I was very nervous boarding my Cat for the very first time, but that subsided almost immediately. Brittany is very friendly and appeared loving and caring of all the animals in her care. She even sent updates and photos every day so I was able to see for myself she was well cared for and very comfortable in her surroundings! I would not hesitate to use her services in the future and highly recommend Country Kennels!

We LOVE Country Kennels!! Brittany is so kind and exactly who you would want to watch your dog. She loved ours as if he was her own. The kennels and play yard are super clean. She is very quick to respond to any questions we have. Her price is very reasonable. I’ll never take my dog anywhere else.

Brittany is beyond amazing!! From the moment you first arrive at Country Kennels to picking up your fur baby.......your pet has had the best possible care. Brittany is so kind, loving and attentive to pets......and their owners!! The price is reasonable.....the kennel is clean......the property is lovely......the animals are so well cared for!! Brittany knows leaving a pet can be hard for owners; she sends pictures and videos as reassurance they are happy and doing well. My only worry is my pet will not want to come home with me!! Bottom line.......if there was no Brittany and her Country Kennel.....I would not be able to travel!! She is simply the best!!!

We absolutely love this place! Needing to board our dogs used to be stressful for us as we tried a couple other places. Not knowing if they would be taken care of or happy was our biggest concern. Our Doberman Broly isn't the easiest dog to board but he warmed up to Brittany in no time which is amazing. The facility is always clean, welcoming and has a home like feel and our dog's are always happy, clean, loved and well taken care of at County Kennels. Brittany is the best and we are so grateful for all she does.

Country Kennels is the best experience I have ever had boarding. I have a dog that's insecure, so it can be difficult for me to find a boarding facility that is a good fit. After extensive research and touring, I decided on Country Kennels and I couldn't be more pleased. They are so understanding, kind, and reassuring. I got photo and video updates of my dog, and I never had to worry about his quality of care. I will never use another boarding place again, I strongly recommend Country Kennels for everyone!

Country Kennels is awesome! Brittany takes care of our dog Zyra and put love and care into her. Zyra is always so happy to go and to meet and play with new doggie friends. We just picked up our two dogs after a five day stay at Valhalla kennels. They were happy and healthy and clean. The owner was very accommodating to our schedule for drop off and pickup. We have had bad experiences in the past with other kennels, it was a great relief to find someone so caring. We won’t be taking them anywhere else.

We were nervous to leave our fur baby, and had not ever boarded him before. We loved the set up K9 kennels had and the way they operate. They made us feel comfortable and easy about leaving town. They sent daily picture updates and our pup looked happy and content and was having fun during play time. They have great communication and return messages very promptly. Very easy to deal with and will recommend other to use them and we will use them again in the future. Great experience. Thank You

Long story short. Left my dog for an overnight stay for a total of 26 hours. The facility is nice and they have multiple kennels with access to small outdoor area for each individual kennel. They also have 2 or so temporary kennels with no outdoor access. When dropping off my dog I left him pre bagged food, a bed, and toys to keep him entertained while staying there. The night he stayed we received pics of him being walked around grass area as they said they would for his 20 minute play time. The next morning when I picked him up the owners were not home even though it was confirmed through email when I’d be picking him up. Some gentleman I never met drove up with no idea I was picking up my dog. He was nice enough to let me in and I found my dog still in the temporary kennel and had peed all over himself and his bed. The toys I left for him still in the bag I brought them in and his water bowl empty. My dog shivering and terrified. I use other kennels previously and my dog loved it. My dog was left without outdoor access to even use the bathroom for all but 20 minutes in a 26hour period, I’m not a lawyer but that seems like animal abuse to me.

Kevin and Allie do such a great job. Our 2 Labs are safe and clean there. We feel very comfortable leaving our dogs there. Very nice facility and well maintained. We take the dogs there multiple times per year.

My husband and I had never used a boarding facility before, which meant we were very nervous. Our young dog received wonderful care, lots of love and patience. Very clean kennels. Kevin and Allie are great. Highly recommend.

