We have trusted our family with Jodi and The Pet Sitting Company since 2015. On the first meet and greet, Jodi knew the personality of my dogs within 5 minutes. The business uses a handy app that shares photos and videos we can see and the sitter adds comments. Very handy while traveling. They know my dogs are social and active and Jodi will bring other dogs out to run and play with them and keep them busy. Our three dogs are our besties and we would only entrust them to caregivers we trust.

My husband and I have recently changed jobs which require more travel/in office. The Pet Sitting Company have been fantastic at coming and taking care of our dog (baby), Biscuit. I love the app and all the pics, they are communicative and very reliable

The Pet Sitting Company is who we have relied on for the last 4 years with our Mini-Schnauzers, Aikman and Ripley. They always send AMAZING photos and update us on accidents in the house. They even bring in packages that are sitting on our front porch! Their app is easy to use and they are very responsive and the menu of options is fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The Pet Sitting Company is the best! My dog is a little nervous around new people, but she quickly took to her two dog walkers. Every day I get an update on how her walk went with photo evidence of my dog meeting cows, walking around lakes, or looking thoughtfully into the distance in the middle of a field of flowers. The Pet Sitting Company cares for my dog as well as I do and makes sure the visit is tailored to the needs of the dog.

My 40 year old parrot has never needed a pet sitter, as I have always lived near friends and family, but I recently moved to this area and don't know anybody. So when I suddenly needed a pet sitter, I was very very anxious! Parrots are not easy animals, and Gandolf is especially ornery. Lisa Hubble to the rescue! I immediately liked Lisa when I met her, and could tell she's had a lot of experience with animals. She texted me to let me know all was well when she was taking care of Gandolf, and sent me a video of him enjoying a snack. She went above my expectations by cleaning one of his food containers and had great attention to detail. Will definitely book again!

Angel Pet Sitters really lived up to their name! Our sitter, Vanessa, was amazing -- wonderful with our kitties. She took excellent care of them, spent time with them, and even made sure everything was tidied up in our home for our return. Lisa does a great job taking care of our kitties! They are old and grumpy and one of them needs several medications, but we never have to worry when we travel. Lisa always makes sure they get everything they need.

Highly recommend! My family and I have 3 cats, and we went on vacation for 10 days. We've never left the cats at home before, so I was very nervous and stressed about this. We hired this company and were assigned to Erika Reed, who came twice a day every day while we were gone to care for our kitties. She sent photos during every visit and took great care of them - all anxiety I had was gone because of her great communication and updates. Also, one of our cats was sick with an upper respiratory infection and required a 3-step medication process every day until we returned which, with cats, is no fun. Erika was on TOP of it and when we came home, our kitty was totally recovered!!! Also, the cats weren't standoffish at all (how cats can get if left alone too long) .. it was like we never left. Nika loves coming to Bark Avenue! They answered my million and one questions kindly & I love getting my daily pup dates of playtime. One of many optional add-one to help personalize the experience. She gets excited as we get closer to the facility, and once we check her in, she’s ready to head back without even a look over her shoulder. I love that we have found somewhere she’s excited to go stay a few days when my husband and I travel!

We board our dog here at least once a year when we go on vacation. Staff is great and answers any questions that we have. Before our first boarding with them they allowed us to see the facility and ran through all the information we would need to know. My dog enjoys getting his daily nature walks which is a huge bonus. I really enjoy using them and will continue to do so!

We have used Bark Avenue for both boarding and daycare for two dogs. Having never sent dogs to daycare before we really didn't know what to expect but what a happy experience for both of them. As soon as we turn up the driveway, the whole atmosphere in the car changes as excitement grows. And at the end of the day tired and happy. I will never use another company to board my dog. They were so good with her, despite being reactive. They were always so happy to answer any questions and have an amazing staff. There are so many amenities to choose from and everything is so well priced. Highly recommend!! I attached a few of the picture updates they sent us throughout the week so you can get an idea of how that is!

