How fortunate we are that Marla & Chad were able to handle things at our home during an 11-day vacation out west. They respected our home as if it were their own - we could tell upon our arrival back to Tampa. Our plants, herbs, and flowers were blooming and doing GREAT which meant they followed our request for watering during the very hot and no-rain days in Florida. But MOST important is the care they provided our two cats. Such loving energy went into giving sweet Noelle her wet food for her chronic kidney disease and we are forever grateful for the love Marla and Chad shared with both cats. Their communication was perfect! Thorough and great photos and videos. When something went wrong with our doorbell they did not freak out - they methodically solved how to stop the noise and they let us know. Then, when the A/C started to not cool the house completely towards the last two days, they too let us know about that. (Turns out the unit totally broke and we are replacing it this week.) All-in-all the consummate housesitters and catsitters around! Thank you both for your great care.

I loved my week in Lisbon with Ham. The flat is in a great location, close to Graça and an easy walk to anything you might need. Dave and Ellen took me to some of the spots that ended up being my neighborhood favorites. Communication was fast and easy. Great hosts! Ham is so sweet and has a lot of personality. He is happy to sit at café and makes it easy to meet people wherever you go. Good friends for Ham will be attentive and ready to occasionally negotiate (with treats) if he gets possessive of a sock or a street treasure. He loves a cuddle and a nap. I would happily sit for this fun, generous family again!
Lovely house, location and the best 4 legged friend for company. Charlotte and Mark made us very welcome, great guide and map of walks. Hope to sit again