This was my first time boarding ever. I was turned away from another kennel and they recommended Valhalla K9 Kennels. I was nervous because I have a three year old husky who can be food aggressive and territorial.... and then I had a six month old husky puppy. They were only there for a few days but I felt they were super well taken care of. Huskies are notorious for escaping so a lot of kennels will not take them. They had room to run every day in came back home happy and healthy. I can't thank them enough. We will definitely take our dogs back, thank you guys!

We boarded our GSD at Valhalla Kennels and are very impressed with owners Kevin and Allie and their facility. You can tell they love dogs and are very knowledgeable about them. This is the only place I will bring our boy Blu to board. I know he will be well looked after.

We have never boarded our fur babies before and it was a bit worrying for us but the extremely nice people over at valhalla k9 gave us comfort and sent us constant photos and updates of our pups. The communication was always there and we felt like our dogs were in great hands. Would definitely use them again in the future and our dogs yogi and kiwi say thank you for taking care of us.

Annie and Dave are amazing! We went out of town for a week and I felt at peace knowing that our cat was being well taken care of. They post updates to their Facebook, so I was able to check in! They are super responsive to text, and their prices are very reasonable. I knew they had a magic touch when they were able to get our super shy cat to come out of her crate and bond with them. I 100% recommend!

Annie and Dave's Pet Boarding is like a home away from home for our dog. Annie and Dave are reliable, responsive, and caring towards the pet owners and the pets. While we are away on vacation we have great peace of mind knowing that our dog is well taken care of. We had a last minute change of plans on our last vacation, that lengthened our trip by two days. Annie and Dave were able to care for our dog for the extra days, no questions asked, which was amazing. We love Annie and Dave's Pet Boarding for our fur baby and we highly recommend them!

I work from home so my one year old pups are with me day and night. When my stepdaughter announced she was getting married almost 8000 miles away, my anxiety set in about where to take my dogs. I found Annie and Dave and found them to be exactly what I was looking for so they wouldn’t be crated and left alone all day! I was able to enjoy our time away with no stress and see pics of them enjoying playing with all the other dogs as well as the price being very reasonable for 3 dogs. I also appreciate that they have everything for them so you aren’t lugging a ton of stuff with you, just dogs, leashes, and food! Would highly recommend. Annie & Dave are the best. I was so nervous about leaving my puppy Kiki with anyone because she has always been with me since she was like 8 weeks old. We had to travel out of state for a week and this was her first time being away from home for a while. When we did a meet and greet with Annie and Dave, Kiki warmed up to Dave right away. The day I had to drop her off, I took her blanket and favorite toy, Dave said she wouldn't need them. He was so right, so did so well being somewhere different. I was so happy. I would totally recommend them if you need your best friend taken care of while you have to be away. Thank you for everything.

Our 5 month old puppy stayed there for 2 nights. This was the first time we left our dog in the care of someone else and we were very happy with the care he received. We were able to see pics of him at play, while we were out of town. We will definitely use Annie and Dave's again!

Rising U Boarding truly is home-away from home for our fur babies. We have a 10 yr old and a 14.5 year old. Our oldest is a very picky eater. As we were leaving for our trip, we tried everything to get him to eat well. We took a variety of foods to Kristi and explained the situation. Kristi went above and beyond to make sure our dog ate and ate well. After 10 days with her, he had gained some weight, which was wonderful. Also, she was able to tell me exactly what to make him to get him to eat. It’s a good feeling when you go to pick up your dogs and, they act like they don’t want to come home because they’re having so much fun. Thank you so much Kristi for the extra special care. When I was finally able to touch base with her she was sweet and made me feel comfortable right away with setting up our Meet & Greet. I then spoke with Julie regarding an official date to meet Mary, Bowie's sitter. Mary is amazing! She stopped by about a week before my trip out of town and was able to meet and spend a little time with Bow. I'm sure she could tell my nerves were shot just being so worried about leaving him home alone. From the moment I flew out of town (even before her first visit), Mary was in contact and emailed to let me know she couldn't wait to visit with Bowie. Every single day I was gone, I received a nice message about how he was doing, what their visit was like, and a TON of photos of him being lovey and playing with Mary. Absolutely love the Pet Sitter of Boise! They are very responsive and reliable, scheduling visits quickly and always showing up and spending a good amount of time with my pets. If you schedule 30 minutes, they are there the whole time so I know my cats have gotten good love and attention and playtime. They send lots of photos and detailed summaries of the visits. We absolutely love Leslie - the cats adore her and wait at the door for her at her regular visit time even after we are home! Also appreciate that they always have a backup if our regular sitter is unavailable, we’ve had a great experience with everyone and highly recommend. I don’t think I could trust anyone more with my pets than Julie and her team. The Pet Sitter of Boise has been my go to since 2015. When I first called on them, I had an aging cat that needed extra attention and medication administered. They did a phenomenal job with his special needs. Once our return home was delayed several days and we had no phone service, The Pet Sitter made sure our pets were taken care of and they were in touch with our emergency contact when they couldn’t reach us. I love their app and regular updates with pictures of my pets having a great time. The Pet sitter has been there to help take care of our dog and cats like their own. These are pet people. I love having peace of mind knowing my pets are well taken care of while I am away.

