Dana and daughter Jazzy are the most compassionate and loving people. They took care of our two beloved Bassets for a week while we went out of state. It gave me peace of mind to know that our two babies were in the best hands. I can’t say enough positive things about Rachel. Prior to meeting Rachel, I was never comfortable with the idea of a stranger taking care of our dogs, let alone stay in our house. I started with a meet and greet and could immediately feel their love and care. Our dogs loved them so that sealed the deal. Before I met Rachel I used to fly my friends in from the east coast to watch my pup Alaska!!! Rachel is the first sitter I trusted enough to leave my giant Newfoundland ( the sweetest neediest angel) with overnight that was not a close friend or family( in the beginning). The care and love that Rachel has shown my dog Alaska actually brings me to tears, she’s recently gone blind and they were comfortable doing her eye drops last minute without me training them beforehand. Alaska has actually tried to follow Rachel when they leave, she knows good people and Rachel is so good to us.

She went above and beyond to take the best care of them and sent lots of pictures every day with an update that gave us the peace of mind to enjoy our trip without worrying about them. Bark City Sitting has been a lifesaver. When the 405 or California traffic has you stuck, you can book a walk for your fur baby online. Also on the park visits they send you photos of you pet. My dog always comes home and sleeps after all his fun.

Maddie’s service is fantastic and she took great care of my grumpy cat while I was out of town. He usually takes a long time to get used to new people but came right up to Maddie from the beginning. She keeps you updated and sent me a number of cute photos of my usually camera shy furball.

Cannot speak more highly of Maddie. She took care of both my dogs and cats while on vacation. She always kept us updated and sent photos as well. I felt very confident having Maddie take care of everything. And will definitely be calling on her again.

Maddie and her staff have been our dedicated pet sitters/dog walkers for the last year or so and our family is beyond grateful to have found them. Our dog is a 2 y/o border collie and requires enrichment and sufficient exercise daily to keep any behavior issues at bay. We can count on Maddie to help us on days when we’re too busy to keep up with our pup’s needs. Maddie has taken our pup out to different parks, extensive walks and towed her along for a few hours for active day care. The socialization has helped my dog become more confident and friendly with others. In addition to our bc, we also own a 9 y/o tuxedo car that Maddie has dropped in on while we’ve been away. I wouldn’t describe my cat as very friendly with strangers but there must be something to Maddie that draws in trust because our kitty took to her immediately. Her services are tailored to your needs - whether it’s a 15 minute potty walk or a play session for your fur babies, she’s there to help. After each session with my pets, I can expect a text confirmation that services have been rendered and usually a picture or two of her visit. This literally means the world to me because it shows me just how much my pets really do love her company. I trust Maddie and staff with the my pets and can’t imagine life without her now.

Madison is a great pet sitter. My cat Tuxi loves having her come and check up on him when I need someone to watch him. I have used her pet sitter services when I have gone overseas on vacation several times. She keeps me updated on how Tuxi is doing, keeping him fed and watered and sends me pictures to show how content he is. She will give references so you can check with her other clients she watches for. I feel comfortable with her in my house and highly recommend Madison as a pet sitter.
