She's a local sitter and I wasnt' having any responses so I contacted her and she fit me into her schedule even during the holidays and right after another sit across the country. She was willing to come a day early to help acclimate herself with the animals, and this was exceedingly helpful in making sure the cats would be comfortable with her during our absence. Amber is as good a sitter as you will find anywhere! She treated our cats with such love and care, as if they were her own. She left our house in perfect tiptop tidy shape, and made sure to wash all the towels and linens before she left. She even cleaned out our coffee maker and took up our weekly trash without us even mentioning it! Amber is super kind and personable and we welcome her back to sit for us anytime! If you are looking for a sitter, you should definitely accept her application!

Angel was absolutely the best house sitter we could have hoped for. She is a very warm, open and diligent person and our two cats adored her. She looked after our house and garden with really conscientious care. She won over our very timid cat, Billie, and sent regular photos of both cats looking supremely content which gave us perfect peace of mind. The house was completely spotless on our return and the garden was fabulous... no mean feat since there was a heatwave while we were away and she kept everything watered and in great condition. We would have Angel back at the drop of a hat and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Toby and Chloe were one of the best house sitters we have ever had! As a small animal vet I have seen many types of pet sitters and these guys are top notch. Our pets are not easy either. We have special needs dogs, cats on medication, dogs with behavioral issues, horses, chickens, goats and a large (100 lb) Sulcata tortoise who needed close monitoring of the temperature in his barn. Everyone was thriving and happy when we came home. They read through the packet and asked thorough, thoughtful questions. They went above and beyond grooming, mucking and grazing the horses and goats everyday. They chopped greens and fruit daily for our tortoise. If we had known how amazing they were we would have booked a 3 week trip instead! Can't recommend them enough.

Caroline was a fabulous sitter and looked after our cat and the house beautifully. She is sensible and very self-sufficient but also kept us informed. We came home to a happy cat and a tidy house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others and hope she will sit for us again in the future!

Pennee and Bill were the BEST pet sitters and guests ever! I really wanted them to stay forever ! Our cat, Miss Kitty bonded so much to them, that she really wasn’t that happy to see me when I got home .Our cat is a finicky eater and they tried all different types of food and treats for her. They sent me regular photos of miss kitty and I knew everything was great when most of the pics had miss kitty on their lap. Our cat doesn’t take to many people but she immediately fell in love with them. Pennee sent us our mail and prescription meds on a regular basis , and went out of her way to take care of any issues . They fell in love with the neighbors and community and just made our lives so easy . We experienced the Covid 19 virus outbreak quarantine during this time and Pennee and Bill agreed to stay a month longer at our home . They were extremely flexible with their travel plans so that everyone would be safe. Upon our arrival home, we were greeted with a bouquet of flowers , beautiful hanging basket of flowers for outdoors and a beautiful bottle of wine . And our house had never been cleaner ! Bill and Pennee are a pet owners dream couple !I felt extremely lucky to have found such a great petsitter and new friend . We will be visiting each other in the future .

I whole-heartedly recommend Carly and her partner Fanny to sit for you! They were fabulous and reliable house sitters from start to finish. Carly was timely and thoughtful in all of her communications and let us know the state of affairs in our apartment with our cat and plant babies while we were away. They followed our directions to a 'T.' We came home to find a happy cat, thriving plants, a spotless apartment and laundered linens. We would definitely consider contacting them again to house sit for us!

My greyhound stayed a couple of nights and had a spring in her step when I picked her up. The staff seemed lovely and really appeared to love animals. Process was easy as well. Definitely recommend.