Pet Sitter of Boise faithfully took care of my dog for me for a number of years. It was great to have my dog at home during our trips where the pet sitters came in to take him on his walks in the morning and evening. They did a great job; I had total peace of mind!

Really love the people who own this boarding facility. They have watched my German Shepard multiple times, and my dog seems to love it there as well. Very personable, and I know my dog is in good hands.

This is more of an old school style kennel with no frills. It definitely seems to be better suited for outdoor and hunting dogs versus indoor softies like mine, though there were all sorts of dogs being boarded over Christmas. The kennels are set up in a long shed with 20-30 small indoor sections facing each other with only room for a wooden fold-down sleeping ledge and water bowl. Each kennel has a door that leads outside to a small outdoor fenced area. I’m glad we at least brought our dog a blanket and a chew toy, but it was quite stressful with so many dogs all barking in such close proximity. I love to support local independent business, and I’m sure based on other reviews that this is the right choice for many people, just not for us next time.

Owner/trainer Tim has been doing this a long time. Took my puppy there at a year old and he molded her in two weeks to being behaved and responsive to simple commands. She doesn't jump on people anymore, sit, down, come were the basic commands. Tim and his training is affordable and worth every penny. He also does boarding at a reasonable rate!

Tim and Amy are the nicest people you could ever trust to leave your furry family member with!!! I highly recommend them. I will entrust all my boarding needs to them in the future. Nice clean well maintained facility and kind caring people!!!

Had our dogs in there for 3 days . Mickey pit-bull mastiff Titus Pit-bull . We were little leery about leaving them but I have to say he assured me that the dogs would be Great and that they would be taken good care of they were. Kennels were clean . The dogs could go out if they want and go inside for some shelter. Very friendly and VERY , VERY affordable. Would definitely use them again. Thanks for taking such good care of our babies. My dogs came home soaked and stinking of urine. Tim admitted he leaves urine in the kennel and stated “at least in the summer the heat dries it”. We had to go straight to the do it yourself dog wash. The smell was so strong it made me sick and they were visibly wet. They came home very sad. Would not leave my dogs with them.

When my dad passed away last month, I was able to call at 0730 on a Sunday they were up and told me to bring Annika down but drive safe. She was in her kennel by 0830! Thank you guys! You are the best! My family started with MM when my Grandma needed a kennel for her dog. Since then my mom and I have used them numerous times!

Great price for a great kennel. Our dog is not the easiest to deal with and can be very wary of strangers. He was getting belly rubs by the time his visit was over!

A good dog place to leave your dogs for the weekend. This is not a doggy day care. They are kept in separate kennels, but the dog can choose to be inside or outside. It is always kept clean.

Rebecca was awesome to work with and took fantastic care of my boy. We had been skeptical due to an experience a few years ago. When I heard there was new ownership, I decided to check it out. Rebecca welcomed us in for a tour of the facility and shared how they meet the needs of each boarder. My boy has lots of energy, and Rebecca kept her promise to give him plenty of play time each day. She sent me pictures and videos. The kennels are clean, spacious, and temperature controlled for the comfort of the boarders. I highly recommend Puppy Love Suites to keep your pups happy and healthy while you are away!

