So me and my husband lee work a good bit, and got a new puppy, and didn't want him sitting in his cage all day. So my husband started looking for someone to come take care of our baby copper aka ( our dog ) he he found Heavenly creatures pet sitting. And let me tell you about the great severs that miss Tanya (dog sitter) is appsalotley amazing with copper, and we couldn't ask for anyone else better for the job🙂 she feeds him, and plays outside and she also bords him when we go out of town. This is the best experience I’ve had with a pet sitter by far hands down. My girlfriend and I were going out of town for a couple days and we found heavenly creatures on google to watch our GSP Ava. It’s very reasonable she has great communication and she keeps you informed with every that’s going on. She even sent pictures and when Ava had an upset stomach she knew exactly What to do!

Tonya was wonderful with my dogs and I know they are a lot to deal with. She did exactly what I ask her to do and my dogs loved her. Thanks again Tonya. I will be calling you again.

When our sitter of 12 years recently retired I was frantic to find another sitter. Our daughter had been using Tonya, from Heavenly Creatures for several years and has always felt confident in her. Recently we were going to visit family and needed Tonya’s services. We couldn’t be happier with her. She took Fred into her home as if she has known him since he was a puppy. She sent us pictures every day. I would recommend Tonya to anyone who has a dog, young or old. She truly loves animals and they become her family.

Tonya helped my fur babies out while I stayed in the hospital for three days! She played with my dogs to keep them entertained! Tonya also cleaned up a poopy situation as well as cleaned my cat box even though she didn’t have to!

Tonya is wonderful! We were really stressed out as we were about to go overseas and our petsitter fell through. She was able to keep our isolation-anxious senior dog during that trip and we had the peace of mind we needed. We regularly received updates and notes while we were gone and appreciated that she was willing to give him all his medicine during his stay.

We had a 2 weeks trip and left our baby with Tonya. I was nervous at first because I haven't left her with anyone else besides friends and family. We met up with Tonya and she definitely welcomed us. She made us feel at home. I appreciate Tonya so much for going the extra mile to carry my chubby baby up and down the stairs. Thank you! So happy I found her. Heavenly Creatures is where I bring my fur babies for boarding, and they are absolutely wonderful with them. We have been using them since we moved to Paulding two years ago. The place they use for convenient scheduling, payments, etc is very user friendly. They are always keeping me up to date on how the dogs are doing including multiple photos while I’m gone. Our dogs LOVE when they get to go there. They come home so tired because they have gotten to play and have had so much fun. One of my dogs is also very anxious and scared of everything and he goes there and has had no issues. I 100% recommend them for pet sitting any time I get the chance. Trustworthy, affordable, and they really are dog people and will take care of your fur babies like their own!

My husband and I just moved to the Rome area 2 1/2 months ago from Florida. So searching for a new dog sitter for our 2 huskies was a little daunting, especially since our stranger shy Bodhi has only ever had one sitter. Olivia of MO Ranch & Kennel was super patient answering all of my questions and let me do a test visit with her and the property. She was very calm and facile with the pups. Her kennel was immaculate, the fenced area large and spacious, and both Boo and Bodhi took to her very quickly. Drop off went smoothly and she sent pics with updates during their 2 night stay. I was so nervous about boarding my baby for the first time but the first phone conversation I had with Olivia immediately put me at ease! I was able to go on vacation knowing Peaches was having fun and well take care of! We will definitely be back!

We have 4 dogs who have never stayed overnight anywhere outside of our home, so I was super nervous and concerned when looking for someone to watch them while we were out of town. Olivia made me feel at ease, I was able to come tour the site and she answered all of my questions. The dogs had a blast while they were there & I received daily photos and updates about them. I was needing a last minute place for my dog to stay and someone recommended this kennel. From the first conversation I had with Olivia she was very friendly. Upon arrival we talked and immediately by dog felt comfortable with her. She showed me where my dog was going to be staying and assured me he was going to be safe. My wife and I went out of town for a few days and left our 2 dogs with Olivia and her family, and our pups had a blast. We got daily pictures and updates and she did everything that she could to make sure we didn't worry about our dogs. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. We will definitely be using them again.

My doggos absolutely love their vacation time here! They take wonderful care of my boys and send photo updates everyday which makes me so much more comfortable leaving them in their care! They always come home happy, healthy and in good spirits. If you need a trustworthy and home-like boarding experience for your pups, this is the place to go!!

