I left my dog for 10 days with Henney and i can’t thank him enough for everything that he did for Tyrion. My dog is one year old and i didn’ t leave him with no one before. Henney managed him so well and he kept me posted too. I was pleased to see that my dog is more responsive when i give him a command and i will definitely use Henney’s service again in the future.

Our 2 girls have had the best week staying with Henney. It's the first time we've left them but didn't need to worry. I had regular updates, photos and videos showing how much fun they were having. Cannot rate Hennessey highly enough. We left our dog for 3 nights. We received daily updates, pictures and videos so that we knew everything was going well and that he had settled down well. I personally really appreciated this as it had been some time since we last put him in boarding. Before, during and after our booking the communication was absolutely top notch. We will 100% be a returning customer. If you’re looking for somewhere that your dog will not only be safe , but also enjoy his/her boarding experience, then Hennessey is your man!

Hennessy looked after my French bulldog Pretzel for a week and a half. He was reassuring with providing daily updates and photos. He also provided the option for a daily video call too. This kept be at ease as I was out of the country. Found him last minute a referral from a friend and was very accommodating and helpful. Can’t wait to use him again in the future, I know Pretzel misses him for sure!

My big black labrador loves visiting Henney's Pet Care. He is able to play with other dogs in a supervised and safe space, gets home-from-home love and attention, and he is worn out from the excitement when we get him back.

I met Hannah after being recommended by a friend and am so glad a took the leap. I have struggled with my reactive Brittany since rescuing him and was unable to get to a point where we were both happy. Between starting training with Hannah in December 2023 to now, we have had such an improvement that I can now call him an ‘anywhere’ dog. We can take him camping, into pubs, shops, and even have him off lead in busy places. This is all down to Hannah and her expertise in dogs, dog body language and training not only the dog, but the owner. Hannah has always made us feel welcomed, listened too and understood during both her social walks and 1:1s. She has been able to give us multiple ways to work with Bramble and tailored them to work for us, and cheered us on along the way. Bramble recently stayed with Hannah for a week and not only did he learn a lot, he enjoyed it. I never thought I would be comfortable and confident enough to leave him in someone else’s care - but he will be definitely staying with Hannah again in the future. I highly recommend Hannahs Hounds to anyone that wants a supportive, knowledgeable and trustworthy dog trainer, who will support you along whatever journey you are on, and welcome you into her non judgmental community.

Highly recommend Hannah! I have a dog who has been wary of and reactive to people, as well as having issues with other dogs and Hannah has really helped us with overcoming these issues. Her social walks are great too and you will meet lots of other owners who understand how challenging it can be to have a difficult dog.

We've had a couple of Zoom sessions with Hannah and one in-person session so far, and each one has been really valuable. Hannah has explained everything really clearly and has helped our dog go from a pulling machine to a loose lead walker, among so many other things. She's on hand to answer any questions after sessions and is always so thorough in her responses, Hannah has really helped us develop as dog owners and we are so grateful! I have had the pleasure of being one of Hannah’s clients since November 2023. I was really struggling to handle some of my young collie’s challenging behaviours and was looking for someone who could give me practical advice and guidance I could understand and apply as an inexperienced owner. I’m really happy to say that Hannah has gone above and beyond for myself and Bear, making us feel welcome on her social walks despite his difficult behaviour, and always being open to tackling 1:1s with me when I felt like I was getting stuck as well as being available over WhatsApp when I was doubting myself. Hannah has taught me so much about handling and dog body language that I didn’t know I needed but so very glad I know now. She has given me the confidence to keep going through the hard times and most importantly reminding me to celebrate all the wins, no matter how small. Thank you Hannah for your continued support ☺️

We joined one of Hannah’s mantrailing sessions with our spaniel. Hannah explained the session really well, and then helped show us how to get the most out of each trail. It was a fantastic activity to meet our dog’s needs - he really enjoyed it. And it was run in a way to keep him and everyone safe where he can be reactive. I’d highly recommend Hannah.

We approached Hannah at the beginning of the year with some issues with our vizsla. Mostly reactivity with other male dogs. We had an initial consultation with Hannah where she simplified everything for us, highlighted the issues and set out a plan, which included some house reset rules to instill some boundaries and help our dog by having him look to us for leadership - which helped us with his reactivity. We also participated in social walks which also massively helped him to learn how to co exist around other dogs calmly without reacting. Can’t thank Hannah enough for her guidance and we would highly recommend her to any one struggling with their dog and helping owners to understand dog body language and their behaviour. Thank you!

I first saw Hannah in June 2024 for a behavioural assessment with my reactive dog. Hannahs support and guidance has been amazing coopers come on so well since. Cooper struggled with other dogs has some stranger danger and struggles with high energy dogs we’ve been given the tools and support to help me attended multiple different workshops. Coopers living a happier more fulfilling life able to coexist with other dogs thanks to Hannah! Highly recommended.

We’ve been working with Hannah for nearly a year now. Hannah’s super approachable and knowledgable. We’ve had a few 1-2-1 sessions as well as joining social walks a few times a month and they have been so useful! Our dogs have also boarded with Hannah and we know they are in safe hands. My Best Friend North Shropshire is a wonderful find! Karen’s home and garden are brilliantly adapted to make dogs feel comfortable and she is very practical, knowledgeable and caring.