We recently had to board our 2 babies Jake and Oliver. Rebecca was not only professional she was very personable and amazing with loving on our babies while we were away! We got text updates and she sent us pictures of our babies! The suites and play areas are clean and well kept! We won’t take our boys anywhere else! I love that she actually sits with the boys and loves on them…. They have no idea they are not lap dog size and love to snuggle! Her rates are reasonable and no extra fees for this or that. I haven't boarded with puppy love suites yet, but absolutely will when the time comes. The suites are so clean and spacious and a LOT of effort and care goes into organizing and quality of life for dogs here. Rebecca cares about safety and carefully observes every little detail about each dog and what their individual needs might be AND then compensates for that.

Rebecca and her husband took over ownership a few years ago…and I can now say she and the entire care team has literally become an extension of our entire family. My parents have 2 dogs, and my own family has two dogs..with frequent family vacations, we have and always can depend upon Rebecca to go above and beyond to coordinate around our schedules to help care for our fur babies while we are out of town…Even last minute, Rebecca will try her best to make it work…needing to extend your pups stay…just keep in communication and she is quick to respond and help if she can! She is responsive and a great communicator who makes sure to always give you and your family updates which includes pictures and even videos with her spending her own time individually with each pup or family of pups..Rebecca goes the extra step with communication so you can rest easy and just enjoy your time away knowing your fur babies are safe and comfortable. The kennels are modern, clean, and well cared for with separate quarters for families dogs who are able to stay together, and eliminating the need to worry about other dog personalities clashing with yours. Each enclosure has access to outside areas, and inside the pups are either in air conditioned or heated facilities depending on the season. Bring beds and blankets to ensure they are comfy, but should you forget..Rebecca will make sure they feel at home. We have never worried that our girls are just stuck inside as we know they are given lots of love and attention in our absence..I loved being in Mexico and receiving a video of Rebecca helping our little Chi-Pom figure out the doggie door to access the outside area and cheered her on as she finally accomplished pushing through and finding a whole other space to explore! Rebecca and team ensure all pups have plenty of opportunity to be outside in the open areas to go about running around freely and having a blast with their friends and the caregivers! Honestly, we will never ever go any place other than Puppy Love Suites. Rebecca is just everything you could hope for when finding a caregiver for your babes!

I was very uncertain when I showed up that this was at a private residence and the gentleman that took my dogs in wasn’t very knowledgeable and didn’t ask for any directions on how I take care of my pets. But during the week I would call and check on them and they also called me to tell me that they were doing well so I was very reassured. Upon picking them up I knew they were well taken care of and had a great time there. I will definitely take them there again when needed.

my dog wasn’t fed for 4 days, when dropped off we left a full container of food. when picking the dog up the container was still full and hadn’t moved from the spot it was placed upon arrival. when he was picked up his kennel and dog bed were dirty along with my dog himself. when we stated we were there to pick up our dog they weren’t even sure what dog it was. he also is missing small patches of hair and all they had to say was “he did great this weekend”.

Our two golden retriever dogs have been visiting the Suites for several years now. They love spending time with Mary and her gorgeous poodles, whether it be only for the day or for an extended visit while mom and dad go see grandkids. Mary is quite good with several dogs together, she is the alpha in a very nice way. In fact our dogs behave better at home after being at her house. I think they see Mary and her fun family (both two legged and four legged) as their extended family. They are always so excited to go spend time there. Once my husband had to almost bribe our male dog to come home with him after day care, he likes her little boys and all the other interesting dogs. Mary is an experienced groomer as well who doesn't traumatize the dogs in the process. Her paw trimming is by far the best I've seen. We feel lucky to have such a good place with great people who care for our four legged children when we can't. And I must mention the air conditioned/heated kennels are quite nice! SH

I'm not one to take the time to write a review normally but I am making an exception for Puppy Love Suites . We have used this kennel MANY times and have had nothing but good experiences. The owner really takes the time to visit and check on our dogs whenever we're out of town. She is very knowledgeable on dogs and when our beloved family dog was refusing to eat she even to the time to cook eggs and chicken for him. I am always happy and very impressed with the level of love and care Puppy Love Suites has provided for our dogs!!! I would give them 6 stars if I could!!!!!

