and they made us feel really welcome and gave us tips, including places to walk. The house is really clean and spacious. It has all the facilities you need with a well equipped kitchen, as well as a lovely and spacious garden. The area is great for walking and the dogs travel really well in the car. We’re going to miss not waking up to their waggy tails. Give them both a cuddle from us!
Anna is very communicative and her flat is very easy to find and clean. Watson and Harry are both super sweet and easy to care for. I had a great time with the cats and a nice stay in Köln! Anna, thanks for everything :)