They're the best here. Their services and the place overall exceed all my expectations. They truly care about our "babies" here. They even have a little park for them to play. Also their prices are the lowest out of all other places I've taken my dog. They're very passionate about their job.

My dog’s first day at Dog Party went great! I was nervous since she has bad separation anxiety, but the facility did a wonderful job making her feel welcomed and safe! They called half way through the day to give an update on how she was doing which made all my worries about her anxiety go away! Honey Lemon seemed to have a blast with all the other dogs! We plan to continue taking her to Dog Party!

Dog Party USA is the only boarding facility I trust with my Great Dane. They are very tentative, caring wonderful people. My Brody is always happy to go there. I was very impressed with my first visit. I wanted to get my dog to be social with other dogs. He is very comfortable with people. They explained everything and I came back to get him. He will need to have more time around dogs. I will be grateful to get him where he can see that he can have more than one friend.

The staff is very compassionate. They were so nice to our dog and made sure that she was comfortable. The owner took time to personally ensure that everything went well on our dogs first day.

Our 18 pound terrier had a wonderful time, including lunch, a nail trim, and hours of energetic fun with dogs and staff. Back at home, she slept happily for the rest of the day. The staff is also energetic, courteous, and capable in seeing after Stella and all of the other guests at the dog party. The plan and program for this service is very nicely thought out and executed. The only thing that could improve it would be a 30 minute Zen experience for the dog, with a slow full body massage, under scents of steaming beef tenderloin, accompanied by quiet, slow piano music.

Chaddie and the whole DogPartyUSA team did a great job taking extra care with my very anxious Great Dane puppy. They used pheromones to help settle her upon our arrival and they took several extra steps to gain her trust and give her confidence at her speed. They offered us good feed back and directions for making her daycare and boarding needs successful.

My Rooster boy absolutely loves going to daycare. The staff truly treats him as their own and he's always so excited to attend. Definitely will be using for overnight stays as well when needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a true 5 star experience

My dog seemed so happy to have a play date with other dogs while we were out of town. They even sent us pictures of him interacting and playing with others. Will be my go to if we need to go out of town / over night stays again.

K9 Resorts is amazing.the staff is wonderful and they do an awesome job. I was a little nervous at first but the staff ease my nerves with updates and pictures.Nola loves going and is so tired at the end of the day. That we don't do our normal 2 miles walk and just do 1. We’re so happy that Libbie (French Bulldog) loves going to K9 Resorts for daycare. We were a little stressed out that she wouldn’t pass the personality assessment due to her being in a daycare with 4 to 6 other dogs, no large groups. But Ray and the team introduced her slowly to the large group to help her adapt and make friends. While we appreciate the daycare hours, and availability on weekends, we really appreciate the staff and their friendliness.

What a great and professional group. Aspen had a great time at day care and boarding. This team handled everything! We did get Aspen his own private room since it was his first over night stay. Next time will probably just to the kennel since he is used to sleeping in his crate. They gave him a bath and he was ready to go when we picked him up. Be prepared for them to get caught up on their sleep after you pick them up! He had just to much fun!!

We had the best experience at K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel in Rogers. From the first interaction with the staff to pick up from boarding, the staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent, which is very important to us. We received a phone call on the first day to let us know how our dog was doing, received daily report cards, and received a Thank-You post card in the mail. Their facility is clean and organized and they clearly have great processes in place. We will definitely use K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel for boarding again!

My husband and I have used New Hope Boarding and Grooming for over 16 years. Our Golden Retriever LOVED (deceased) and now our Standard Golden Doodle LOVES to go to Doggy Daycare. There is no doubt our dogs approved of their time - they are happy to go and happy to come home. The staff at New Hope Boarding & Grooming are like our extended family! I highly recommend them. They love dogs❣️ We also have our Golden Doodle groomed there every 5 weeks. When you are specific about what you want or share a picture, they are very good to give the desired cut.