I have boarded here a few times, once and awhile when my dogs need groomed or need their nails cut I bring them to puppy love. I have always left feeling like I would never board my dogs anywhere else in Idaho. Mary has a nice property where I know my pets are safe and at home while I'm off doing my thing. She's currently watching my Husky while I'm in the middle of a move and I know he is well taken care of! Highly recommend boarding with Puppy Love Suites.

I have a fairly reactive dog that has had nightmarish experiences with boarding. The staff at Camp Bow Wow Meridian were extremely professional and pleasant. They appropriately acclimated her to the environment during our interview and gave in depth details as to how dogs are cared for. There is constant monitoring of all dogs in both indoor and outdoor yards. My dog had never been happier. Both the facility and staff are top notch. Highly recommend. You won’t find a better place. I was completely satisfied with the experience my dog, Cooper, had at your doggy daycare. From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic, and I couldn't be more pleased. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and clearly had a genuine love for dogs. Whether it was the warm greeting when I dropped Cooper off, or the kind reception when I picked him up, it was clear that your team enjoys what they do. Have been bringing my puppy here ever since he was able to with age requirements! He absolutely loves coming here. When we pull up he is practically jumping out of the car to get inside! The staff is wonderful and is always friendly and catering to you and your pets needs. Thank you Camp Bow Wow!

We’ve been super happy with camp bow wow! We were using another doggie daycare for awhile but once they had switched owners, communication went downhill so we decided to make a change. Waylon loves coming to camp (: He is always pooped and ready for bed by the time we get home. 100% recommend!

Camp Bow Wow is the best doggie day care. My dog Alabama comes home happy. The cameras are awesome. I can watch my pup while she's playing all day.

Our first experience here was great. However, I recently boarded my dog at Camp Bow Wow, and unfortunately, I had a concerning experience. When I went to pick up my dog, they initially gave me the wrong one, explaining it away by saying there were a lot of golden retrievers that day. While I understand mistakes can happen, this made me very uneasy about their attention to detail. I raised my concern about the possibility of them giving my dog to someone else, but I didn’t feel reassured by their response. This experience has left me feeling uncomfortable, and I will never leave my dog with them again. A kennel needs to give pet owners peace of mind, and unfortunately, I didn’t get that from Camp Bow Wow.

Our dog, Moose, absolutely loves the staff and the amount of socialization he gets. Hes always so happy to go and so happy to see us when we pick him up. We asked to have his nails trimmed and the staff said he sat like an angel. I inspected his nails when we got home and they looked great. No complaints. I have zero concerns when we drop him off- if you arent sure, watch the free cameras they provide online and see for yourself! Thank you Camp Bow Wow-Meridian for treating our Moose so well.

We (mostly our dog Maxx) LOVE Camp Bow Wow!! Everyone is always so nice and we never worry about leaving him there. We can watch him on camera at any time. We looked at a few places and Camp Bow Wow is the best. Highly recommend!

Dublin loves it here. The enrichment activities are so fun! He comes home with art projects and pictures. And the best is that he is worn out at the end of the day from playing. The counselors genuinely love dogs.

Simply the Best! I truly adore the staff at this Camp Bow Wow. I have been taking my dog there for 5 years. The kindness and care that CBW provides to my dog is beyond amazing. Recently, with very short notice, CBW provided a “home” for my dog for 4 weeks while I cared for my daughter who was in the hospital out of state. Every day, I watched the cameras to see my dog running around and happy 😊. Every time I called to talk with staff about my dog, they were so friendly and supportive of my situation and kept me updated on how my dog was doing. CBW certainly made my dog part of the family and me feel better during the long separation. Thank you 🙏

Escape the crate was a great find for me. I needed several nights of boarding for my two small dogs and Escape the Crate was accommodating and professional in helping me arrange it over the phone. I was especially impressed that I was offered a tour of the facilities when I arrived. I’ve boarded dogs in various places for 25 years and that was first time any facility wanted to show me where my dogs would be spending their time. I felt confident leaving them there and they were happy and calm when I picked them up. I didn’t get to watch them on the group daycare camera because I was remote camping (no signal), but I love that Escape had it available. Highly recommend.

