I had such a lovely time house and pet sitting here! Shannon's really sweet and her dog, Rosie, takes after her! Rosie's the absolute best! I LOVED spending time with Rosie! She's so sweet, snuggly, and smart! She's the perfect blend of affection, while also being receptive, respectful, and independent. When I needed space, Rosie was understanding. But I spent a lot of time with her. When I was away, Rosie didn't exhibit any anxiety and was happy to see me when I returned. Rosie loved her walks and eating, she sat on the kitchen floor when I was cooking, enjoyed sun bathing, hung out with me in her room when I had to plug in my laptop, and we spent a lot of time on the couch together. Shannon's home is beautiful, zen, and comfy. It reminds me of Echo Park in the valley. Her home's so relaxing and I appreciate the intentional space she created. I woke up every morning and put on solfeggio frequencies on YouTube. I also enjoyed the meditation room. The living room's spacious and cozy. The garden's a nice lil get away. She was kind enough to leave me a couple empty drawers, which made me feel even more at home. There's a Berkey water filter and InstaPot, which are so important to me. Shannon has a fantastic book collection and not your basic b*tch self help books but quality ones and as a psychotherapist, she had some legit books. Bonus: She also had books on decolonizing therapy and white fragility, which as a woman of color I deeply appreciate. A couple blocks over are some super cute stores! Shannon had this gorgeous amethyst shaped soap I fell in love with and I found it at one of the cute shops nearby. It's a convenient location nearby everything you want and need but tucked away in this peaceful oasis. It's been feng shui'd and the energy reflects this. As an Astrologer and an empath, I'm very intentional and selective about the sits I apply for. I'd absolutely love to watch over Rosie and spend time in her home again!
Out of the 18 sits we/I've done, this has to be on top of the list. Everything was as good or better than expected: the owners, the four dogs, the two horses, the house and the location: it all hit the spot! First of all: I'm so thankful that Nancy picked me for this sit even though I applied without my husband, who wanted to stay home and work on projects so she let me bring my friend Tae. Nancy and Alan picked us up in Denver and we hit it off right away. We came two days before the listing date, so we would have ample time to get to know each other as well as get familiarized with the six animals. It didn't take long to fall in love with Mica, Leah, Finn and Kara: four very well behaved and well trained dogs. They each have their own personality. The two horses, Kadeen and Sadie were very easy to take care of as well; they are so gentle! Nancy and Alan gave us detailed instructions so it was no problem looking after all these animals. We enjoyed many walks and hikes with the four dogs with Nancy's great recommendations, as to where to take them. There were a couple of incidents, yet with Nancy's and Alan's 100% support, we were able to easily manage them. Thanks to these wonderful animals, the beautiful home and location, this was a fantastic sit. Most of all: we absolutely fell in love with Nancy and Alan: some of the nicest people we've ever met! They are so down to earth and super generous: they left us a refrigerator and pantry full of food, use of their car etc etc. We can't wait to see them again (we wish they'd live closer!) and are keeping our fingers crossed to sit for them again next June.

Mike and Jan are one of a kind hosts. Everything was so comfortable in their home and Zulu is the sweetest dog EVER! We hope to return to their little piece of paradise someday. The best part of our housesitting experience was that we gained great friends! The world has a way of putting you on a path to meet like-minded and extraordinary people.
Our Christmas was made even more special thanks to Morgana and Merlin ! Very low maintenance cats but still very affectionate and engaging. They were very eager to greet us when whenever we came or went, oftentimes from room to room. The location was awesome- a few minutes away from Rittenhouse and epicenter of the city. We loved how big & charming the house was and the beautiful the architecture in the entire neighborhood. Jennifer and her family were so kind and a pleasure to work with. Would house sit again in a heartbeat !
Truffle the Cavalier King Charles spaniel is a very sweet little dog who loves coming with you on trips in the car and enjoys her walks in the woods which back onto the garden. She let's you know when she wants to have a ball thrown or play football and those are her favourite pastimes. Truffle is a lovely dog to look after. The house is in a gated setting so very secure and a very modern style with a lot of glass and open plan. It is situated on an estate and is not far to drive to the River Thames at Marlow where Truffle enjoyed paddling. We enjoyed staying in the area and looking after Truffle and would recommend it.