New review *** Took my dog a 34lb golden doodle here to get groomed and was very disappointed in the entire experience. Used to speak highly of this place. They consider my 34lb dog a "Large dog" which is 75 bucks to get groomed. When you Google definition of large dog it says 50lb+. I had to wait 2 months for my grooming date due to them being busy. I was told my dog was matted "really bad" which is definitely not the case. I would say she had super small Mats on her belly which could be brushed out. 4 or 5 tops. The size of a pinky nail. I could have cut them out if I knew they would charge me for it. We brush her almost daily at home. Ended up being 104 dollars out the door and all they did was shave all the hair off my dog down to her scalp! There isn't even any hair left on her! I could have done that myself. Lol. What did I even pay for? I should change careers and become a dog groomer if I can charge 100 bucks to scalp a dog. My father has been a customer there for 25 years and after he and I talked we have the same issues. Not sure what has changed in their processes but I can find someone else for way cheaper to shave my doodle bald or do it myself. Because honestly, if you are shaving an entire dog same length it seems pretty easy. Before and after photos of my dog. Photo with hair was about 4 days ago. No mats. She's 2 years old and they made her look like an ugly old lady. Old review before todays experience*** brought my dog Xena here to get her first hair cut. they took such good care of her and it came out amazing! everyone I have dealt with there is super friendly. I am going to be a customer for life here. They even called a couple days later to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. Great job everyone.

Wow! This place knows how to give our Coco a beautiful groom and bath. I've given Coco her bath before but New Hope Boarding & Grooming takes it to another level. Our Coco hair is so fluffy and gorgeous. This is her second visit and we're blown away from the service they give. I'm glad to hear they treated her well and family. When we told them she hasn't been spayed yet they made sure she was kept under watch with other dogs. We highly recommend this place.

Our puppy had his first week-long stay at "puppy camp" last week, and we can't say enough kind things about the New Hope Boarding staff. He tends to be pretty anxious with new environments, but the staff was beyond patient with him. They even introduced him to doggie daycare so he could make some new friends! They said he was a very good boy and warmed up eventually, which means the world to us. He is very excited to come back to doggie daycare again soon! A huge thank you to all the NH staff for taking care of our little guy.

The staff at New Hope were very kind to us and our boys. They asked a lot of questions to make sure they got it right and made sure to take care with our pup’s physical disability. Hair cuts were great, as expected, and timely. We will be back!

We were in town visiting and decided to give Hounds Hideaway a try so our pup could have some fun! The facility was nice and everyone was super friendly, our boy came home exhausted and happy 🙂 they have a FB group where they post pictures and even did a mid-day check in to let me know how he was doing. To say my dog flies out of the car when we pull up would be an understatement!!! The humans working here treat my dog as if she were their own. I love this place, my dog loves this place, and I cannot recommend taking your dog here enough! I take my dog here for both daycare and boarding. They also have picture days which to me are an added benefit. Enjoy this place does not disappoint.

I absolutely LOVE sending my pup here for daycare and boarding. I love that when she is boarded that she is only for a kennel at night while she’s sleeping and she gets to run wild with her friends at daycare during the day. The pictures posted multiple times a day also help with my crazy dog mom anxiety 😂 I seriously can’t say a ouch good things about Hounds Hideaway!! The last time she stayed I did a bed time story and as you can see, she loved every minute of it!

Sarah came over for a meet and greet. She never voiced any concern. We have 3 small dogs. One of the little Chihuahuas, a male, is an alpha male and protects me. Yes he barked and growled the entire time. Yes I had to hold him the whole time and yes he did lunge at Sarah while she sat on the couch. I did let her know he is missing half his teeth and he is only 10lbs. Rather than discuss her concerns with me at that time, and I could have advised her he has never bitten anyone, and is a different dog when I am not there. Instead Sarah stated she wanted to come back with her other sitter so that the dogs can see her again and the other sitter can meet us all. A few days later, I get a text stating that due to my aggressive dog she will not sit for us. She is scared my small dog might bite her. I find it very unprofessional and weak that she didn't have the courage to voice he concern or just say she was not interested to my face. That is the whole point of the meet and greet. If she is scared of a 10 lb Chihuahua missing most of his teeth, I wonder how she acts with other dogs?