My 2 German shepherds love going to Escape to see their dog and human buddies. Logan is going daily since he was a puppy for now almost 5 years, Koda almost 2 years.

Our 11 mo. Old Siberian Husky needed to learn to be around other dogs and people. Plus just taking her for a walk, wasn't giving her enough exercise. The staff is awesome, they love their job and it shows. Plus they have a app, so you can watch your dog.

We’ve been to several doggy daycare facilities over the years with our dogs but Escape the Crate really stands out. Haley and Jesse have been wonderful- answering questions and helping ensure that our energetic rescue beagle is able to play, socialize and run out her puppy energy in a clean and safe environment. Lulu now has regular playtime with other similarly energetic dogs and is confident and better socialized. And when I have an extra busy day and can’t devote as much time to her play and exercise, I know we can visit Escape the Crate where she’ll have much more fun than waiting for my meeting to end. And lastly, I love that they’re easy to schedule and have cameras so I can watch her antics during the day. Thank you to our friends at Escape the Crate!

We’ve been coming here for years and it has always been a great experience. My dog is very high anxiety but everyone at Escape the Crate has done a great job of helping build out her confidence.

We love this place for our baby Gunner. He is happy when we drop him off and gets to play with his friends! The staff is amazing and Truly dog lovers and Hailey the office manager is so professional, organized and our sweet boy just loves her!

Highly recommend! I've been taking my GSP, Buddy, to Escape Canine Retreat & Spa for 6 months now and he LOVES it! Not only do they continuously interact with the dogs but they also train them during their stay. I can actually focus while I'm at work knowing he's having fun, getting exercise, socializing, and being trained throughout the day! They also provide online web cameras incase you'd like to check in on all the fun they're having.

Great place to bring your pet. Prices justified because you get amazing service, your pet is kept safe, your pet will have fun, and the place is kept clean. The staff takes special care making sure to prevent fights before they get anywhere close to happening by stopping bad behavior. They do not allow dogs who are not neutered so that helps prevent problems. The cameras a great for seeing how your dog is doing, although the Elisa location may need to get some more cameras or adjust the ones they currently have. Overall, I highly recommend this place for boarding and for daycare.

I loved how often they kept us updated on our sweet Aussie, Blue. I loved the pictures they sent with a little blurb about how she was doing. I also liked how they didn’t say anything negative about her (we weren’t sure how well she’d do with other dogs as she hasn’t been around many). The vet side also updated all her vaccines and gave me a print out of all the ones they gave her and the dates her next ones are due. They were extremely helpful! Definitely worth the price and would recommend to anyone looking to board their pups.

We love Intermountain Pet Lodge SO much! We never have to worry about the care our pups receive while we’re out of town. It’s such a relief knowing they’re in wonderful hands and surrounded by wonderful people.

The Staff are wonderful and take very good care of our dog while we are on vacation. They truly make me feel at ease and send photos which helps me stay connected with my pet!

I am so pleased with Intermountain Pet Lodge. It was difficult to leave my Tito with strangers. I know they loved him. They all had to come tell him bye when I picked him up! I will be using them again!

I have booked lodging for my two dogs with Intermountain pet hospital for many years. However, I feel the quality of service is deteriorating. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are absolutely wonderful. However, this time, they did not do the personal play time or nail trims we requested and they both came home with bright red elbows as though they had no soft surface to lay on. It was always our favorite place to go but we’re disappointed this time.

We LOVE Intermountain Pet Lodge. Our 3-year old fur baby, Harley, has been going since he was about 9 months old and he absolutely loves it. He even whines when we turn into the parking lot because he's so excited. The staff are super friendly & clearly love dogs! They treat our baby so well & it's nice to be able to check in on him during the day with the cameras!