MO Ranch & Kennel took excellent care of our Samoa and our daughter's pup. We were very pleased with the care that they received and the pictures sent to us showing how they were interacting with the others. Olivia and her husband were very pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond getting our fur baby her food as we had forgotten to bring it. I cannot say enough great things about the care that our pets were given and would highly recommend them!

Absolutely great care for your dog. Pictures were sent to me daily. He got to run and play daily in a very nice fenced grass yard. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing to board there dog. I'd give 10 Stars if I could.

I have always avoided boarding my dogs, but I needed to have my puppy in daycare for a few days and boarded for a few days while we were out of town. From the first trial day, our girl was excited to get in there and play with the other dogs and the employees. Now, when we pull up to the drop-off gate, she practically jumps out of the door before we've turned off the engine! Dog tails don't lie.

Fabulous doggie daycare and boarding. The staff is friendly and kind. They are willing to send videos when requested. I started to bring my boys for a stay when my vet recommended this boarding facility because they don't have many dogs there a day. All about population control for dogs , customers, and staff. They have smaller groups so they can maintain wonderful safe play areas for dogs while keeping watch. Very reassuring of the treatment and environment they keep for the dogs they care for.

They are the best... went out of town for the Easter weekend and I was able to pick up my dog on Easter 🐣 they even gave my him a easter tie, which was so adorable. Everyone is friendly and I can tell my dog had a good time with other dogs his size, I definitely will be coming back …

I love this place for my dog for boarding and daycare. You see the same people working there every time proving they care about their employees. And I know they care for my dog from the conversations I have with them at pickup time.

We love Ruff N It! My dog goes for daycare twice a week. She loves it. We also went training classes when we first got her. it helped both of us. We also board with them when we go out of town. They treat her so well i never have to worry!

Today was the first experience my fur babies had at Ruff N It daycare. I loved how there are multiple areas for the dogs to play as well as several handlers to engage with them throughout the day. They had a great time and will definitely be booking more days in the future.

I was kinda worried at 1st because my pitbull is very protective with the people around us but never did i get a call to pick him up early, they said he did very good and didn't need to have his muzzle on. My fur babies (cat and dog) love being boarded here when we are away. This is the ONLY place I’ve seen that makes sure animals get exercise and socializes while being boarded. What attracted me to this place was the fact they had three outdoor spaces for dogs, which one of them is completely covered in case of bad weather. After taking a tour prior to my fur kids’ first boarding, I found out this extended to cats too with an indoor cat playroom. I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of my fur kids while we are away.

My husband and I have used Critter Care for our spaniel, Maggie, since 2022. They are wonderful! I know grooming can be stressful for dogs, but Maggie loves the staff and barely even looks back when we drop her off. The prices are reasonable, and I can’t express how excellent this business is!

Wiley has stayed at Critter Care on two occasions and both have been positive experiences. In previous kennel stays he always returns home in a depressed state but when coming home from Critter Care he is his normal lively self. We are so pleased with the care he has received at Critter Care.

We absolutely love critter care plus. It makes us feel so good when we take Darla in and sweet Carly knows her and loves on her. We know she's taken care of so well. Wouldn't trust anyone else

I cannot imagine boarding my pups anywhere else! The grounds are always well kept. The kennel is exceptionally clean - no doggie or kitty smells. The staff is amazing! I know that when I leave my Labs at CCP, they will be loved and cared for in a clean, safe environment.

Great experience here! My 3 dogs age 5,3,2 had never boarded before but I took a trip recently and they stayed at what we named “summer camp” for the pups because they had such a blast. They all got to stay together and we got updates every day of the week, as we were nervous about my Dutch shepherd getting anxious, so the staff spoiled us with extra photos and really felt like a welcoming little tribe of people. So grateful and will use again!

We had the best grooming experience with Karlie! Alivia is a 1.5 year old Husky and a rescue so she is full of energy plus some anxiety when it comes to being around things she's not familiar with. Karlie helped us find a way to be able to get her calm enough to be groomed after our first unsuccessful try earlier this year (no fault of Karlie or Critter Care) and Karlie was able to modify her grooming when Alivia didn't like the dryer. I really appreciate Karlie and the whole Critter Care team being patient with our wild girl! She was so happy when we picked her up and we will definitely continue to use Karlie and Critter Care!

