It has been a pleasure to look after Nutmeg and Pepper, they are the most delightful dogs. We will miss them. Pepper was immediately our best friend, Nutmeg more aloof for the first day or so, until she warmed to us and accepted us as her replacement “special people” Sheila and Richard made us feel very at home and were kind enough to have a meal for us after our long journey. For those who don’t know the area, it is very beautiful with lots of lovely dog walking straight from the door.
Super comfy house in a cool area with 2 awesome dogs. Jessica and her family were friendly and very communicative. Snow is the sweetest fluffiest girl and her pup, Mammoth is a goof ball. Highly recommend.
Lavish is a beautiful mancoon cat very affectionate playful and well behaved. She loved to be fussed and happily sit with you her favourite is lying in bed or sofa next you .
Sharkie and Norris are such treats to spend time with. From the moment they greet you at the door (they literally do this; they're so friendly), to the moment you leave you are welcomed as their new friends and family. Sharkie is not shy at all and loves pets, in the aloof, but demanding simultaneous way that cats be, that keeps us humans wonderfully entertained and seeking to fulfill her wishes. At night she'll sit on your lap as you Netflix and chill. She'll cozy up to you in bed as well if you like! Norris is a sweetheart. She's 13, but has no idea. We literally spent an hour and a half+ every other day in the long backyard playing fetch. She's not manic about it and loves some breaks, but she's excellent at bringing you the ball when she's ready for the next toss. This happened in addition to a couple miles low-key neighborhood walks. You'll want to give her the world, she's so sweet, so be prepared to play! As for their owner, Michelle, expect plenty of warm hospitality and prompt communication. She is a great owner and her affection for her fur children is apparent in all the preparation she attends to ensuring that we are well prepared to care for these two! The home and location are awesome! In just three miles’ drive we can reach Mt Elden, and a number of other hikes that we enjoyed, although you'll find trails just blocks from her home ❤️. Walmart is across the street, and there are plenty of grocers within a 10 minute drive. The home is very comfortable! We had plenty of space to both e-work and jump on Zoom calls, with solid, reliable WiFi. The heating works well for cooler nights, and Michelle provides everything one can need to prepare a good meal. Bed is super comfortable and everything that we could need was in ready supply. We loved our time here and are already in discussion with Michelle to return!
Shannon and Chris’ home in Billings MT was a brilliant sit. It is exquisitely decorated and incredibly clean, tidy and organised - like staying in a boutique hotel! The dogs are well behaved and easy to love whilst Ollie the cat rules the roost. The property sits in a lovely estate with great dog walks nearby and plenty of places to explore in Billings. Would definitely recommend sitting for these lovely lovely people and great pets. : )
Since our hotel was close to the house, we had the chance to meet Gabrielle, Chris and the pets the night before our sitting. Their house is spacious and we enjoyed the place as it was perfect for our remote work. Taking care of the pets is really not a problem they are soooooo adorable ! So we went out for walks, we played outside with Fiona and cuddle Huck a lot !!! Oh yeah and there is Pearl ! ☺️ Very low profile, low maintenance cat ! He worked with me during the day, on my lap, but out of that, you won't see him much ! Being at their place was a pleasure, we enjoyed the neighbourhood and already missing the pets. We recommend this sit 100%.