Our dog has separation anxiety pretty bad. We had to have a good place to kennel him while we went on a trip. I took him to one kennel with daycare and let him play for a few hours. Their fences were only 4 feet high between large dog and small dogs. Our dog is super friendly with all dogs so he jumped the fence to the small dog enclosure. With Intermountain Pet Lodge, the small dog and large dogs are separated so they can't even see each other, and the fences are more than 6 feet tall. Important for a dog that can jump. He loves going to doggie daycare and the kennel experience for 4 days was great. He was in daycare all day and had distractions to keep him from running amok and tearing the place apart at night. He was tired and happy when we picked him up. He loves the people there and is so excited when we go.

The Intermountain pet lodge is absolutely fabulous. I have brought Olaf there for six years. Christian goes out of his way to take loving care of the Furbabies that come in. Plus, all of his staff are fabulous as well. I would, and have recommended them to many people… Thank all you Intermountain Pet!!

I recently took a 6-day trip and boarded my kitty with Intermountain Pet Lodge. She's never a fan of being away from home. Their care for her was exemplary, and she fared very well during her time at "The Lodge". Thank you!

Our yellow lab, Jax, always has a great time at large dog day camp and also enjoys his kennel stays! I love the daily photos we receive of him and know he is well taken care of. At 9 months old, he is very energetic and I appreciate the patience of the staff to work with his wild energy! It’s reassuring to see him interact on day camp cameras.

We love taking our dog here for daycare once a week and for extended boarding. She gets excited every time we roll up to the building. She comes home tired and happy. We like that they take the dogs out in shifts because it gives her some time to relax. We took a different dog to a facility that made you pay more to give them a break from playing. We didn’t and she was injured from playing too much and too hard. The price also can’t be beat, especially if you pay for 30 daycare visits upfront.

We have been taking our dog, Lola to Lakeshore for daycare and boarding for over a year now. Lola clearly loves the staff and they all treat her so well. She doesn't want to leave some days when we pick her up. We have nothing but good things to say about the crew at Lakeshore.

Excellent care, the staff is amazing and obviously love what they do. I've unfortunately had some health issues and Lake Shore helped with Augustus-Gus through my numerous appointments and hospital stay. At drop off he is always so excited and comes home ready to relax a bit. I love that the staff all know his name and welcome him. This facility is clean and well managed.

My first time getting my dog groomed here! Kaylee did such an amazing job and was so kind! Some before and after pictures. My dog went from a scraggly mop to a handsome clean cut boy! If you're looking for a groomer or boarding service I definitely suggest going here!

Amazing kennel very clean and organized. I take my dog there for daycare and he always comes home happy and exhausted 10/10 recommend for any doggy parents who need a little break here and there.

Our dog loves Lake Shore! He has so much fun playing with other dogs and he is always tired and happy when we come to get him! They do a great job and clearly they love what they do.

I love the staff and so does my reactive dog. Every time I go to pick him up all the staff come to say bye to him and he never wants to leave. The place can be quite loud but my dog seems to do very well with the staff. My only gripe is that it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. I recently tried more than a half dozen times per day for over 2 weeks before I finally reached someone and I left 3 or 4 voicemails that went unreturned. I currently can’t get ahold of anyone either nor get voicemails returned. Up until a year or 2 ago I never had any issues with either.

Traditionally, we've always washed and groomed our dogs ourselves. However, we decided we wanted to try and get our old senior dog spruced up for my daughter who was coming to town. After looking around, we decided to take him to Lake Shore grooming because the Lake Shore veterinary service has always treated us well. This was an absolute super place with attentive staff. My rough collie has never looked so good! And they are tough dogs to groom with their double coats. He was a bit worse for wear with post-covid and winter coat issues. I was worried it would be too much for the groomer to deal with but she reassured me it was something she could handle and she did an absolute wonder with him! When we picked him up, our senior dog (with sensitive skin to brush) was shockingly nonplussed about being there for 6 hours. He was perfectly happy with how they treated him. They took their time with him, letting him have plenty of breaks. So happy, Champ has his new grooming place going forward!

My dog has behaviors and no family would watch him while I had surgery. I called Lakeshore boarding, and they did an amazing job! They had him playing with other dogs and socializing with staff. They gave him his medication daily and clipped his nails as requested. They even invited him back! Lakeshore Boarding is AMAZING!!!