Working with Arkanpaws has been like having family nearby.My husband and I moved to the area about two years ago. Given we were new to the area, when we got our new puppy Neala we didn't know where to turn. We were planning on using their dog walking services for only a few months until she was old enough for day care, but we have loved Arkanpaws so much that we have kept up with weekly walks. They treat our dog with such love and compassion. They write detailed notes after each visit. Most times they even take in our mail. I have absolutely loved the care and attention that they give our dog. I always feel so comfortable knowing she is good hands. I have recommended them to a few people who have had similar positive experiences.

ArkanPaws is awesome! We have used Gay for years and I would highly recommend her. She provides wonderful care for our dogs and is always there when we need her. We have had senior dogs that require special attention and she always goes above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable. I don't know what we would do without her.

We absolutely love Arkanpaws! Gay treated our elderly Boston Terrier Kennedy like she was part of her family. We will not let any other company take care of our pets but Arkanpaws. Kennedy would be showered with love, treats, walks, and lots of play. We never had to worry about our pet when we were out of state for a vacation. There were detailed reports about what she did at each visit. So much better than any other petsitter we ever had in any location! Highly recommend!!

Gay and her team at ArkanPaws provided excellent care for our two dogs, Barnie and Baylie, for over five years while we lived in Arkansas. We tried other places and let me save you the work - Gay is HANDS DOWN the best at what she does in the NWA area! We travel extensively and think of our dogs as our children. Never once did we regret having Gay watch our pups. Gay treated them as well as we treat them, if not better! It was always so nice to come home from our travels knowing that our pups were in such good hands! You won't regret trusting the ArkanPaws team with your pet!

Gay is probably the best service provider we've used. Arkanpaws is a fantastic business because of her and her team. We have used her for over 2 years and have never had a problem. She cares for our 2 dogs while we travel and even checks with us to make sure our flights have made it home. Each visit has a handwritten note that makes you smile It is quite telling that everyone gushes over how great she is who has been a client. Arkanpaws is without doubt one of the finest business we've encountered in our 8 years here in NWA. Anyone who writes otherwise is wholly ignorant of her business and her care.

I have used Arkanpaws for 4 years. Gay is very trustworthy and kind. I travel a great deal and am gone weeks at a time. Gay gives me peace of mind knowing that my 3 dogs and 3 cats are very well taken care of. I am so very grateful to have Gay and Arkanpaws in my life❤️

We send our 5 month old GSD puppy here and he loves it. He always gets so excited to see the staff and they are very loving and caring people. I don't normally trust people in general but I trust dogs and these folks!

I used their cat boarding service. My cat was healthy when she was taken in. When I received her a month later, she had developed feline jaundice (a condition that does not develop overnight) and had to be put down the next day. When asked for a refund, they refused, stating they did the best they could when they clearly didn't. Steer clear of this place if you care for your pets.

Bronco loves coming here! Cameron and the crew do a great job. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I feel very secure having my dog stay there during the days and boarding overnight too.

You can look at my profile and see that I don’t usually give bad reviews, but I have to give an honest opinion of my experience in hopes that their customer service will improve for other customers in the future. I’m not from the area, but my dogs attend daycare regularly back home so I’m used to this process. The first day (Thursday) I checked in was for assessment for two days of daycare. I had all of their vaccination and medical paperwork with me but no registration forms as I thought these would be completed when I arrived. I was told that they were busy and I would have to go to a computer to print the forms. I didn’t have access to a computer and asked if they could be printed and she printed the forms and I signed them but only after asking. We then talked about food and she told me it was ok to bring food the next day and it wouldn’t be an issue. Friday I checked them in with a different lady other than the one who helped us one day prior. I handed her the dog food and she asked “What is this for?” I told her it was their food. She then asked me if they had eaten and told me they only feed puppies. I told her they had eaten early that morning and explained to her that both of my dogs are still puppies, and had to tell her their birthdates just for her to take the food. I completely understand rules and regulations. However, it would’ve been nice if all the staff were on the same page when it comes to policies as well as a little more polite and friendly. It also would’ve been nice to tour the facility, but it seems as if no one has time or it’s just not something they do here. A positive is that they seem to be very nice to dogs. It served its purpose for two days but to be honest if I was a resident here, I wouldn’t send my dogs back.

