Caiti went above and beyond taking care of my golden girl on the day of my wedding. She was excellent with communication, coordination and loving my pup. I would recommend her services 100%. I’m very guarded with who I allow to watch over my girl and I would trust Caiti any day!

Would not recommend as this provider is quite willing to cancel on you last minute and then blame you rather than discuss professionally. Misunderstandings occur but how you handle it says a lot about who you are professionally. Have a backup if engaging Caiti’s services. 🤞🏼 You may have good luck with Caiti, as I am sure she is a great caretaker, but she has not taken responsibility for booking what was a prerequisite meet and greet with me and before holding the meet and greet booking over top of my requested dates. There was no checking with me prior to booking another customer (yet she remembered to reach out to me to tell me that she was booked - hmm). Good business would be to come to an agreement and accept fault and make your business better thereafter instead of offering constant excuses (over and over). Since Caiti still doesn't understand what she did wrong, I would presume this same misfortunate event will happen to others in the future so I am posting this review.

Sherry is an amazing and very responsible pet care professional. She provides regular dog walking service for me as I work extended hours regularly. She has a keen eye for suggesting health concerns to watch out for.

I did a pre-visit to this place and talked to the owner Susan. She was rude,sarcastic and very short tempered. I would not recommend anybody to leave their PET with this woman in fear that it might be abused. The best place I found is the pet village spa excellent place to leave your pet.

Susan is great! My dog loves her and that makes me so happy knowing she's comfortable. Our pup is very energetic and LakeLand has space and time for her to run some of it out, and does grooming as well!

The only kennel I use! The owner here has always taken amazing care of my 60lb dog who is quirky. Very reasonable pricing, even grooming is fabulous! I love to sign up for the bath and nails for my dog after using the kennel.

I bring my dog Sparky there every time he needs grooming, they do a great job and I get a lot of compliments on how well taken care of he is. The place is not fancy or spotless but the owner does a great job and price is half of what my neighbors say they pay for their dogs

Susan is amazing and we love to take our pups to her when we are going out of town.

Took my Great Pyrenees in to get groomed and the mats out of her hair. They did exactly what I asked and she came home pretty again. Thank you!

Our dogs had a great stay while we were out of town to see family. Kennels are clean and dogs come home bathed with a 7+ day stay. Definitely will use Lake land kennels again!

Suzie is great. She knows dogs (all breeds as far as I can tell), and Zeke always comes home looking like a million bucks (of course we only pay 0.0045% of that). We highly recommend!

We drove up, called the number and within 3 minutes the lady that owns the place came out, scooped Becca up and within just 5 minutes or so she brought her back out and her nails were done. Not only do I have many of my own pets, but I foster rescues. With a houseful of animals, I was always nervous traveling and leaving them at home. Until I found Jes. Now I wouldn't trust anyone else. I have cats and dogs, and they all react positively to her. She quickly earned their trust, even the cranky cats! I love getting pics when she visits. I see that my furballs are happy and it puts my mind at ease. I've used her services dozens of times over the last three years. Everything from a random afternoon when we were not going to be home to week long trips. The dogs are elderly and take medicine. I've had neonatal kittens that need to be bottle fed. Never have there been issues with either. I literally trust her with my babies lives.

Kim has been taking care of our two kitties for years. We love Kim and more importantly, our kitties love her. We never worry when we are out of town. Kim is dependable, caring and attentive. And some of the best photos of our kitties have been taken by Kim during her visits. You will be very happy with Kim's services. We are so glad we found her!

She send daily updates of how each was doing, including pictures, and confirmed each completed appointment in her app. She was easy to communicate with, friendly, and clearly cared for my dogs and cat. Kim is outstanding! One of our two elderly cats is diabetic, and Kim comes twice a day to give him his injections when we are away. She sends pictures at each visit, and sends updates about the kitties. She cleans up their messes, leaving everything immaculate when we return. It’s great to know our pets are loved and well cared for when we’re gone. The cats love her, and I highly recommend her!

Kim and her team have been a wonderful resource for us when we travel. They consistently communicate with us while we’re away and provide daily pictures. It’s evident that they really care and enjoy what they do and it’s reassuring knowing my dogs are in good hands.

Kim takes our 80-lb 5-year-old golden retriever, Bear, on walks during the work week! She lets me know when she's arriving, sends photos of Bear during his walk, and lets me know when he's safely inside again. It's very obvious how excited he gets whenever she comes - he loves her! And it takes so much stress out of my day to know that he's in good hands. I definitely fall into the "psycho dog mom" category and normally don't trust anyone with Bear, but I fully trust Kim and would recommend her services to anyone!!

I used Furbabies Professional Pet sitters for the first time when my husband and I went on vacation this year. Kim is very professional, prompt with her arrival times, capable and competent. She sent pictures of my kitties except for my scaredy cat who would hide in the box spring of my bed. I was totally at ease while I was away. I had no worries about what was going on back home. I have used other pet sitters in the past and must say, Kim is the best! She keeps you apprised of what is going on and has a genuine love of animals! I give her a Five Star review! I could not ask for better. The next time I go away I will be calling her for my kitty sitter!

This was our first time leaving our dog with anyone but our family. I was so happy with how everything turned out and so happy we chose them. we had so much peace of mind knowing how well taken care of he was the whole time by this company. Christine is so fantastic! I have 5 cats and a parrot- a house full! The two boy cats are very skiddish. She was able to give the boy who needs medication to him daily. She took amazing care of my place, checking on things, and my parrot/girl cats adore her. Having pictures every day gave me such peace of mind. I live partially in Europe and without Gotta-go, I don't know what I would do! You all are a blessing!!