Critter Care Plus is the home away from home for our fur babies. I know they will be well cared for and loved.

Great customer service and reasonable rates. My Butterscotch was in good hands. I had no worries while just out of town or out of the country. Glad there was an opening for our 3rd visit. I'm grateful for a quality place nearby!

We took Stella our golden doodle here and due to covid and bad advice she was way overdue for a cut. Very very overdue! They took such good care of her and made sure she was comfortable. They didn't make us feel embarrassed or too much of a hassle due to the hair issues with her. She loved them and came home incredibly happy and completely unfazed by the experience. She also looks like a new pup! When we got there she had a nervous poo and they cleaned it up quickly and didn't make us feel awkward. If you are even thinking of brining your pup here for any reason I highly recommend it simply because they love your pet and you can tell. This was the best experience we have ever had!! It was so good I made sure to leave this review :) ha!

I boarded my dog here from Friday until Sunday. It was a last-minute need and they accommodated us. I felt my dog was taken care of and returned happy. I will definitely board here again.

They did a fantastic job grooming my rough collie. Rough collies are not the easiest to groom but she came out looking amazing and happy. All the staff were super friendly. We'll be back, thanks again!

Best doggy daycare/spa in town. A little on the pricey side but they take care of your dogs plus they have extended pick up and drop off hours, complementary bath, grooming services. The dog gets a room instead of a kennel if they are not busy!

We boarded our dog for the first time at Bed & Biscuit Inn for a weekend, while we were in Carrollton for a wedding. When we came to pick her up, it took about 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk to greet us. It then took an additional 10 minutes before our dog was retrieved and brought out to us. Once we had her, we informed staff that we were still missing her collar, leash, container of food, and food/water bowls. After staff was calling around to try and locate our dog’s items, they finally said that they would just have to call us and let us know if they found them, and then we could come get them. I explained that we were not from Georgia, to which I was asked to provide an address to mail the items back to. They looked one more time and finally found the collar (with our dog’s name tag and our contact info on it), leash, and food container. As we were getting in the car, we realized that the food and water bowls were still missing. It took an additional 15 minutes before they were found. All in all, it took us 45 minutes to pick up our dog on a Sunday, when we were the only customers there the entire time.

We boarded 4 dogs here and all were in great shape when we picked them up. They bathed them as we asked them to do. They looked well fed and happy. Love this place. Will def use again

Awful experience DO NOT USE!!!!! We recently boarded our two dogs at Bed and Biscuit Inn while we were on vacation. My father in law recommended we board them there because he has used Carrol County Animal Hospital for several years. We have two large dogs a black lab mix and a German Shepard/Belgian Malinois mix. There are several reasons not to use this facility. 1) My wife booked the reservations online. They used the word “Themed Suites” to describe the room they were to be boarded in. There were pictures of different “themes” painted on the walls. My wife picked an exterior flower room “Themed Suite”. The exterior rooms cost more. My wife believed our dogs would have a room with a window. What we found was much more like a dog pound. They did not have anything that even resembled a room much less a suite. What they had was a tiny run smaller than runs I have seen at animal control facilities. Our two dogs had to share a space no more than four feet wide. There were no more “themes” on the walls. The area where our dogs were kept was in the basement. There were garage doors as the walls for the exterior runs where our dogs were kept. The doors were open and the full Georgia summer humidity and heat had taken over the space. The staff claimed they were remodeling and had pressure washed the area. The staff told us the garage doors would be closed and the air would be set to 72 degrees. Our dogs are normally kept inside and were not acclimated to being in the heat for more than a few minutes. 2) The staff told us they would send us pictures of our dogs. We only received pictures one day after begging them to send us pictures. 3) They told us to bring things for our dogs from home to be used for our dogs. We took three bowls, two toys, and a large plastic container of food. They removed the collar from one of our dogs but left the collar on our shepard/Malinois. When we picked up our dogs we had to explain what we brought. They gave us back three random dog bowls that were not the ones we gave them. One of the bowls was large with paw prints on the side. They gave us three very small metal bowls. They put our belongings in a bag and my wife didn’t check it because we were ready to get home and they should know what belonged to each dog. We almost left without our container of dog food. When we asked for it they asked us what kind of food it was. They should have known what food was ours since that’s what our dogs were supposed to be fed with each day. When we arrived home I discovered the different bowls and our dog was missing her collar. We had to go purchase new bowls and collars from PetSmart the next day. 4) My wife prepaid online. When I was checking out the lady told me I owed the full $368 for the week. I expected to pay for one extra day but not for the entire week. I explained to the lady that we already paid and she asked me for a bank statement. Who in the hell keeps a bank statement with them? Who expects to need one when picking up your dogs from a boarder? The excuse I was told was that the online payment system does not talk to the other system. We were picking up after hours on the hospital side and apparently, they can’t check the other system. 5) Our dogs were clean and freshly bathed when we picked them up. However, my father-in-law picked his dog up a day early and even called and told them an hour before he picked him up. When he got his dog he was covered in his own urine. There is no telling what our dogs would have looked like if we picked them up early. Read his review posted yesterday.