I couldn’t wish to have found such a wonderful kind and caring dog loving lady. Amber never wants to leave Karen’s care and has so much fun. I know my dog is in safe, caring hands.

Karen provides an excellent service and my dog was very happy during his stay and came home relaxed and rested.

Left my cat there for four weeks. Staff was really friendly and professional. The place was clean and warm. After my holiday when I took back my pet, I could deffinetely say that he had a really good time. I strongly recommend the place!

Editing my previous review. We have used Red Oaks Farm on a few occasions now. When we drop Monty (our Dachshund Cross) off, he trots away with one of the team as happy as Larry and never looks back, which I think is always a good sign. He always comes back really cheerful and rarely smells too bad (we have used other kennels in the past where he comes back smelling truly awful). We've recently had a cat and he stayed here too - he came back just as fluffy and happy as we'd left him. I always used to struggle to get a call back after I'd left a message out of hours, but that hasn't been the case recently, my calls are always returned. The guys/girls have also managed to get me out a tight spot with a short notice booking too, which is a great help and very much appreciated. You will need to book WELL in advance though for peak holiday times.

Lovely friendly atmosphere, dogs look well looked after. First time leaving my dog here and would recommend to friends and family.

My cat Beau has been going for a while and I believe he enjoys it as always come back home and is happy with with me as opposed to in a mood. This stay especially, it's like he's had a break, his coat looks fantastic, like he's had a recharge of his batteries. They also fitted me in last minute which I really appreciated. Would recommend Red Oaks Cattery to anyone.

We’ve been using the cattery here for a couple of years now, and Red Oaks are always great. Our cat has had a few complex health problems which has meant other catteries couldn’t take him, but they take lovely care of him here. The pens are clean and warm, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our dogs have been going to the kennels here for years. They are lovely clean kennels, heated with indoor/outdoor space. Fabulous staff who really care about the dogs. Our dogs are happy to be left. Would definitely recommend.

First time using the cattery recently but really nice pens, lovely owners/staff and cat came out as happy as he ever gets. Will be using again!

Gus has stayed with Billy and Co around 5 or 6 times now. Billy is absolutely amazing with our large breed, over zealous bulldog, he is always greeted warmly and our dog clearly loves seeing Billy. He always comes home unscathed and settled. He's never lost weight during his kennel stays. He sometimes has the "kennel" smell but I think that goes with the territory! The kennels is very reasonably priced. So happy to have found a kennels we know and trust. Thanks everyone at Hatton! From Gus and family.

Do not take your pet here! My poor dog had to be put to sleep the day I collected him from this place!! My beloved pet came here for 11 nights when I came to pick him up I was told his back legs had gone and he had an abcess and injury because he had kept falling over , he was in a terrible state! I took him straight to the vet , it turned out that he had been starved with all bones on show was sevearly dehydrated and could no longer walk, he did not have any abcesses but they were several pressure wounds from lying on concrete they were oozing puss and blood and some where very deep I asked the vet if the one on his face had been caused from falling but they said no its deffinatly a pressure sore and told me he had been neglected badly and took photos of his injury, the vet recommended I sue and report the kennels and they would write a report to support us. he was too weak and tired to carry on !!! They neglected him leaving him to suffere on a concrete floor and did not get help for him! They told me they thought he was dying when I picked him up they know what they did as they since have paid my vet bills and refunded my boarding cost without argument!! Please please do not take your pet here!!!!! All I have left of my pet is his his collar which was covered in urine and feaces

If you want to have your pet go through HELL and suffer to the point of, and actual, death, then take your pet here. My daughter left her dog here for eleven days and picked him up in an absolutely terrible state. Filthy, starved, dehydrated, full of sores from lying on concrete and ended up needing to be put down because he was too ill to recover. The dogs own vet took pictures and advised to sue the kennels for neglect and cruelty. How this business is still operating is disgraceful....

Disgusted that rspca and the council hasnt shut this place down. They are neglectful and have no duty of care for your animals. Under the Animal Rights Act they should have been shut ages ago. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. They will need to be taken to the vets afterwards.

Honestly we have used billy and his team for a few years. The last few times have been a little “iffy” today was my final straw in all honesty. My dog came home filthy, he absolutely stunk to high heaven and we had to bath him as soon as he got home. He was also loosing considerable amounts of fur and he has fleas jumping off him and he looked thinner. He has really bad allergies so billy was advised if they got any worse to ring the emergency contact. They even bought food for him on Wednesday because he had ran out (he is on raw and we were due a delivery) and she was told he was “fine”. He has come home to his paws literally bleeding, his face totally broken out with spots that are bleeding. He has an awful ear infection that is oozing green discharge, new inflamed hot spots on both the tops of his legs, he also suffers with discharge from his eyes. These had not been cleaned and were all crusty. We pay for the package where he gets 3 walks a day. I very much doubt he has been walked at all. He has come back so sad and tired. As I was bathing him he put his head on my shoulder and just closed his eyes. This is a dog who is usually bouncing off everything We really trusted billy for a good few years and now I’m extremely disappointed that my dog has been treated this way and we now have to find somewhere else who will take dogs of his size.