I've been using Gotta go for years. They take exceptional care of my 4 fur babies. 2 of my babies don't really warm up to people but they love gotta go staff. I always feel comfortable leaving for a few days knowing my babies are in great hands.

Our pup Kennedy loves going and playing with all her fur friends. The staff is amazing and the owner too. We have been using them for over a year now for short and long stays. We trust them with her, and the love and attention they show all the pups is amazing. They throw parties for birthdays and holidays it's awesome for them and the pups. They get to run free and interact, and Kennedy loves that! Can't thank them enough for always having room for her ♥️

I trust my dog to them for 10 days at a time. At $30-40 per night, food included, and the love the owners give your dog...you can't find a better value in the DeLand area. I've used them 6 times in the last three years with zero issues. My dog especially loves playing in the pool!!!

I have three dogs and I went to check out the facility after a terrible experience at another boarding facility. I was wanting to be impressed, and I was. I couldn't be more pleased, The pricing was great, and I absolutely love the no cages. I love how they can play together, and not be confined. Someone is always there. Huge difference from picking them up here versus the last boarding facility. They were so happy and carefree. The staff seems so genuine and caring. I have found my home away from home for my babies

Our GSD puppy just loves to play with his dog friends every day! They provide him a safe and fun environment and he has improved his social skills with other animals and people so much since we rescued him! 100% satisfied in every way! Our Basset Hound, Charlie, loves Pet Lodge. He goes everyday for doggy day care and always comes home exhausted from playing all day. He is so happy when we drop him off as he runs ahead of us to get in. We also use Pet Lodge and Spa for overnight boarding when we need it. They love on him and we love the cameras where we can check on him while he is there. The staff always keeps the place so clean and it always smells so good. Love this place!!!

We have use this place before to board our dogs and have never had an issue in the past. I booked a stay for my dogs for the end of this month a few weeks ago. I was charged $40 and told that it would go toward the cost of the stay.During that phone call I was not told that it would be non refundable if I canceled. Due to the recent storms our plans had changed and I had to cancel. I gave them a two week notice… They told me that it was a booking fee and non refundable. Not ok Do better. Will not call again.

Caretakers really love the dogs. They plan special events for them. Today was Beach Party with sprinklers and pools. My shy baby is becoming more comfortable around dogs and people. Thank you Pet Lodge!

After doing much research, we've decided that the best place to leave our sweet girl Mia Grace is Pet Lodge and Spa. We read reviews after reviews on many places. We compared prices, but more than that we were looking for quality of care given, interactions given to fur friends, compassion for us fur parents that are struggling with leaving our fur child and accommodations available for fur child, service needed flexibility and convenience. Pet Lodge and Spa exceeded the expectation in each area. We scheduled a tour in November, and Stephanie was so tentative with us and our Mia Grace. She answered all questions and helped rid me of guilt that I was feeling for having to board Mia Grace. Then on playdate day, she was helpful in checking Mia Grace in and reassuring us that she would be fine. Mia did great. We have now scheduled a several day stay for Mia Grace while we travel for the holidays. As guilty as I feel for leaving Mia during the holidays and for such an extended amount of time. I know she is in great care. Also, Stephanie has gone above and beyond in reassuring me plus reminding me that Mia Grace is only a webcam away, with phone access for any concerns I may have. I can't speak highly enough of how wonderful the staff and facility is for your precious fur family members... and for your fur momma hearts! A. Parks

We have been using pet lodge for more than 5 years. They are very knowledgeable & our pets love to come & play. We have used other boarders in the past, but once we came here we were hooked.

Pet Lodge and Spa is a solid, safe place to take your pup for day or overnight care. The team is helpful, dog-loving, patient, and responsive. I will take my pup there again. What I liked was that they seemed very conscientious of placing my dog in the right play group and keeping the play groups a safe size. I watched my dog on the camera play and interact in a play room with other dogs his size and temperament. I would strongly encourage the team to ensure cameras are working, install them in all play areas, and find some outdoor space for the fur babies to play. Urine accidents in the play areas could be cleaned up a little quicker. It’s probably a good idea to have your pet bathed before pick up if you are overnighting them. My one year old playful Aussie mix needed a deep cleaning after being there 4 days when I was out of town. Thank you Pet Lodge and Spa for being here for our leesburg fur babies!

I love that they are very adamant about vaccinations because that means they really care about the well being of our pet and all the others. I also love the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure my fur baby eats. They fed her turkey dogs , steak , beef and chicken broth, pumpkin, rice , peas , and green beans to get her to eat. I love how enthusiastic the staff are when my fur baby and I show up. I will keep using this facility and most certainly recommend it

Pleased with the overseeing of the animals in their care & their setup. We had our dog groomed. He is a Norwegian Elk Hound...lots of fur...he looked good and smelled good when they were done with his TLC.

I was calling around to get feel and see what different boarding service require to be able to board furry babies and the cost. I had never experienced such a disrespect on the phone, like i did during this call. If that is how you treat me over the phone, Then may i ask how are you going treat my animal? I thank them for helping me know their service was not for us. I pray the person that I spoke to over the phone learns some better people skills & treat people, Because it cost nothing to be kind.
