Kathy was a joy to talk to. She was excellent at communicating clearly and quickly. I live in the area and came to do a house visit a week before. She gave me a tour and information on care and feeding. When it came to sit day I arrived with all information I needed to enter the home that was clear and easy. The girls welcomed me and my pup with open arms and were so incredibly sweet. I use to groom for years and these two had such amazing temperaments and even more amazing personalities! Scarlett was the life of the party, she loves to fetch and play all day long! Madison balanced her out with her calm and collected demeanor. I had the best time staying with them. Kathys home was very clean when I arrived with the spare bedroom all set up! I wouldn't hesitate to stay and watch the girls again. It was a very fun sit!
Loved this sit! Victoria is fabulous and she has a beautiful, stylish and gorgeous home. She also has 2 very special dogs. Snert and Fleur are adorable. Snert is getting on in years and will never stray too far from your side during a walk and will spend the rest of his day gazing loving at you. Fleur is hilarious and is an absolute joy to hang out with. Victoria's home is in a super location and very close to everything you may need. Chiswick is full of great cafes, bars, restaurants and sadly, ice cream shops! Chiswick House and Garden is a short stroll away and the perfect place to escape with the dogs and get lost in the stunning gardens and meet fellow dog lovers. . Both dogs are super friendly and loved all dogs and children we bumped into. Victoria - please go away again - I need a Little Miss Fleur cuddle!
Janelle was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She offered us tips and facilitated our stay however she could. Her house, tucked away in green streets is beautiful and cozy and her garden is wonderful. I won't forget writing with the hummingbird buzzing above my head. Gracie is such a sweetheart. She is quiet and open-hearted and will trust you if your trust her. I really enjoyed her presence, her calm energy and her gentle way to be. It was a pleasure to take care of her and I wouldn't hesitate to come back to sit for her. Thank you again Janelle.
We had the most amazing time with Peggy, Bruce and Lillie. Lillie is an independent woman who liked a good cuddle on her terms. The dogs were an absolute joy to sit for. We miss them so much already. Peggy is so well behaved and Bruce has a personality like no other. Kaz and Gaz are amazing hosts to sit for. If we could, 10 stars all around.
We have had a wonderful stay with Sherlock and Indi. They are both so different. Sherlock is big and gentle always up for a walk. Not motivated by food but loves the odd treat. He is very affectionate and gives lovely kisses when asked, he loves a bum rub. Indi is small and playful. She is totally motivated by food and will sit on your feet as you prepare food, just in case anything should drop. She waits for Sherlock to finish his food and hopes he's left a bit of carrot in his dish. We enjoyed lovely walks along the lanes on lead and, off lead in the fields. There are many places to visit in the local area, including RAF Cosford Air Museum, David Austin Roses, canals and many beautiful villages. We met with Clair and Shaun the evening before their holiday. We enjoyed a freshly prepared meal together. They are very good company, friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had an excellent handover. Clare is very organized which made our stay easier. Clare acknowledged photos and videos which we sent over. We had no issues during our stay. Clare and Shaun have a beautiful home. Perfectly styled, we wanted for nothing. The gardens have several areas to enjoy the sunshine and a paddock to exercise the dogs in-between walks. We were lucky to have a dog walker 3 days a week, enabling us to go out for a bit longer. We would love to return to be with Sherlock and Indi. Highly recommend this sit to other pet sitters. Ollie was a sweetheart. Quiet, a bit shy. Milo was a bit off a rapscallion, as my husband put it. He was more work than we expected, but manageable. Just make sure to keep all your possessions closed up in the closet. He chewed through a pair of earbuds as well as the tubing on my Cpap machine, and my husband’s sneaker laces.