Susanne was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and took great care of my cat. I had to increase the boarding dates last minute a few times due to my flight being moved around and she was more than willing to accommodate the extra days. She sent pictures, videos, and updates on my cat every day and was quick to respond to my texts and calls. I highly recommend her and would have her watch my cat again should the need ever arise. The room she set up for the cats has a few cat beds, a cat tower, toys, pillows, and a tv playing nature videos on it. My cat was nervous at first being in a new area away from home, but he quickly settled in and started enjoying the environment. Thanks again, Susanne!

Suzanne was the best sitter for my cat tuna. She provided images and videos everyday and took time to make sure tuna was comfortable and in the best care. When tuna was angry and hissing, she was patient and took time for tuna to become comfortable. In the end tuna loved her so much! Can’t wait to take her back to him when I’m traveling again. Susanne has been an angel in taking care of my kitty. I have used her services twice and been very happy with the daily photos, videos, and overall love she has shown towards Miyuki. As all cats are, Miyuki was shy the first trip. The second trip, Miyuki is now a best friend. I will use Susanne and her services every time when needed in the future and 100% recommend.
Best boarding that we have found, our dog Mickey loves to stay there and of course play in Susan's house pool when is hot, she really cares for him, ours is a Golden Retriever and he is very active, we never felt disappointed with Susan care, she really cares for our pets.
My pup has been going there for awhile now. They always give him lots of love and attention and they have a backyard which is great for even more exercise and playtime. He is always safe, happy, and healthy there and they love him like a dear family member.

I’m so glad I took a chance and came to this place! The staff are very sweet and attentive and really care about the dogs. They were very helpful in sending me updates about my pup and in working with my schedule. My dog seemed to really love her time there and was completely knocked out from a fun play day! It was a great experience working with them and I’m looking forward to going back.
I've taken my dog here for daycare 2 days a week for the last 3 weeks. Life. Saver. Life Saver! Our doggy sitter has a car situation can't come by. Tried a dog walking service came once canceled 3 times. Ok that's out. Called dog daycare by work and home...some didn't take big dogs, most closed too early or were full. Pawparazzi was one of the first on the list of ones to call by work. Never called the rest. The website said we'll send you pictures on how the day is going 😃. Called back that day 😃 they take big dogs 😃. They have plenty of staff for the amount of dogs there. They offer training classes and other perks and benefits, they have movie time (so jealous). She loves it there! I have the pictures to prove it! They're so good with her, they handle her nerves so well...she already has favorite people there. They responded quickly, had an immediate opening for the behavior test, and were in budget. Thank you all for taking care of my 4 legged kid! Happy German Shepherd dog mom❤

Been taking my Aussie, Sylvie, here for several months. Sylvie loves her doggy daycare. She gets so excited to play with her pawparazzi pack friends. Staff is incredibly friendly and caring. Have 100% confidence and trust leaving my dog here all day. There are lots of enrichment and activities available as well. I 100% recommended Pawparazzi to anyone looking for an amazing doggy daycare facility.
We are new to the area and were looking for a safe and responsible doggy daycare/boarding facility and we definitely found that, and more at Pawparazzi. Krista, the owner and founder, works there full-time and actually did the first initial call/check-in with me. They do a temperament evaluation for all of their dogs, so you're able to relax knowing every dog is safe for your pup to play with. They also have three different day cares for dogs that prefer a lot of play, older doggos, and small dogs! On top of that, they only allow 15 dogs per daycare (if I remember correctly), which is super small compared to some of the major pet retail boarding/daycare companies. Additionally, they were so aware of the hot weather, which was in the high 90s, and cut off outside play after 11am. You can even request add-ons to your boarding/daycare package, including doggie enrichment actives, pupdates of your dog (images and text from the day of your pup), frozen kongs, cuddle time, and more. I could go on and on about how much I love them there, but you will have to check it our for yourselves!

Pawparazzi has been such a great place to have nearby, would have definitely missed this place if we had to relocate. Freyja loves coming here and can hardly contain her excitement once we turn the corner onto the street. The staff is friendly and I feel so secure knowing freyja is in good hands. It's never a boring day for her and they are always adding fun activities, like pool parties and this upcoming super bowl party. And OF COURSE they take photos of your pet and you get to capture moments you may have missed at home! I really appreciate everything they do for my pup and highly recommend this place to anyone needing some care for their dogs and cats!

