Dog Sitters in Finchingfield

Michael and Rhonda were great sitters. Very respectful of our home and very clean and tidy. We enjoyed meeting them before we left which gave us a chance to show them any house quirks and explains the dogs routine. Michael kept us regularly updated with photos and videos of our pets who were clearly very happy in their company. They left us a lovely note to come back to. I would not hesitate to recommend Michal and Rhonda for future sits.

This is the 2nd sit with Pru All went well as the first time. I do recommend her.

Lauren is amazing. If you are reading this review because she has applied for a sit with you then stop reading and confirm her now! We have had quite a few sitters on this site and elsewhere and she really stands out. She was incredibly organised and communicative. During the sit she has having some personal issues and dealing with a lost pet of her own and she still provided care above and beyond for our elderly cat. She obviously is house proud and will look after your place as if it is her own. The regular photos, videos and messages were lovely. She cleaned the house, washing all the sheets and towels and left us a bottle of wine - it was insanely impressive! I could write a lot on this subject but I will stop and reiterate my first point - book her now!

Ena was a superb cat and house sitter. She sent me news and pictures frequently. The house was very well cared for too, very clean and tidy in my return. I highly recommend her to future owners.

We returned to content cats. Everything was clean and tidy, and Dawn kindly washed bedding and towels. Dawn sent us a couple of updates whilst we were away with pictures which was nice. Dawn came to see us the day before the sit to be shown around, she was friendly and we felt happy to have her come to sit for us. Dawn forgot to mention that someone else would be joining her (perhaps her Mum or friend). We would have arranged for another bedroom to be ready for them if it were needed. Other bedrooms were out of bounds and not for use. Dawn covered up the outdoor doorbell camera, which is there for security of the house- and anyone staying in the house. We were definitely not bothered about the comings and goings of house-sitters, as we are quite laid back with our requests, but this did make us feel a little apprehensive. I’m assuming she did for privacy reasons, but there would be nothing to see other than walking in and out of the house, so it felt a little off to us.

Nina really is the perfect house sitter. Not only does she rate 5 stars for the listed attributes, she rates 5 stars for everything else a house sitter can possibly do. We are kept informed about the house and pets. We come home to a house that is cleaner from the one we left. Communication before, during and after the sit is perfect. Nina really cares about the welfare of our cats, even though Toffee is, as ever, a bit standoffish with someone she doesn't know really well. And there is always that winning smile on her face when we see her. Thank you so much Nina for all the help you give us.

Montana is very consciencious and adaptable. She is tidy and organised, very accomodating. She looked after the house and the house plants as asked. The pets were with us this time, but she gave us reassurance that the house was ocupied for few weeks in our absence. I have asked her to come back when we next travel

Liz and Jag were great sitters, lovely people and took very good care of our dog and home. We felt very relaxed whilst we were away knowing they were there. We would delighted for Liz and Jag to stay again.

Liz and Rob were fantastic sitters, we zoomed before they came and Liz asked lots of questions and gave us lots of information about them and their previous sits. We communicated before they arrived and they left really early to get to us as we also had a long drive. The dogs took to them straight away, they were calm and not upset at us leaving at all! Liz and Rob looked after 5 lambs, my chickens and new chicks, Liz was able to give me some great advice being an ex veterinary nurse. The animals and house had obviously been well looked after, they left us some plants and a lovely card as thanks and Liz had even cooked us a scrumptious veg curry. I would thoroughly recommend them as housesitters and would love to ask them back.

Camila and her partner Piotr were perfect Housesitters. They took wonderful care of Aggie and our flat for 10 days. They were excellent communicators and left our flat spotless — even better than they found it! They also helped us track down lost packages and stayed flexible through our travel changes. Second time Laura and Dan have looked after ours cats and house. Took great care of the cats especially Louis who is getting very old. Great communicators, very flexible with dates and times. Left the house immaculate. Will definitely use them again.

In this Review for Sophie i would like to start by saying a huge thank you! Sophie was very kind and easy going, she loves our pets and they have a good tine with her. The communication was easy and we were in contact constantly for anything. She is reliable and very independant. When we agreed on having Sophie at our place, she managed all her trips within 2 days, which was good trust! I totally suggest her for everybody and i am sure you wont be disappointed !