I tried to bring the dogs here to have a day out with the wife. I had their vaccination history, shots were up to date, but could not prove I had administered booster shots as follow-ups to the preliminary Parvovirus vaccine. They informed me that I should have kept the label, and brought it in as proof that I had administered the shot. I was able to get a receipt from Tractor Supply to prove I had purchased the shots, which is just as much "proof" in my opinion, but they said the risk was too high and still would not accept the dogs. The associate, Judith, acted as a medium of communication with the general manager, who never once came out to discuss the issue with me in person. Bad business. I understand it is a safety precaution, but having a label doesn't prove that the shots were administered anymore than a receipt with the shot listed and the last four digits of a credit card number currently in possession.

Our girls love staying with Tina and Gary while we travel! They are such kind people, and the kennels are spacious and wide enough for the dogs to stand and walk around in. We love supporting their business!

This was our 1st time boarding our Shorkie, Bini Cooper with anyone and I cried like a baby. Tina, the Owner went out of her way to make leaving him as painless as possible for my Husband and I both. We we're out of the country for 9 days and was able to Email with Tina regarding how Bini was doing which really helped alot. We have another trip coming up after the New Year and will be returning Bini to her care.

I would 100% bring my fur baby here again. Tina and Gary are so caring to all of the animals in their care. They ensure your pet has everything they need by allowing you bring their beds, toys, foods, treats, meds, etc. They gave my baby a bath the morning of the day of pickup and even washed her bed and blanket, how thoughtful! Not to mention my dog was as happy as can be when we picked her up 🩷

We have 2 Australian Shepherds that love it here. If I mention going to see Mrs Tina, they start crying ang wagging their tails. I know they are treated with love and the 2 of them are the only ones that work there so no worries about who might be taking care of your pet. We have both of ours in the same run so they are happy.

Our basset hounds love going to see Gary & Tina. We have been loyal clients for 12 years. They each have their own kennels across from one another, clean with their beds and bowls inside, when we drop off. The boarding rates are reasonable. My hounds come home happy, never have been ill or injured upon pick up. It’s about a 15 minute drive for us, and even if we should move, we would still make the drive to bring them here!

Tina and Gary are amazing!!! They have taken such good care of Leo and Bella. So blessed!!!!

Tina and Gary are wonderful. I used to have 2 large dogs and a chihuahua and they could all stay together as a family. No it is just the difficult little chi and they take the best care of him. He is always so happy when he goes there. I had the misfortune of going out of town twice this summer and they were booked up and it was awful leaving him at other places. Tina is great and his bedding is always washed and fresh when I pick him up. I love this place. I never worry when I have to leave my guy with them!

Just picked up my 9 month old puppies from a two night board with Beechwood Trails. One of the pups is very skittish and doesn’t like too many people. He went to both Gary and Tina to give them love before we left. They raved about how great my fur babies were! The facility is clean and the food was high quality. My puppies got loved on in my absence. I feel like I’ve just added to my family with this awesome couple. I could not be happier with my experience. The cost was incredibly reasonable on top of all the other great stuff. I would recommend them and their Pet Lodge to anyone needing to leave their pets with someone they trust.

We've boarded our timid rescue dog here twice, and have plans to do so again. Very caring owners, and well kept facilities. Be careful climbing the hill on the drive, and you will have it made!