Their safety protocol, exceptional communication (daily texts, photos, and videos), interactive enrichment classes, and evident care for our dogs made our vacation worry-free. The staff at Pawparazzi are wonderful! We took our newly adopted dog in for an evaluation and daycare. We were provided with an update within the first hour, and then a debrief with video at the end of the day. Although this was his first time attending daycare, our pup was relaxed and happy when we picked him up. Truly appreciate the attentiveness paid to the dogs, who are actively monitored to ensure their safety and well being.
I cannot recommend Susan’s Pet Boarding and Daycare enough! For years, I have been taking my large, easily-excited (and dog reactive) 80lb American Bully to them every time I leave town, and I always leave them with peace of mind knowing that everything will be okay. They are experienced, know what they are doing, are easy to reach and effective effective communicators, and check in with me every so often to let me know how things are going. It is a tremendous relief knowing I have a good boarder to take my dog to when I need to leave town!

I have been going to Northridge Pawsome for years. I have bought 2 of my cats (so far) to them, and the 3rd is going for her first visit tomorrow. They have been WONDERFUL. One of our cats had to be put down and it was an emotionally traumatic experience, but the staff was caring and supportive throughout the whole visit. Their cost seem reasonable and I have been very happy to have them taking care of our extended family. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Will be taking our new puppy there very soon.

I cannot say enough good things about Valley Pet Sitting. We have used them for several years now to visit our cat, Mr. Pudds, whenever we travel and the service has been outstanding. We just returned from three weeks away, and each day we looked forward to the full report and photos we received to help us feel connected with our cat. We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for the past 6 years and are very satisfied with their services. The pet sitters they send to take care of our kitties have always been cat lovers (which is essential!) and they follow our instructions to the T! We also find their prices very reasonable and their online portal easy to use. On a personal note, when my 16 1/2 year old cat died last year, I was too emotional to delete her as a pet from the online portal, and Sharon with Customer Service very kindly offered to do it for me. Those little touches mean a lot.
We have been really impressed and SO happy with how Vally Pet Sitting has taken care of our sweet kitty buddy when both of us are out of town. Our cat tends to have a lot of anxiety when both owners are not at home and has not done well with many sitters in the past. As a woman living alone with my young daughter, I take extreme caution with the people I allow into my home, especially in my absence. My two cats mean the world to my daughter and I, so it was no surprise that I have been apprehensive to take a getaway and leave them home alone. In researching my options, I came across VPS and talked to someone over the phone after reading through reviews on several different sites. They were so reassuring!! They completely understood how important my home and animals are to me and helped me every step of the way. I got detailed status reports after each visit and the BEST photos I have ever seen of my babies!! They are always fast to respond, even to the smallest of questions or even little comments about my visits. When I got back home, it was as if I had never left, everything was done as if I had done it, including not only my cats but by two fish tanks and several houseplants as well. Clean and tidy, no messes left behind and I'm pretty sure someone wiped down my countertops before organizing my mail in a neat pile! Very attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in their service. Unlike other companies, their office staff and pet sitters work together to make sure both you and your pet are taken care of. Other companies I looked into just send sitters alone and there is no one there to help them if there is an emergency! I highly recommend VPS to everyone with or without pets (they do home care too!) , if you are leaving on a vacation they are a must have option for assurance that everything and everyone at home is a-ok. We love VPS!
Reposting an old review, I still use VPS and will always use them forever! : I love this company! I've never used a pet sitting service before (I'm not trusting type and always used family/friends), but holidays and covid meant I needed to either hire someone to come to my home or board my two cats. I didn't want to board my little fur balls since that's stressful for them (one came from a shelter and has a fear of strangers/new places), so opted to hire Valley Pet Sitting for the two weeks I was out of country for Christmas/New Years. I'm so happy! They answered all my questions before signing up, they helped me figure out the app, price was reasonable, and super flexible when my plans changed (airline cancelled my flight so I had to change dates/flights). The sitters themselves were super friendly and definitely were animal lovers. I got daily pictures and a written updates (totally going to keep the cute photos of my kitties 😻). Everyday the cats got fresh food, water, clean litter boxes, and pets/cuddles. I liked how the sitters were able to gain the trust of the cats and one even jumped into their laps for cuddles. How cute! I'm definitely going to use this company again and I feel better knowing I can book them in future whenever I want to leave town for trips.
When it comes to taking care of my various fish tanks ranging from Fresh to Salt water, Plants, and Breeder tanks, Valley Pet Sitting Inc. is the most trusted choice. They are the only ones that can handle all the various conditions and feedings my fish need, and I know it will be done as well as if I had actually taken care of them myself! They kept me updated after every visit not only taking care of all my tanks, but also watered my plants, brought my mail and packages in, and took out the trash on trash day. I got pictures as well which were wonderful so I can see my fish!!! We enjoyed Uncle Jeff's Pet Sitting very much. We left our 2 small dogs and have never been happier. Uncle Jeff groomed both dogs and they looked great. We arranged for adult training for our older dog and puppy training for the younger one. Both displayed better manners when at home.We were also happy that both dogs were exercised and walked . We would definitely recommend Uncle Jeff's to everyone.