We are from Melbourne and left our 2 small dogs at this kennel for 8 days whilst travelling around the national parks and down to Uluru. I was very happy with their condition when we picked them up, it seemed like they had been really well cared for. Communication was excellent with emails answered promptly. I had to leave my furry friends for nearly 3 months with Pawz N Clawz when I relocated to Melbourne early this year. They were very well looked after, had lots of attention, play times and cuddles and arrived safely in their airline crates. I was worried that Rosie would be in pain and stressed but she was fine. Cared for our two French Bulldogs for a week while we toured Uluru and Watarrka. They were very well cared for, clearly by professional staff, in excellent accomodation. Our Frenchies were collected and they had been washed and looked fit and healthy.
The team at Pawz N Clawz cared for our two dogs for three weeks this July school holidays and did an amazing job as always. Our furbabies were in top condition, happy, clean and well when we returned, and the photo and video posts on facebook gave us a real sense of peace knowing they were having a great time chasing the ball, playing outside and enjoying the company of the staff. We have boarded our dogs (current and now passed) with Pawz N Clawz for almost ten years and have never been disappointed. Mai and the team always bend over backwards to accomodate our plans and our pets and we will continue to board here when we cannot take our dogs with us on our adventures. Thanks girls. 😁
Our 4 year old staffy Elsa stayed here for 3 nights. This was our first time using a kennel. Elsa is high energy, very clingy and a bit of a sook when left with family/friends so we were a bit worried about leaving her. Picking her up she was calm, clearly well fed and very much her normal self, not sure she wanted to leave! Excellent first experience, highly recommend!

The best boarding house that has ever looked after our dogs! We had to extend our pets stay and felt at ease knowing they were getting best of care and communication was fantastic. When we picked up our dogs they looked calm, happy and had very shiny coats. All great indicators of how well they were looked after. Could not recommend The Dog House enough! These guys are honestly the best. My dog is such a sook but he loves going to the dog house. He gets fed well and plays all weekend, literally have to drag him out. Have no issue recommending these the team and fully recommend. Really glad they around! :)
The staff at the Dog House were amaizing and very friendly. The shop was very clean and professionally run. A huge thankyou for looking after our dogs for day care for one day .

My Frenchie Cooper loves going to doggy day care to socialise with his mates. I have noticed a big change in his behavior at home since starting. I would highly recommend the raw food diet from The Dog House, Cooper’s coat texture has changed from being coarse and dull to being a fluffy teddy bear. Coopers coat is so soft, his colouring has changed and no more itchy skin, thanks to the raw food diet that was recommended to me. I‘ll be sticking with this food for Cooper, definitely ❤️ I can’t recommend Belinda, Tom and the staff at The Dog House enough, the team is awesome. 🤩

If I could give half-stars, the rating would be 4.5 stars. Let me be clear - I had a wonderful experience here. They were lovely with my nervous dog and the report cards they give at the end of the day/stay are very cute. The only thing that let down the experience a little bit was their use of shock collars. Be warned: if your dog barks, they will ask for your consent to use a shock collar. Otherwise you'll be contacted to pick the dog up early. They tried to use a shock collar on my dog and he was terrified (understandably, it's a barbaric practice in my opinion). Thankfully, they also use vibration collars as a second option for those dogs who freak out like mine. But I don't think shock collars should be a first resort for barking, which is a *normal* dog behaviour. Shocking them if they bark just creates fear and distrust in the dogs.
Fantastic results and amazing customer service! They are always quick to return calls and make last minute reservations for us. Our dog isn’t super social, but he always has great feedback on his behavior and I think he does really well with the staff. On top of all of that, he always looks and smells fantastic when he comes back. Quick, convenient and great quality wash!
Very busy place but so very friendly im sure they havent seen a chinese crested often and did a pretty good job so thats all i ask ..thanks guys

Bark n' Bath staff are kind, caring, patient and responsive to enquiries. They really make you feel your dog and any needs they might have are cared for - they really know their stuff and it's clear they love their work! Just what you want when choosing a place to send your pup for daycare or boarding. After several awesome experiences now with them, I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. I could not recommend these guys enough! Coco had her first groom at The Salon - the ladies there are angels sent from heaven I swear - so kind and patient with my little puppy! Coco loved all the affection that gave her!
Cannot recommend Bark n’ Bath enough. Their team is friendly, welcoming and has been so patient with my very shy/anxious dog. Would definitely recommend them to friends or family looking for doggy daycare.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Price for a shampoo and trim was very reasonable. My dog was well looked after and felt at home there. Highly recommended if you don't want to struggle with grooming your own dog and giving your dog a break from you.

The moment we met Sarah we we instantly comfortable about leaving Bonnie with her. She was friendly and Bonnie took to her and the surroundings immediately. We have been traveling for 4 months and she hasn’t left our sides so I thought she would maybe be a little apprehensive, but no, she turned and ran inside without looking back. She was her happy self when we returned after 7 @ 1/2 hours Now after having dinner she is sound asleep
