Letizia was our first house sitter ever. She has a big heart and a wonderful personality. Noah and Gandall warmed up to her right away which surprised us as Noah normally runs away for hours when any guest arrives, but not with Letizia! She's great with pet updates and took Gandall on adventures around the island while we were gone. There was a sudden unfortunate flea issue while we were away but Letizia was very proactive about it. She called and visited vet offices and found the best solution, and thankfully we returned to a flea free home. Letizia is also very familiar with the Canary Islands so if you're new to the islands (like we are) she has lots of great advice and stories to share. She's also very flexible with travel dates which is very helpful when finding a pet sitter. We would recommend Letizia to anyone!
Adam and Samuel are absolutely wonderful sitters as well as incredible people. Their communication throughout the application to sit all the way to the end of their sit was perfect, with very cute and detailed photos/messages everyday I was away. It is immediately clear that they have a lot of experience with animals, particularly dogs (of all sizes and ages), and my cat and small dog adored them both from the minute they arrived. They also had to administer a bit of medication to my dog and did so with no problem. As for the house, they took very good care of my plants and honestly left the house cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend them as petsitters, you will not regret the decision and your pets and home will be in excellent hands. A huge thank you to Adam and Samuel!