Stacy has taken care of our 2 Goldendoodles every time we go on vacation for almost 2 years now, she is absolutely amazing, this summer Stacy was a life saver, we were away in Europe, and needed someone to help us last minute on weekends since our house sitter ditched on us last minute. Took my energetic jack russell terrier to Stacee for the first time. And it won’t be the last!! She took really good care of Riley, played ball with her, walked her at the park and spoiled her. She took notes and kept Riley pretty much on schedule as her daily routine at home. There is nothing better than to go away with no stress, ease of mind, that the four legged kid is so well taken care of. Highly recommended!!
We needed a pet sitter to look after our 3 cats, 2 German shepherds, and 1 pit bull while our entire family attended two weddings on separate evenings. Our dogs can be a handful so we needed a confident “dog person” to look after them - and that is exactly the type of person that Stacee is! Her detailed questionnaire allowed me to let her know all about our pets ahead of time. We scheduled a “meet and greet” well in advance of the wedding dates where Stacee was able to get to know the dogs. She asked questions, took notes, and we went over the feeding schedule together. Stacee messaged me on the morning of each wedding to confirm our appointment. She sent photos and a detailed message while feeding our pets in the evening. She spent time playing with the dogs and giving them extra attention. Even the cats liked her – and they usually hide from visitors. LOL! We were able to enjoy each wedding knowing that our pets were so well cared for by such a loving, responsible, and thoughtful professional. We highly recommend Stacee at West Hills Dog Sitter!
Night of the Living Pets is the absolute best! Rio and her team are so lovely and professional. Rio listened to what we needed and paired us with the perfect sitter for our dogs. We have one dog with several medical issues, requiring multiple daily pills, specific feedings, and an eye on any new symptoms; and we had not left her before with a sitter and were quite nervous to! Rio paired us with Emily June, who was extremely attentive, prepared, and loving with both our pups during a weekend away. We felt so confident leaving our dogs in the care of Rio and her team, and have done so many times since that first overnight (both for long stays and short walks or drop-ins). Being able to trust your fur babies with someone is huge, and we are so grateful to have found Rio and Night of the Living Pets. We love being a part of the spooky family!
Night of the Living Pets is an excellent service!! Their communication is amazing and they took amazing care of my home and my pets. From start to finish, the care far exceeded any pet care I’ve ever received for my fur babies. I recently used Night of the Living Pets’ overnight house pet-sitting services to take care of my two dogs, Poppy and Natasha, while my husband and I went away for a weekend. To be transparent, our dogs have a history of being reactive towards each other, so initially, I worried Rio would turn us away because of the behavioral issues. I was honest with Rio and told her our concerns, and let her know our dogs are currently in behavioral training to work on their reactivity. Rio matched us with Kelleigh, and immediately I knew she would not only take care of the girls like they were her own, but she made us feel confident we didn’t need to worry about their reactive behavior. I was so impressed by how attentive Kelleigh was with our girls. She arrived earlier than expected and sent us updates regularly regarding feeding, walks, and bedtime. I could tell from the pictures Kelleigh sent us that our dogs did not miss us while we were away. Kelleigh followed the feeding and walking schedule to a T. I felt completely at ease leaving my dogs in her care. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Night of the Living Pets to anyone in need of a reliable pet sitter. I cannot thank Rio enough for giving us a chance and matching us with Kelleigh. I will continue to utilize Night of the Living Pets for all my pet-sitting needs.
So when I got my pup two years ago, I was like wow I don't think I can travel or work anywhere that's not remote because - how can I trust anyone with this little guy (he likes to dart and forgets all commands in the wild). I met Rio at a little farmers market popup and when it came time to go back into the office she saved me!! Emily is our regular walker and I love that Ziggy has gotten to know someone who is consistently with him and knows his quirks. I get updates before, during and after walks and so so many cute pictures! I tried doggy day care and Ziggy always came back wired and in a weird mood (no proper breaks, no training, no boundaries with the swarm of pups wanting to play and no actual enrichment) I didn't want to keep taking him back and having all my training disappear, which is especially important with younger pups. Rio also organizes pup play dates and matches pups who would play great together, which means Ziggy has a little tribe now. Can't recommend this enough!