You guys are awesome. My Shepherds are like my children. We have been working with them on boarding for the last several months. Not sure if I was going to be able to leave them for 9 days. We only had internet on our cruise. So the photos and videos of them playing and having fun are awesome. I would highly recommend them to anybody. You must also prepare your pups before going. Our Shepherds are velcro pups so that was a big concern. Thank you very much for taking such great care of our pups.

We love the staff and facilities at Chippie's. Grooming to boaring our brood comes back to us calm then excited when they see us but still well behaved (or as much as multiple schnauzers can be) . The staff is wonderful. Win Win

While I’ve been using the lovely daycare system with Chippies (which I also highly recommend!) this is my first experience utilizing their grooming salon. My dog Jäger can be a ball of energy and has a penchant for stuff happening ‘his way’. Laura did a fantastic job with him. His groom is perfect and she went above and beyond on the areas I requested have more attention towards them. The price was excellent and comparable to other local salons without any compromise to quality. He takes time to warm up to people and isn’t big on petting type attention. so when Laura mentioned he laid his head on her shoulder while she blow dried him, I knew I didn’t need to worry about his comfort level in her care. I think people tend to be wary of all-in-one type businesses, but I can say I’ve used all services from Chippies (boarding, daycare, & grooming) now and I don’t see any reason to go elsewhere for any of it. They seem to be the unicorn. Go with them— you won’t regret it!

We were visiting our daughter near Villa Rica and also had business in Atlanta. With luck we found Chippies Place for our two doggies Flynn and Ebb. Everyone here is so full of love! I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving our babies. When we came back after two days both our boys were happy and healthy!! Even Ebb who normally can get a not so great report card was returned to me with a compliment. I wish I lived near by. These guys are wonderful. Thank you all!

My pregnant wife drove over a Hour to get here only to be turned away from her appointment. 1. They do not say anything about not being able to groom anxious dogs. (We took the same dog there before without issue & she was groomed without issue) Apparently they don't keep any records. 2. Any time a question is asked they refer you to the groomer who only communicated via text. 3. Nothing on website or via communication indicates that a nervous dog is an issue ESPECIALLY when **they groomed her before**. The muzzle is a precaution & was not a issue in the past as well as recommended by the dog trainer. 4. The address on the website is incorrect & no information on their website regarding the above. Finally they were extremely rude as my wife was crying in the lobby as a result. Basically told her "oh well now you know we don't groom anxious dogs, the other groomer was fired".... No one could explain why she couldn't wait, because it would be "45 min wait" despite a 3pm appt (10 min late due to bad address)... Absolutely insane how poorly ran this business is. "you can re-book if you want"....

Chippies Place is AMAZING! Love being able to watch the dogs on the cameras. We were comforted by seeing Cleo happy with other dogs outside.

NEGATIVE STARS - I had to select a star in order to post. OUR DOG PASSED AWAY- My heart wants nothing more then to see this place burn down. Myself nor my children & family have never experienced such a devasting heartbreak that we endured during this past week due to the negligence of this facility. I brought Romeo in for boarding on 12/23/23- Healthy. On 12/26/23 at 11am I picked up a sick dog. Extremely lethargic, excessively droolong, not eating or drinking. Upon returing home,12/26/23, I called Creekside to find out what happened to my dog. I was told he was "stressed" from being in the kennel & that he ate - a LIE. We were up all night, with him being sick. I called back again the morning of 12/27/23 to find out if anyone noticed anything, as he was still not showing any signs of improvement from when he was picked up sick - I was told again, he was stressed from being around 80 dogs, the signs he was showing was normal, he would be fine & that he ate all his food & drank his water - LIES. My dog was too sick to eat home cooked chicken breast or drink 1 sip his water at home, so there was no way he ate, sick at Creekside. I took Romeo to the vet on 12/27/23 where he was immediatly put on oxygen, his lungs were full of fuild & had to be immediatly transfered to a critical care hospital where my baby boy passed away in my arms moments later. I again called on 12/28/23 to tell them Romeo passed away. I have still not received a phone call from the owner Patricia nor any other staff member to at least offer condolences for Romeo passing due to negilence on there part. Clearly something happened at Creekside. Maybe they were to bust taking care of 79 other dogs, that no one noticed my dog suffering. My advice - IF LOVE YOUR ANIMAL, KEEP THEM AT HOME & USE AN IN HOME SERVICE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR FUR BABY! The photos show what my baby boy looked like prior to drop off & after.

