Laurie and Mark were a pleasure to have here taking care of my pup, Fritz. He took to them immediately which always makes leaving so much easier. They were great about communicating with me and very accommodating to making sure they were here on time. I wished I didn’t have a tight schedule for this trip as I would have liked to talk with them more. They sent me updates on Fritz each day which was a bonus. And the house was in perfect order when I got back. A great couple I would recommend for your next trip.
House sitting & taking care of Maya was such a joy. She was sweet, cuddly & very easy. We loved our mornings & evenings sitting on the peaceful balcony, overlooking the bay and taking Maya for short little walks around the block, by the marsh. When we weren’t hanging with Maya, we enjoyed the roof top pool and the beach was super close too. Aj was welcoming and kind. We loved her cozy clean, home. We would highly recommend and definitely be happy to house sit again!
We have had a great time with lovely Zac. He is a sweet companion. He knows his own habits well and is easy to take care of. Penelope and Julian are very friendly hosts.
Wholesome stay in Barnsley! Eric & Cathy were very good at communicating in the run up to the house sit & provided a wonderful list of walks in the local area which was very helpful. Thorough instruction was provided for looking after the cats & fish. Bert & Cora are younger cats and very playful. Roo is older and more independent. All cats are well behaved and lovely to look after 😻
We had an excellent time dogsitting Monty and Milo. These two lads are enthusiastic and eager dogs who love chasing a good stick or ball (Monty particularly!) But they are also just as enthusiastic for pats and relaxation on the couch. We really enjoyed talking them for walks in the beautiful forests of the Highlands. We also loved getting to know David and Sharon - they are superb people! Their warmth, communication and care for their sitters is top notch and we felt welcome and comfortable in their home. Should we get the opportunity to sit for them again, we'd jump at it!
We had a wonderful time in Katherine & Sam’s home with Sundance and Henrietta. They were two of the easiest, sweetest dogs we’ve ever looked after. The was a beautiful old quarry turned walking park nearby that was perfect for walking the dogs with our toddler son. Katherine and Sam were easy to communicate with and so hospitable in welcoming us into their home. Would definitely stay there again!
I really had fun in Cassie's home. Lexi, Mollie and Ronnie stole my heart, they're so lovely and well behaved! My stay there was amazing, house is located in a pretty nice neighborhood, near perfect parks and paths to take them for a good walk, Lexi and Mollie can be off the lead and they are going to listen to you every time, they won't run away or do anything wrong, they are also ok with other dogs. They love running and strokes but you gotta be careful because they get jealous when you're giving too much attention to the other one haha. Ronnie was super easy to look after -pretty much just giving him his food and water everyday and changing the straw every 3/5 days-; I miss them already, I would definitely come back if I got the chance. Cassie was also easy to communicate with and let everything super clear before leaving*. Plus: house is just 3 min away from the bus stop that takes you to Liverpool city centre for just 2 pounds!! Thanks Cassie and Thomas for this amazing sit, hope to see you again soon :)!
