She was awesome she sent pictures showing them hanging out and let us know that all was good she sent updates without us needing them which showed us that she was happy to be at our home This was also over Christmas. She was great it was as if we have known her before her sit.
Sunny was absolutely awesome! He was proactive with communication before the sit started to make sure that he had all the information he needed and to coordinate his arrival and departure plans to make sure they were ok with us -- super considerate and made sure no one was left feeling in the lurch. Sunny took amazing care of our labradoodle Scout for the week we were away. He created a group text thread with my wife and me, and send daily photos and little updates of what they'd done (or not, or dog is actually quite lazy...). He was super responsible in terms of pet care, and in leaving our house really clean when he left. Sunny has a great demeanor with people and pets -- Scout immediately saw a friend in him, and we knew our home would be in good hands. Come back and stay any time!
Heather was a great pet sitter, very organized and proactive in determining our needs. She paid great attention to our cats and left the house very clean and tidy. She communicated with us perfectly to make sure everything was as we wanted. Great experience with her!
We had a lovely time at Chloe and George’s, they were very hospitable and welcoming. George picked us up from the station even though it wouldn’t have been far to walk. On the way he pointed out places in the area, which was very helpful. They also left a detailed information sheet about the house and area. The house is a family home, which they have renovated and they have created a great open plan living space, which felt easy to relax in. They also have a studio space for working from home, but we didn’t end up using becuse the dining table felt nice to work from. Whitton is cute little area and we enjoyed nipping to the shops, which are very close and we had a nice meal at the Vietnamese restaurant there. An easy commute to London too. Howard and Keith are brilliant! Such lovely boys. We are truly going to miss them. Howard likes to chill most of the time, or go out on adventures, but would occasionally come for some morning snuggles, whilst Keith was very affectionate and would entertain us stretching and wriggling around for attention. They were an absolute pleasure to look after. We would highly recommend the sit!