I have recently started picking up my mom’s dog in the last 6 months. It is always a pleasure seeing Cooper at the front desk. He’ll make conversation with me. Every time I come in, any day of the week; any hour of the day. Cooper is always there. It is always a pleasure picking up my dog, while I wait; Cooper makes me feel like I’m part of the dog family. Cooper makes me feel like my dog is being taken care of properly and genuinely loves animals.

We have taken our 3 dogs here for almost 6 years! I cannot say enough good things about the owner and staff! Our big dog (Zoey) does daycare, and they have done a great job adjusting her to daycare groups as she has gotten older! We board her, and our two small dogs whenever we go on vacation! Our dogs are always excited to walk in the building! The staff is great when this overly anxious mom calls to check in while we are on vacation! I called WHILE I WAS IN LABOR to make sure our Zoey could be dropped off by my mom, and they went above and beyond to make sure the call was short and everything was taken care of! We even picked her up and her bag said “big sister”. It is so great having the stability of Creekside knowing our dogs will be taken care of! Creekside has become family to us and we are so grateful for their staff!

We always take Carrie to Creekside for boarding and now grooming! They have a friendly staff and I'm obsessed with their online booking. It's so easy to schedule for Carrie to "go to the doggie spa" for the weekend a few days before if we're taking a last minute trip. And they're so great with her. Carrie is 13yo now and they're very patient with her. Sometimes she's a little skittish near bigger dogs or just nervous not being at home and the staff at Creekside have always been mindful to keep her as calm as possible during her stay so she's rested and happy when we pick her up. We just had Carrie groomed again and I'm always impressed with how cute and soft she is when we pick her up! They gave her exactly the cut I asked for - and the price is EXCELLENT. So thankful for Creekside and their awesome staff - Carrie can't wait to come visit the "spa" again!

This is by far the best place to take your pets! They are all so friendly and take such good care of our girl! We know that because every time we take out her carrier, she runs inside and gets super excited ❤️highly recommend this place! Megan is amazing!

I’ve been taking my dog here for a little over a year and my dog loves it. Comes home every night and passes out because he’s so worn out from playing all day. They also have amazing customer service from the front desk to everyone I’ve encountered.

I called yesterday to get price for all three dogs don’t know the name of the person who answered the phone she gave me the price and I was speaking to myself saying wow that’s steep she proceeded to tell me if it’s to much perhaps I should go somewhere else but with attitude and she also said you will see this is the normal price everywhere also with attitude. Well I kept calling around and got a more responsible price and the customer service was better whoever owns the place needs to get more friendly people because you lost business, and looking at the review below me I dodged a bullet.

We love Creekside Pet Hotel and couldn't imagine a better place to leave our baby while we are away from home. Our dog Maple loves going on 'vacation' and seeing her puppy friends for play time. The staff have always been so sweet to her and treat her with so much love and care. We also love that they will groom her and have her fresh and clean to come home. Thank you Creekside for all that you do!

Took my 2 babies for the first time today. I have a Schnauzer and a shih tzu and they came home looking fabulous and smelling so fresh and clean!! Location was terrifc and staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back!!!

I’ve been going to Shari and Marie’s Heavenly Puppy Spa for years and have referred many friends to being their fur babies to the facility! Their customer service is unmatched and my fur baby seems to feel as if this is her second home. In fact, my baby was socialized at Shari and does so much better with people now! From grooming to boarding, I just can’t say enough about these people! I mean, these fur babies have their very own luxury hotel with upscale spa services at this place! If you want a spot where your fur baby can feel they are home away from home, please give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Best groom and boarding I have found yet, the owner is very sweet and best at her business. Best rates around. I Love the amount of love shown to fur babies by owner and staff. They actually care about your babies. Take time with them to love them and care for them, treats every fur baby as if they are part of their family. I am so pleased with Shari! We boarded our puppy before Thanksgiving for the first time. As usual, we were scared and afraid to leave our puppy special, something we had never done before, but Shari took amazing care, and we will definitely bring our beloved Buzz back!

This place is great! We've had to board our dog a couple times since moving to Dallas, and he loves it! He always comes home smelling great too which is a big plus. I'm used to a very stinky dog in need of a bath after boarding, but they've got that covered!

