Becca was fantastic - we cannot say enough about how great she is as a pet and house sitter and as a human being! Becca committed to the sit 8 months in advance and was great with her responsiveness in communication during the long lead up to the sit. She arrived early and got the low downs on the animals and house stuff prior to us leaving. She woke up crazy early to help us get to the airport and picked us up when we returned, which made the traveling so much easier on our end. She left the house spot-less (and this is no exaggeration), with the linens cleaned, and a wonderful meal waiting for us upon our return. She is an absolute gem of a person with a great sense of humor and a kind and compassionate nature, and she really enjoys the animals in her care. Our dog and cat were very well cared for and totally at ease upon our return. If you are lucky enough to have Becca sit for you, you will be very pleased at how well she does the job!

Catherine was wonderful! She took care of my cat and house while I was out of town and left and Jack the Cat very and calm and the house in perfect shape which I so appreciate. I could return home and attend to other things rather than cleaning house. I would recommend her as a sitter to anyone. Anna was a wonderful sitter for our furry friends. My dog, Luke, bonded with her and was sad when she left. My cats would crawl under the covers and curl up with her at night. Florence is everything you want in a cat sitter! We have two cats that need a lot of human attention. One takes multiple medications twice a day and they both are used to eating on their own schedule and having people around so it is always very important to us to find a pet sitter that will be spending a lot of time in the apartment and that doesn't mind being very attentive. We were able to meet Florence before our trip and felt 100% confident that she would take great care of our cats. Florence is comfortable giving medication, she sent us photos and updates and left our apartment spotless. We were so happy that we had her come back the following week when we went away again for a short trip! We will definitely contact Florence again whenever we travel and hope that she is available!

Greetings Pet People, I am a bit late leaving my review for Kristine who is local to us and has taken care of our kitties Max and Luis a few times this year. After COVID-19 was announced in March, our travel plans came to an abrupt halt. We had to cancel a lot of trips we had planned but decided that it was safe to go camping a couple of times this summer. We called on Kristine as one of our favorite sitters on this site. We discussed safety protocols and agreed to cleaning that we would do to leave the house safe for her to enter. She shared protocols that she had taken with other homeowners and had sound processes to make us feel safe leaving our cats and our home in her care. She even purchased batteries for our automatic cat feeder when it failed to let one of our confused kitties to eat. Kristine is a smart, humorous and a thoughtful person. Caroline was a fabulous sitter and looked after our cat and the house beautifully. She is sensible and very self-sufficient but also kept us informed. We came home to a happy cat and a tidy house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others and hope she will sit for us again in the future!

Super nice sitters and extremely flexible. Really enjoyed their company and I only regret that I was too frazzled to chat with them more and get to know them! Kept the house super clean, pets loved them. Dog especially. Had a little problem with my new kitten not meshing well with the older cats (which was not too surprising since cats can be territorial). Pennee was very patient and gave me constant updates and tips. And the older cat was much more calm when I came home. Highly recommend and welcome back anytime!

We regularly use the services of the Pet Nanny for our dog during our travels. We can highly recommend this great place and fantastic staff. Our dog loves to go there, she feels home and happy and get all the attention she needs. Everyday we get an update with videos and photos. And after her stay our dog comes home very relaxed. We take our dog to Pet Nanny for daycare every week, and he stays there for boarding when we travel. They have various play areas and a large swimming pool which our boy really appreciate. The caretakers there are wonderful to him, and we get videos and photos of him playing with other dogs every time we leave him there. It is such comfort to me and my husband to know that our baby is well taken care of and felt lucky that we have found them. Our boy LOVES being at Pet Nanny! ❤️
I dare to say this is the BEST pet hotel in Central Portugal (if not all Portugal). We are very satisfied with our dog’s stay at Pet Nanny Paradise Eco Resort. We are kept informed almost daily through videos. Communication via WhatsApp is easy and smooth, even with a few hours of time difference. Most importantly, I can see that at Pet Nanny Paradise Eco Resort they take a lot of care and attention for the dogs. Very professional!
If your dog needs training, I highly recommend Rui from Pet Nanny Paradise Eco Resort near Caldas da Rainha. Rui takes the time to understand each dog's individual needs. Then he teaches the human caregivers how to best help the dog. Rui's accessible and provides excellent feedback and tips. After just 2 sessions, I can see tremendous progress with my two rescue dogs. I also attended Rui's group dog training classes. There the focus was on socializing your dog so that walks are a pleasure and not a chore. I saw Rui helping all types of dogs...from big reactive types to timid dogs that need confidence building.
My dog has had such a wonderful time with Joana and Rui and the team. She comes home well cared for, happy and tired from all the fun, I suspect given a choice she'd like to stay longer!
Rui is kind, gentle, respectful of amimals & their owners. An excellent trainer. After 3 sessions our alpha female dog is more settled and calm in the presence of other dogs.

Adriana provides excellent, kind service! One of our cats is very shy, and she was very patient with him. She also did some extra things to care for our home because of a storm, and it was good to be able to relax and enjoy our trip knowing that our cats and home were well cared-for.
I left my two cat children for a week with Adriana and team, to stay at the Pet Valley establishment. Throughout the process, they were very professional with the questionnaire and paying attention to their needs. Adriana sent me pictures and videos daily to update me of their well-being. They had a nice environment and were kept active with games and play. Sammie also did some tricks like high fiving with Adriana. Upon arrival, everything was cleaned, packed and arranged very well. They even had little presents for the two cats, so sweet. If you need to leave your pets in very good hands, I highly recommend Pet Valley. Thank you very much for everything and we will see you soon!
Adriana and her mother took care of our cats, Oliver and Keiki, while we took a short trip. They did a great job — feeding, playing, and cuddling with them, as well as giving Keiki his daily medication. Our boys were in good hands! We recommend Pet Care Valley and would hire them again.

Adriana took care of my kitten Prometheus while I was away on a trip, and it was absolutely incredible. She gave all the care and then some, with fun and lots of affection, and Prometeus loves her!
