Having someone stay for months at a time in your home and caring for your fur baby is not always easy and finding the right person to do so. It requires immense trust and commitment, a lot of communication and Violaine definitely made that an easy decision. She organized her travel here to my home, was very good about communication and sending photos and videos during her stay. She ran into a few small problems here that popped up during her two month stay and I did everything I could to help her through that, she was very good about communicating these issues. I know, especially for those coming to a new country (independently) it’s not always easy to figure things out that you’re not used to, but she was able to do that. She kept my home tidy and was extremely caring and loving with my cat, Maya. She sent me videos and photos frequently. When I came home, everything was put away and washed so it was nice to come home to a clean home and happy kitty. Very thankful for her commitment to caring for my Maya, my plants and my home for an entire summer.
Steph ticked all the right boxes in regards to petsitting and the house was more than perfect on our return. It was good to meet up with Steph the day before so she could meet Dylan. Unhesitatingly, we would highly recommend Steph as a petsitter. A very self-sufficient lady.