Shari is a very caring groomer. She did wonders with my Husky. He is 3 years old and has never been bathed or professionally groomed. Shari made sure to befriend him prior to starting work on him. By the end of the session, he was giving her kisses and allowed her to trim around his pads. She is VERY reasonable with her prices and prides herself in giving that personal touch. Hi everyone! I recently boarded my baby for the weekend (Shari and Marie’s Heavenly Puppy and Cat Resort in Acworth,GA). He was returned to me without his belongings (food, dog trays, leash, and collar). I notified the owner and she said I can pick the items up the next day. But then she said that I couldn’t pick the items up that day and I had to wait another day. When I bathed him I noticed that his ribs were showing more and scratches in both ears. He had very unusual liquid bowel movement (loose and dark brown). When we got home he ate so much and fast like he hadn’t eaten in a while 😩😩 what would you do in this situation? Also I still do not have my dogs stuff. I attached a before (him sitting) and after picture (you most likely can’t see the difference in the pictures) . Also his BM and ear. 😩😩😩

They used to be in Acworth right off Cobb parkway, and were super convenient to my house. I had taken our cat there to get her claws trimmed and some knots in her fur clipped out. Their price was very reasonable, and they did a great job. Our cat is a bit high-strung, and the last time I took her to the vet to do the same thing, the vet wanted to sedate her first. Since she is getting up in years, I was not too happy with that. This business moved away from Acworth and into Dallas. While it is a bit of a trek over there, it is worth it. I have every confidence in Shari and Marie's Heavenly Puppy and Cat Resort, and I recommend them if you are looking to get your pet groomed!

Richard and Courtney took great care of my diabetic 15 year old dog while I was away for 2 weeks. They gave me daily updates with pictures and videos and expressed concern when she was not acting herself. I received a call with a major concern and an appointment was arranged with the vet to ensure my dog's health was properly taken care of. She requires injections and oral medication so they able to administer her meds. She even got a bath during her stay. Before my dog's boarding, I did a walkthrough, saw where Ivy will be (in a wide pin isolated from the bigger/younger dogs). Afterwards, I had a peace of mind knowing my little old lady would be in good hands. I highly recommend this pet sitter! Thanks for taking care of my fur baby!

This was my first time using the services of The Village Pets after they were highly recommended to me and I couldn't have been more pleased with their care! Taesia did a wonderful job of keeping us informed of our dog's well being throughout our time away and did not hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns. It was clear she truly cared about our dog and wanted to make her feel as happy and comfortable as possible! I did not feel any anxiety or worry throughout our trip thanks to Taesia and The Village Pets and I really appreciate that so much.

I have been using this service for 3-4 years now. I would give this establishment 10/10. My Fur babies are very excited each time we get there. The owners treat my Animals as if their own. The best … my pets sleep for days because the endless hours of play.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Richard and Village Pets. My cat is diabetic and needs insulin shots twice a day after food. It's extremely hard to travel and find help knowing that I would have to rely on someone to feed him at 6:45am/pm, and insulin shot at 7am/pm. Village Pets allows me to travel again. I have used their services twice now and never have an issue. I receive daily updates with photos. I HIGHLY recommend using them!

I used Village Pets Pet Sitting for the first time this past week, and I was so happy with the care and attention my dog and cat received from Richard. Richard was 100% reliable throughout my 8-day trip. I received pictures, video, and communication each time he visited. My dog is a fairly nervous rescue dog, and it only took about 10 minutes for her to warm up to Richard during the meet and greet. It was obvious how well he understands and connects with animals. I will definitely use Village Pets again!

Outstanding Pet Sitting! I have a household of 3 cats and 1 big dog. I got a detailed report of each visit with photos and descriptions of my dogs walking habits. My pets were happy and comfortable in my home while I was away. This lowered my stress level and theirs. I recommend The Village Pets highly!!!