First time using this place and couldn’t recommend more! Both my dogs have their own little quirks and challenges which were dealt with exceptionally! My one one dog can be dog and cat aggressive, the other is nervous around males. Upon collection their needs we met and they are both back home happy and healthy. We will definitely be using them again! Thank you for taking such good care of them!

Have used the kennels multiple times previously for 1 or 2 nights and never had any noticeable problems. My dogs last stay was 10 days and she came home very underweight, spent the 10 days after we picked her up refusing to eat, with sickness and Diarrhea, drank nearly 2 bowls of water when we brought her home & as usual smelt disgusting and had to be bathed immediately. Unfortunately will be avoiding from now on even for short stays.

Not sure I understand the negative reviews. If you want to leave your Dog at a 5 star hotel you'll pay accordingly. I can suggest a couple of kennels for you with heated floors and paw massages, but you'll pay 3 times the daily rate. Most Dogs will lose weight at a kennel and most will come back a bit smelly, guess what, it's a kennel. No issues here for me. Our pair came back happy as Larry. This will be our regular Kennels now.

Poor quality customer service I found the staff to be confrontational and difficult to communicate with with. Both of my dogs lost weight particularly noticeable on my smaller breed who had her ribs showing when collected as well as both needing a bath due to strong unpleasant stale odour. Disappointed as previous positive experiences. Unfortunately the kennels and level of care provided appears to have deteriorated significantly.

Picked up my darling Daisy on Saturday morning. It’s obvious how Billy loves his little tenants, the way he talks to them. My little girl was happy, bright eyed and of course, pleased to see us. We were glad to hear that she had been eating well and enjoying her playtime and walks. Thank you so much Hatton Kennels, to know our little one is well cared for in our absence is worth more than gold.

I can't recommend this trainer highly enough. We have a puppy who is wonderful, but needs training in certain things. Forrest came to our house and my puppy loved her instantly. I love her approach to training, and she knows how to speak the dog's language. She taught us how to train properly and it became easy. We will be booking more sessions without a doubt. She is so reasonably priced as well, I feel lucky to have found her.

We're so grateful to Forrest! She was quick to reply, incredibly kind, and completely non-judgmental. Forrest taught us so much about understanding our dogs’ behavior, using quick and effective reward-based methods that brought instant results. I'm genuinely stunned by how quickly we've seen improvements. Looking forward to working with her more in the future.

We have a 9 month German Shepherd who has never been good with listening and walking on the lead. Our first training session went great! We were asked in depth questions about our dogs behaviour and usual routine and got told very interesting facts about dog behaviours that we didn’t know about. We were also shown two training tricks and how to stop her from pulling us on the lead. The most incredible part was when we got shown how to make our dog like her harness and see her actually not be scared of it but happily go near it! We have since been using the advice and we are already seeing some effects! I would highly recommend the training offered!

My pup had her first ever training session today & it went extremely well! The lesson & advice is truly helpful and I feel confident my puppy will grow up very clever with more sessions. I can’t recommend Roving Spirit enough!

Forrest delivered our first training session today, which our puppy responded immediately. The training was informative and very supportive. We can highly recommend her, thank you Forrest for being supportive and understanding.

I had Nikki stay with my 2 crazy cockers for 10 days while on holiday. She was absolutely brilliant with keeping us updated sending pics and videos and daily updates, we felt extremely at ease knowing she was there with our boys. Whilst we were away she also did some work with our puppy to help with some of his issues. Since we have come back we have carried on with the tips she gave us and life is so much more relaxed and easy with him. All in all we were extremely impressed and will be going to nikki for more training help in the future 😊

Forrest came round to help out with our puppy Mastiff. Forrest has a really nice way of training both dogs and owners.Our puppy responded very well from the start and we will be definitely booking follow up sessions.

We highly recommend Nikki, we have used her 3 times and will definitely book her again next year for our holiday breaks. She understands our dogs temperaments, although half brother and sister they are totally different in behaviour and needs. She walks them daily, plays with them and left our house very tidy.

Today we had our first session with Forrest, who was absolutely amazing. She was relaxing and kind, gave brilliant advice, did not judge at all and worked absolute wonders with our nearly 2 year old dog Rue. Even in such a short time frame, Rue came on leaps and bounds with Forrest’s incredible training and we cannot wait to implement all we have learned and have our next training session. I would wholeheartedly recommend Roving Spirit Canine Coach!

It was a pleasure to meet and begin to work with Forrest. She has a wonderful way with both people and puppies. I found her quite by chance, she spent so much time explaining and exploring animal behaviour, science and life experiences with me I felt reassured, educated and valued. Sammy is a wonderful person who loves and knows dogs and has great patience and care . She provides invaluable information to assist any dog owner and is always willing to share her vast knowledge. My rescue dog flourished in her care and always greeted her enthusiastically. Sammy is simply the best you can hope for and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