Excellent service and wonderful staff! Everyone is friendly and accomodating. Most importantly, my dogs come home super happy and exhausted. I use DogWatch for both boarding and daycare. Additionally, the online reservation tool is fantastic. I will not take my pets anywhere else :-). Keep up the fantastic work, DogWatch!

Our dog absolutely loves it here. He loves the people so much he whines with excitement every time we pull into the parking lot, jumps out of the car , runs to the door tail wagging. Highly recommend. The staff are fantastic.

We have been to other day areas in the area and Bella cried all day and sat in the corner. I brought her here and she loves it she plays all day and cant wait to go back!! The staff is loving and call her by name!! Thank you so much for a safe loving place to leave her. She also had issues eating and they helped us find a good nutritious meal and now she eats!! Thank you so much!!

We love dogwatch! I brought River here when he was just puppy! He started out as such a shy puppy but the workers at dogwatch did an amazing job in helping with this! He has now been going over a year and he loves to go and gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. We are always welcomed when we enter the door and River gets so excited to see the employees there. This place is amazing!

JC is my cat. He stayed for 8 days while I was on a vacation. The care he received was great. They trimmed his nails and bathed him. JC was looking good when I picked him up. The cost was very reasonable. The employees seem to care a lot about the pets left in their care. This will be my go to place for pet products, vet care and boarding.

My dogs love the folks at Mary’s more than they love me. What else do you need to know? When we drop them off, they don’t look back, no glances of reassurance needed. They just run to one of the many kind humans with whom they cheat on me three days a week. It hurts my heart knowing how much they don’t miss me during the day. But the joy I feel when I reluctantly drag their butts home, knowing they’ve had a full day with their friends lets me rest easy at night. The humans at Mary’s are seriously the best. They all love animals and treat them like members of their own families. You couldn’t find a better place to take your fur baby.

Lambeau loves going to Mary's Menagerie. He knows when we are almost there and gets excited the closer we get. The staff at Mary's have always been friendly and caring and very nice to deal with. One thing I like about Mary's is how clean and orderly the facility is.

We love taking our black lab to Mary’s! He always looks forward to going. We’ve tried a few different dog boarding places and this one is our favorite. Highly recommend!

Marys is the best of any place we’ve ever taken our dogs! Their care meets the dogs “where they are”, so it’s easy to bring our quirky dogs there. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Recommend them all the time, easily, to anyone!!

Our Daisy girl loves going to Mary’s Menagerie! I love that prior to having her stay with them, they matched her with other dogs that had a similar personality as her, and with the right size dogs that she was comfortable with! She is always so excited to go see all her friends (human & canine) & they make it so easy to make a reservation! I also love that they do such a great job posting photos frequently on Facebook so I can see her sweet face while we are away from her! We have nothing but praise for Mary’s Menagerie!

We are just thrilled to have found a warm and friendly place at Mary’s Managerie for our Leo! He is a senior dog and has adjusted well to the lifestyle at Mary’s. Whenever we pull in to the parking lot he immediately recognizes the building and can hardly wait to get inside with the other dogs! The care and concern shown for him by the staff has been one of the main reasons for his (and our) enthusiasm! We wholeheartedly recommend Mary’s Managerie for your fur babies!!!