My dog Rollo loves this place. He's a 10 year old Yorkipoo that doesn't know he's a dog so he sometimes feels anti-social. This place took the time to make him feel comfortable and now he's attending the cute face pool parties they have! 😂 Other daycares will send your pup home super stinky while this one actually takes the time to wipe them down and return them to you stinky free.😃 The staff is phenomenal and I just can't sing the Best Little Dog House praises enough. God bless this place! 🙌🏼🐶

Upon pickup, I was told that my dogs had to be separated because they got into a fight over food. This was extremely upsetting, as my instructions explicitly stated to feed them separately. If my instructions had been followed, this event would not have happened. No one bothered to call and tell me this happened either, so I had no idea until I picked them up and was therefore not given the opportunity to tell the staff to check their directions. As a result, my dogs had to endure additional stress by being separated and I was charged an additional fee for separate boarding. All because they didn't bother to follow the directions that I personally entered online as they requested. Also, when I let them know at checkout that my instructions stated to feed separately, the girl checking me out started to backtrack on what she had told me about the incident, which made me even more uneasy. I am still giving 2 stars instead of one because my dogs don't seem too overly stressed, but we will not be leaving our dogs there again.

My dog loves this place. When she gets home she is calm and relaxed. All her energy is expended at BLDH and their wonderful staff.

These guys are rated the best for a reason. Amazing facility, amazing staff! We have two corgis and they absolutely adore the people and the building. Last time they were there they had a doggy pool party and both them came back so happy, cleaned off and tuckered out from the great time they had. You can tell that the staff really cares about your dog's well being and care. They always follow our feeding and treating instructions as well. Can't recommend them enough! If I could give them six stars, I would!

I want to first thank all of the staff at BLDH for taking care of my senior (almost 14 y.o.) dog Shiloh. Despite her being fairly thirsty for a day or so and sleeping pretty hard for 2 days, I’m giving 5 stars. I travel a lot (domestic & international) and for Shiloh’s first stay, I was pretty nervous so I had a friend check in on her daily. To return and know that she was doing well daily, that she was a sweetheart of a dog per the staff and no problem at all was so refreshing. One of the best parts is that when I picked her up she didn’t smell like a boarding facility!! The facility is clean, very organized and each staff member I interacted with was pleasant, especially Constance & Tiara (sp). We’ve found our daycare & boarding home here in GA! Thanks again and we will see you soon!!

Robin and everyone that works at BLDH are just wonderful!!! My dogs- Biggie and Suge LOVE this place. We board them here often and they cant get enough. When we pick them up they usually sleep for at least two days! I recommend them to everyone I can. We actually live about 40 minutes from BLDH and travel out of our way because we love this place. We have been coming here for years now.... even before we had our two dogs we have now. We had other pups who loved this place just as much, but have since passed away. You and your pet will love it too!!!

Took our dog there for the first time today and she had a great time during daycare. We are going out of town next week and now feel super comfortable that she will be well taken care of. Robin has been great at communicating and answering our questions.

My husband and I are first time dog parents, and we were looking for somewhere to board our 7 month old puppy. Being a novice, I was surprised to find a lot of places don't have anyone onsite overnight. We did a trial run at one spot, just to see how our dog would do. Although he'd been there a few times for daycare, I didn't feel comfortable with the overnight boarding experience. The place has cameras where you can watch your dog at play, but I couldn't get any info on how he did overnight, whether or not he ate, etc. The disconnect between the staff and the dogs made me uncomfortable. So after tons of Google searches, Yelp searches, and calling places, I decided to try BLDH. I was happy to be able to walk through the place. It's not super fancy, but appeared clean, the dogs appeared well cared for, and the team member made me feel super comfortable that day. So, we first tried out daycare, which our dog seemed to love. Then we left him for the weekend. Although BLDH doesn't have puppy cams, I LOVE that they post tons of pics on FB each afternoon, like clockwork, of the dogs. Dogs are separated by groups, and I felt good seeing that my puppy looked like he was playing a lot and having a lot of fun with dogs of similar size and temperament. When we picked up our dog from the weekend, I was so happy to hear how they loved on him and seemed to genuinely enjoy him over the weekend. We got all his belongings back (including the extra food we'd packed just in case we were delayed for some reason) and an update on how he did over the weekend. The team member even gave me a heads up about a scratch he got while out playing and how they treated it. While we were away, I was also able to email or FB message and get a very timely response to any questions I had. Overall the whole team, from the owner on down, just seem to authentically want to make you feel confident in their ability to care for your pup while you're away, and that made me feel so much better. Plus their rates are reasonable and the location is super convenient to jumping on and off of I285. I'm very thankful to have found this spot. We'll definitely be back for daycare and boarding.