We love Rio and Night of the Living Pets!! I reached out to Rio for a sitter to watch our 4-month-old pup, Liam, and she responded immediately. We were a bit nervous to leave our boy overnight for the first time with a new person (even though it was at our house), but Rio was so kind and made the best experience for our boy! She came over to do a meet-and-greet and instantly bonded with him. She asked all the right questions, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and truly a breath of fresh air! Because Liam is so young and not fully vaccinated, he required a lot of Rio's attention for 2 straight days staying at the house and she did not disappoint. Rio communicated while we were gone and sent many videos, photos, and status updates throughout the day. We are so thankful we found Rio and Night of the Living Pets, and Liam looks forward to his next play date/adventure with Rio and her team!
I’m so happy to have found Rio and her team through a mutual friend. It feels so amazing knowing that if our family is going to be gone - whether that’s an afternoon or a week - that we have pet care / house sitters to reach out to that are reliable, trust worthy, and so darn good with our pets. Rio and her team are the absolute best! My pupper loves when they come and give him a walk or play time if it's too hot outside. They've been great about working around his anxieties with being left alone. (He's doing much better now) I recommend them to everyone who needs a walker or sitter. The photo updates and summary after their visits are one of the highlights of my day.
We couldn’t have asked for a better pet-sitting service than Night of the Living Pets! My wife and I were out of the country for a whopping two weeks, and NotLP was able to accommodate this big pet-sitting ask! Not only did we have the dedicated Kelleigh feeding and cleaning the litter box for our two cats for such a long stretch, she also made sure to get in a ton of playtime to exhaust their pent up energy! Everything we asked of Kelleigh, she delivered on, including daily photos and updates on their wellbeing! NotLP has their own app which makes communication and photos a breeze! What’s even better, is NotLP was able to guarantee that for the second week we were gone, our awesome cat-sitter put in longer hours each day to make sure that our cats were getting lots of love and attention! To top it all off, our sitter Kelleigh was able to stay with them throughout the Fourth of July, in order to make sure that the constant firework noise from the neighbors wasn’t terrifying our sweet boys. I would highly recommend Night of the Living Pets to anyone and everyone who needs a loving and attentive pet-sitter who will treat your pets with the love and care that they would treat their own pets!
Can't recommend Rio enough. We wanted our dog Cookie to be our flower girl/ring bearer at our wedding and be part of our big day but also wanted to let loose and have fun without worrying about her all day/night. She took Cookie on a few walks to get to know her, and Cookie loved her. She was so excited to go on a walk with her once that she literally slid down the stairs to greet her. Day of the wedding Rio was amazing! She entertained her between pictures, made sure she got potty time and dinner, and when the music and dancing were too much for our anxious little girl, she chilled with her in the quiet spot we made for just that purpose in the dressing room and gave her plenty of cuddles and love (Cookie's favorite thing). Animals know, and Cookie knows why best friend Rio is best friend Rio. And a little bonus, we have a cat named Fleabee Waller Bridge who also loves Rio and would always come down to say hi when Rio would come over to take Cookie on walks. So Rio gets cat approval too.
Night of the Living Pets is the best and most professional pet sitting service we’ve ever had. Rio and her staff are thorough, trustworthy and obviously love what they do. Our (five!) cats love them (even the shy cats!) and we’ve never had to worry about anything, including medications. They are so communicative— giving thorough, informative updates every day, and they also send adorable photos. You can tell that they love your pets as much as you do— they spend time with them and really get to know them and you. I have recommended them to literally everyone I know with a pet.
