I love Jim and Janice and have sat for them a few times. Every time I fall more in love with their crew. Spirit is the most loyal, loving Belgium Shepard that will make you feel safe and protected at all times. Stella is a little bundle of leaping joy and Gracie is just a total sweet heart. The house and property are amazing. You are basically on a nature trail out the front door that can go as far as you like.
Leslie and Mike are wonderful human beings. We feel like we have met dear friends. They have servants hearts and are just great people. They prepared a delicious dinner for us, a bottle of wine and more and truly made us feel very welcomed in their beautiful home. They are extremely organized and everything is so clean (yay!) and of course … their fur babies are the best!!! We fell in love with all 10 of them. (Note: The 2 pups went with mom and dad!) All of their different personalities were so fun to get to know and love on. Their property is beautiful, peaceful and in such a convenient location. We saw deer, a big owl, beautiful birds and more! The few times we went off properly , we truly looked forward to coming back to the menagerie and the beautiful setting!! We so look forward to seeing them all again!
Mike and Lucy are kind, generous hosts who made us feel welcomed and prepared for watching over their home and Winston, their adorable dog! Communication was great. Their home is very comfortable and well-equipped. The neighborhood is safe. We really enjoyed our walks with Winston through the Presidio and nearby parks. The whole area is really incredible. Mike and Lucy are organized and detail-oriented. Winston is a super star! Cute and sweet, many people whom we met on our walks could not resist petting him, and he loves people. He does not get along with other dogs, which was accurately described to us. Treats help to keep him on track, but overall, Winston is easy and undemanding. We hope to return soon!
Flossy and Hubie were such kind generous hosts. Communication was easy right from the start and throughout the sit they were only a quick message away. Their home and garden are lovely to spend time in and the bed in the guest room is very comfy! We enjoyed many fabulous walks with the dogs along the canal that runs right past the property. You can walk for miles and the dogs love it too. We also really enjoyed the evening watering of the flower and vege gardens. Such a lovely relaxing thing to do at the end of each day. We were able to feast on some of the lovely produce from the garden including beans and delicious strawberries. What a treat! We loved spending time with Heidi and Lottie. Such easy sweet dogs with cute personalities and lots of fun to be with. The alpacas were a lot of fun to look after. Quite easy just to give them some food in the morning then check on them a few times during the day. They were very easy to care for and such quirky sweet animals. We really loved spending time with them especially the enthusiastic greeting from the boys. Many funny photos were taken with these always amusing creatures. We would fully recommend this sit to other enthusiastic couples and we would happily return some day to do this sit again if the dates work out for us.