Our little guy Oscar likes the people at Mary’s Menagerie! They are gentle and caring with him. Oscar loves to play with the people and other dogs his size. We leave Oscar there for daycare and overnight. I don’t worry about him while he is there. Kaylee, Debra, Lorna, and the rest of the staff are always helpful.

After moving to NWA from Arizona, we tried several doggy daycare places, but we were disappointed in all of them until we found Mary's. Mary’s is terrific! Very friendly staff, and a great facility. Highly recommend!

Mary's Menagerie is very kind and loving to my dogs. My dogs are happy staying there, and treated as if they were their own dogs. They play with my dogs, love on them, and are always in the building, so they are never alone. I highly recommend Mary's, and I will never go anywhere else!

I love camp bow wow and they take care of my puppies like nobody's business, the only negative would be the fact that I had my two dogs groomed and it was almost $300, $10 shy.... Daycare and boarding 100%, having your dogs groomed there, way too expensive.

I love camp bow wow! The staff is super friendly, they have a ton of enrichment options for your dog as well as full grooming services. They are a little on the pricey side but the care they give your furry friend is worth it.

Camp Bow Bow for Peaches & Twinkle! We board our dogs when travel requires us to be away overnight. Having the option of sharing a room helps keep our fur babies together and comfortable, especially since both my dogs are a bit on the anxious spectrum. One (Peaches) is an introvert and hesitant around dogs and humans, while the other (Twinkle) is a human-attention hog. I appreciate how the staff at Camp Bow Wow gets to know each pet and their personalities, likes, dislikes, etc. They are strict with vaccinations - which is a GREAT thing! I recall reading a review complaining about it. Last year, the canine flu epidemic resulted in pneumonia in one of my dogs and a $2k+ vet bill. So, yes I am thrilled CBB is so diligent about shots! It keeps ALL pets safe and healthy. Brandy the manager is a gem. She genuinely loves all the dogs who camp there. Dog lovers know that our babies can tell us if they don't like a place or person by their behavior. Peaches & Twinkle are as happy to walk into Camp Bow Wow as they are to come home! Great sign when our pups are excited about a particular environment. Having live streaming access, as well as calls from the staff just to keep us informed are all very reassuring practices standard to CBB. The staff are trained to be as helpful and as accommodating as possible. During one overnight trip for sport competition, we realized we would not be finished nor make the 3 hour drive back in time to pick up the fur-babies. I called as I was frantic. CBB worked with us - told us to concentrate on winning and driving back safely, because Peaches & Twinkle were in good hands. Recently we used them for daycare as we were having a garage sale. They came back both days exhausted from the Cinco de Mayo celebration! I have to frame the pics! No place is perfect, and there have been a few OOPS! But what makes this place 5 stars is how they handle mistakes. With compassion and with reason. I highly recommend!

We used them for an afternoon of daycare services. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that were genuinely happy to meet our companions, Fiona and Seamus. I was impressed with the interview process with both dogs taken back to be analyzed for personality type and how to best deal with each pet. Facilities were clean and well organized. Checking in and out was efficient and easy. When we're in NW Arkansas, we'll be back.

Gibby attended day camp for 2 days while we visited Bentonville. I wanted him to have some play time while we biked and explored the area. The staff were all great with him, welcoming him each day and we could check on him through the web cams. We had an amazing experience and will be back when we return later this year!

Camp Bow Wow is wonderful! I love that they have cameras and we can spy on our little monsters while they are playing with their friends. Staff is always friendly.

We love Camp Bow Wow in Bentonville! It is our go to spot for doggie daycare while we hit the mountain bike trails. The staff is so kind and gives us updates on our pups and all of the friends they made. There is always something fun happening - like an Egg Hunt for Easter! Our dogs always leave tired and happy.

The team at Camp Bow Wow Bentonville are special humans! They take such great care of Krewe and Fuego on our frequent travels. It is the only place that Krewe feels comfortable going to for care; he is a very anxious old man. I appreciate the team there more than they will ever know!!
